Poor customer care and theft.
I current bought 3 pizza pies at Roman Pizza in heidedal at twincity mall and the cashier simply tells me I have no change but when I calculated and double checked my slip she tells me when a product is R19. 90 it means it is R20 and she does not have 10c or 20c. Instead of apologizing she has an attitude and laughs about the matter. I'm very disappointed in this service delivery and will not continue buying here and will tell others about my experience. I am disgusted in the attitude she gave knowing that she is in fault robbing me of my change. It's not my fault that she hasn't prepared for the day
Desired outcome: The company needs to train their staff on how to speak to customers because this is unacceptable and not use odd pricing if they don't have change
Service and Delivery
First of all I am not a person that complain alot. But this time I had just up to hear. I placed my order at Willows Crossing, Equestria, Pretoria. I placed the order at 17:40 over the phone the lady at the other end of the line told me it's going to take 30 min. 30 min came and went I phoned again at 18:20 they told me my order is on its way. Again I waited until 18:45 no order. I phoned again for the third time then they told me it's raining to hard the delivery guy can't bring it. I then told them I will come through and collect it myself. Upon arriving at the store they couldn't find my order I waited again for almost 15 minutes. Then they told me the delivery guy went out with my order that wasn't true because 3 min later my order returned cold. Please train your staff and managers properly especially when they need to work under pressure. I always supported you guys but after what happened tonight I am not so sure

Order given to someone else
Ordered 2 large pizzas at 17.25. Was told 15 to 20 min. I came back to the shop at 17.55. They were busy so they said give 20 min. Came back and was told my order is not yet ready. My husband then came in and he asked them why is it taking so long, he asked them this in isizulu, they then explained to him they gave the order to someone else because I was taking to long to fetch the order.
Had to wait another 15 min for new pizzas. On my return home I then realised that they gave me the incorrect order and not what I asked for.

When Pizza arrived I checked. It was incorrect. the one Pizza had to be redone. I was then advised that the staff member would have to pay for the pizza. How terrible. So I walk away feeling horrible.

After the horrible experience I decide to go to a different store
There was a special on. So I took that. I was then advised there is no Coke Zero left. I only get told this after the pizzas have been made.
I get home and the order is wrong again.
In spite of the confirmation of the order it was still wrong

I ordered for delivery from Bela-Bela Romans Pizza once. I got my food I ordered and I paid for it. I work in Bela-Bela and order there on a regular basis. I was already home in another town where I live, then Romans called me AGAIN on the same day saying my order is ready to be collected, but I already received and ate and enjoyed my beef lasagne. I told them that, and now you listed my nr as a nr where I cannot get food delivered to me, because of a mistake made from your side. Itis totally unfair and a slap in my face. I never ever place orders and don't receive and pay for it. Please sort out this mess, otherwise I am going to Hello Peter. I phoned again just now to place an order, and you just told me exactly the same. How long must I be humiliated over and over again, because of a fault made on your side.

Pizza
Today i went to jubilee mall to buy pizza,the other teller had attitude and I did not like it.
Secondly I ordered and waited for my order as it came I took then as I go to the car something told me to check out the pizza and to my surprise they gave me a wrong order which was four in one the meaty one and I don’t eat red meat.
Went back the told the other guy to assist me and he gave me attitude aswel and said his not the one that helped me and I should go to the person that helped me(rudely said) They took the pizza and I had to wait again and not even an apology was given after my long wait for the pizza.I got to romans at 15:10 and left at 15:50 which annoyed me to the core.That for me is poor service.

Salads happend twice
We order from Roman's Valley View Regularly and twice now I have realized that the salad is not fresh the tomato is off and the cheese and so taste old the salad always use to be very fresh but not any more can I suggest that you use salad tomato’s is stays fresh longer and you get different ones so it will make the salad look nice and it will taste better not sure what u going to do about the chees….

Poor customer service
I wend to the store in Potchefstroom N.W. with my colleague to buy pies . We bought beef pie, drove over five km home and when I got home I opened the pie and it was pork inside. O drove back to the store wasting my petrol hoping to get apology and my order. The person who marked the package beef outside gave me an attitude and made noise to the cashiers saying that they must apologize on his behalf. I left the pie at the store because I don't eat pork.
Desired outcome: I want my money back, I want my petrol and the employee must be disciplined because he is bringing the business into disrepute. I an not sure that my family and I will eat anything from that store as long as the person is still there
Bad smelling boxes
At roughly 13:34, 27 February 2022 We ordered 3 small pizzas. On entering the car to drive home I noticed a bad small. A mix between a drain and stepping in dog poop.
When we got home, I took the pizzas out of the boxes 1 by 1. The pizza smell fine (and tasted fine). However, the boxes smell terrible. I doňt know if they were wet and the dried or if they were stored near the bathroom. Terrible 😵
Desired outcome: Please get rid of these boxes. Check storage room of the boxes.
My Pizza had a live cockroach in it
I was looking forward to this pizza, only to be met with a cockroach flying out of the pizza box. There I was thinking to myself while watching my dog eating that pizza, how does a bug of that size crawl into a pizza box without someone noticing. I am glad to say: I never had bad service from your lot, but this is by far the grossest thing I received from fast food services.
Desired outcome: I wish to never in my life find a cockroach in my food again (dead or alive)
Hazardous objects found in pizza
On the 12 January.. We bought pizzas for lunch... From romans pizza in Lenasia. While eating my mom found a piece of Steel in her pizza.. Not only is it unhigenic but it could cause harm to a person.. Very disappointing coming from a food outlet

I ordered a Chef's Salad with Honey And Mustard Dressing. I received a Greek Dressing. Phone the branch and informing them that the incorrect dressing was received and I was told that they were very sorry. I then told the male on the phone that it should be rectified, whereby he sighed and then said that he will replace my order. The replaced order arrived and it was again incorrect and just mustard as dressing. So very disappointed sitting with 2 salads and no correct dressing and so disgusted that I have not touched the salads and went hungry for the day.

Uncooked pizza
I bought pizza with extra cheese at romans Protea Glen mall. The base dough was still raw and uncooked when I got home. I had to drive all the way back from home to return it. This pizza gave me stomach cramps

Good morning.
We always enjoyed pizzas from Romans Pizza.
Barbeque Chicken being one of you favourites.
Yesterday, 2 January 2022 we ordered Barbeque Chicken as well as Hawaien.
On previous occations the chicken was REAL chicken piezes and this time it was cubes of some processed meat or something.
It realy did not taste like chicken at all!
Stale pizza sold
I ordered Pizza from Romans Pizza Newlands yesterday 30th December around 8:05pm. The business confirmed that they close at 9pm, and they would be able to take my order.
Upon picking up the order and getting home, I discovered that I had been given 2 very cold large pizzas. It was obvious that the food was not freshly made, and they had either taken it out of the fridge (most likely freezer) and had served it as my order.
This was my first terrible experience with Romans Pizza Newlands, a place I had ordered from many times in the past.
I am very disappointed and will not go there again!

Waiting time
Greetings, today I ordered two 1×large pizza at Atlyn Mall Romans Pizza restaurant. My order was 361, I waited 1h30 mins. They did it deliberately, I heard them saying system has a problem but approximately 26 people and including those who were before me were served well. They were not professional, I gave the lady my order number and she then started with my order. I don't think the employees there really need this job.

I ordered 2 pizzas this evening on the 21/12/2021 off bolt food from Roman's Pizza in Kenilworth,
The issue was the shrimp on the seafood pizza was uncooked and also still had the dirt and feceas (poo) line in the shrimp.
That is extremely unhealthy and dangerous, and unethical.
I also specifically asked for thin based pizza, and it came as super thick based.
I still have a whe pizza here that I can't eat, I please want my money back, it's soo disgusting
