Shopee suspended my account but no one can provide me proff
I am reaching out to you because no one can explain to me properly why my account has been suspended. Please review my account. This is so unfair. This is very frustrating. All the agents I spoke with was so incompetent. They are all telling lies and they are all saying the same thing just to move to the next consumer's problem. Kindly reach out to me. I just want to resolve this and have my account back.

Account being suspended without valid reason
My account is being suspended multiple times without any valid reasons. Customer service just keep replying emails to me which are being copied and paste. Whole cycle just keep going on, suspend, appeal, reactivate and suspend again. They told me I am operating multiple devices with the same account and saying voucher abuse. I did not even purchase anything on that day. I haven't even checked out, I've just pressed on their vouchers and after that my account got suspended. Problem not being resolve. Customer service always say suspect, violates…. don't have any proof at all.

Shopee Express
I preordered an item from Shopee in September 2021, with release date in November 2021. Although Shopee's FAQs state that Shopee Express will deliver within 1-2 working days (working days are Mon to Sun based on the FAQs), it has been 4 "working days" and they have yet to deliver my item.
I have tried to contact their customer service many times and they keep providing me with templated answers. In addition, they state that they will expedite my order, but nothing has moved. Absolutely terrible customer service! I would not recommend to use Shopee Express unless you are incredibly patient or if you're up for disappointment.

Now, I placed the actual name of the doll, the measurement of the doll, the description of the doll, pictures of the actual doll for sale, and the picture of the doll - nrfb from google and amazon... Desired outcome: SHOPEE REVIEW TEAM should spend more time googling the products and even checking AMAZON so that their MINIMAL knowledge about TOYS/DOLLS and KID STUFF widen.
Counterfeit/ fake microsoft office software from seller alipay2wechat
To whom it may concern,
The seller with id name alipay2wechat is selling counterfeit microsoft office software and claiming to be 'genuine'.
Please investigate properly on this because it will sabotage the reputation of your platform by selling pirated software
There is also a lot of negative comment as the seller shows negative attitude to the users and spoiling the user's experience of the buyers when using the platform.
Please take serious action to the seller and refer to the attached picture as your reference.

Consumer being cheated
I have purchased 2 samsung 10 inch tab from shopee platfrom (order id. 210827nny30upe) and the tab camera quality is extremely bad. Contacted the seller for refund but the seller said no refund but exchange 1 to 1.. So I returned the both tab and the seller reissue another 2 tab with the same camera quality.. Then I asked for another brand huawei tab and this tab camera quality better than samsung so I received 2 huawei tab from the seller.. Less than a week both tab giving some issue like cant power on.. Returned back both tab to the seller and received another 2 tab huawei tab.. Again same issue.. Both tab giving same problem cant power on..Contacted seller for refund.. Seller said cant.. Order completed.. So I got no choice to return the tab again and bear the shipping fees.. I received another 2 tab again and after few days again same problem.. This have been happening for the past 2 months.. How come new tab cant give such problem for many times not 1 tab both tab also having the same problem.. I guess the seller is giving me second hand tab not new tab... Till today I have returned more than 5 times to the seller and still no success of the tab...Contacted shopee customer service shinaa, she said shopee cant do much because more than 2 months already so I need to contact the seller for this...
But the question is "this is how shopee show their commitment to the customer by chasing them away? So what the customer need to do now, go with the same process return and wait for anotther tab for how long more? Is this fair to the customer? Shopee forgot that the customer purchased this from their platform?
I am escalating this case to the consumer rights for further action.

Lack of in-house monitoring of ads for obvious scammers.
Type "ryzen 5600x "(obviously a high-value computer component) for example into Shopee search. The majority of hits shown are obviously scammers, with names like 'x1gbicwn9p' or '842n6gr88s' or '2awov55cv2' or 'ydcclyxvra'... the list goes on and on... Scattered among the results are just a few genuine sellers.
It seems to me that Shopee, is either just useless, or just doesn't care. With such high-value, scarce items, there should be much more in-house monitoring by their QC dept. (or whatever they call it).
Of course, this could no doubt be repeated by searching for any other high-value items that you can think of. But you get the idea. Completely inadequate monitoring by Shopee.
Desired outcome: Chastisement of Shopee. More in-house monitoring of ads for obvious scammers/bots etc.

My parcel delay for 2 days and he kept saying sorry.i just so frustrated as I am waiting the parcel to use on Monday this week. But till now there is no sign about the parcel.not to mention when I track the parcel it's actually u turn to parcel hub keping.

Please help me escalate and I need immediate attention. As I don't think I violated anything and shopee ban me directly without investigation. It is not fair just based on system. If my competitor reported me few times during my live streaming, your also ban me, it is not fair to me, and I have to bare the lost of income. It is lost for a week, I have family, 3 kids, who can help me. Shopee always get benefit from us, but where is our benefit? Why ban is only like that without knowing anything? I need it for live streaming as today is 1111. Called customer service, every time saying follow procedure. Lying Courier and Support
This incident happened last Monday, that's November 9, 2021. The courier called me with the number +[protected] saying that it will be delivered at that time. Since during that day I was not at home because we have our team building conducted at Samal beach so I was not there to receive the parcel, no one is also available to receive the parcel on my behalf so what I did I asked him to reschedule the delivery by the following day (Tuesday). The courier said it's not possible, I don't know why it isn't possible since I have already did it before. I reached out to Shoppee's support for it to be taken care of and the person said they will. Upon checking when I got home the courier tagged my order as "Buyer refused to accept the order." I got mad and reached out again to the 2nd support and they still told me the same thing that they will make sure to rectify and re-deliver the parcel by 2-3 days. I'm fine with it. But earlier I checked for the status and it already says "Parcel has departed from station". I am furious how come it happened! Again, I reached out to the support for the 3rd time and they still told me the same thing! You know I waited for the order for 2 weeks and they're just going to do that?! Your employees represent your company and they all need to do their job properly. Lying to the customer and telling them things that will make us look like fools is never okay!
I want the two representative that assisted me to be fired and also the courier assigned! I want them to learn from this! It is the consequences of what they did! I will never ever forget about this experience! You should do something about it!

The customer support are so horrible till they are basically robot following the same script over and over again, was told to fix my problem within 1-3 working day but it has already been 4 day and still investigating... Really bad service and always no alternative to help customer or seller from their issue. Overall shopee don't deserve to be supported.

The price set for individual pack and double pack of the items I was about to purchase is unreasonable. However, I was bound to the pre-ordering terms which made me unable to change my order(Pre-ordering deposit payment had made). After talking to the seller, I received irresponsible and unfriendly responses. The seller couldn't explain to the difference of price and couldn't show me the details of any additional bonuses which suit to the price. He/ She even put the blame back to me and accused me with undesirable speech. I hope 'That's your problem.' is not something that a seller should say to a customer rather than settling the problem.
Desired outcome: 1. A proper apologize. 2.My deposit back if possible (If not, transfer it as other pleasant items is acceptable as the seller said it is transferable).
