order was cancelled by shopee because the supplier did not meet the delivery time. the ordered item was still sent to me by the supplier. however, i bought another one in the meantime, also from shopee! have sent many emails with the custmer service, no response to my request for a refund! shopee is so arrogant and corrupt, you should not order anything anymore and switch to another platform

First, I had an issue placing the order. I spoke to one of your rep. I don't remember his name very well but that time it's a boy. It took an hour of my time as I tried to figured out why the discount I not applying. He promised me that a compensation will be issued automatically once the issue has been fixed but I didn't receive any. I am just so upset, why he needs to provide a misleading information just to set my expectations when in the first place he knows that I am very not happy with all the trouble I had. The fault is not your side and it took so much of my time and effort. And today, I just spoke to another agent as my order has no progress.
Her name is Gabe. I don't know exactly if she's a girl or a boy. And Tmthis is what I can say. Your customer care are very transactional. They can apologize. But that's it. They don't know how to empathize and acknowledge the emotions of their customers. What's the essence of being a customer service? Maybe they just really don't care with their consumers as we do not have an option to provide a feedback or customer service survey to them. This has happened twice now. I waited until the chat ended. But you didn't give me a chance to rate my customer experience. It's always showing that there is an error with the server. May be that's their work around to avoid negative feedbacks. Above all this. I may say that, I am really a disatissfied customer.
Desired outcome: Improve customer care service. Give us an option to provide a survey.
Unsolved Restriction of My Account by Long Period
My Shopee account being banned from 6 August 2021. I submitted appeal form on 8 August 2021 and answered security question provided by Shopee Team.
But until today 19 August 2021, I'm still received the same feedback from Shopee that my account still in processing. It's already wait almost 2 weeks to get back my account. I'm only buyer, NOT SELLER. All my money and coins inside my account being restricted.
Besides that, I loss my giveaways qualification on last week since I can't contact with the relevant seller regarding the giveaways.
Currently, I won a giveaways with expensive prize. My giveaways will be expired on 20 August 2021. Everyday, I keep updates with the Shopee team regarding my account status. They keep saying the same words to me, still in process, asking me to wait and wait. But they still unsolved my problem.
I send email to them that I need back my account urgently due to my giveaways will be expired soon. But still useless, they no reply for my email.
Really hope that Shopee Team can take concern on this issues, the processing time is delaying too long period. It make a lot of trouble for me.

I am complaining about refund
I make an order on 8/8/21. The courier service call and tell me the parcel is damaged during delivery and ask me to do refund on 15/8/21. I ask the shopee customer service and they tell to wait the system to update and cancel the order automatically or I have to wait until 23/8/2021. I claim that I don't want to wait so long and they said then I have to wait for system update. After few working day on 18/8, they still tell me I have to wait until 23/8 then can make refund. This is the problem on courier service and shopee, not buyer! Why should I wait soo long and I don't get anything.

I bought things from Shopee Supermarket because it offers Next-Day Delivery as I don't have time to go buy from physical shops.
I checked out and paid around 10-11am (9/8/2021), which means the order will be delivered on the day since the order was before 12pm. At first it was okay since few hours after I placed the order, there has been an update on the delivery status.
However, the next day (10/8/2021), the delivery status updates that the order will be delivered on that day around 5:30pm. But, after 1 minute, it says that delivery attempt failed: buyer reschedule (which I didn't request & had not been informed anything about rescheduling).
So, what I'm trying to say is, please do exactly like what you're offering. If you offered Next-Day Delivery, then please delivery it on the next day. Every time I used Shopee Express, the delivery often takes a longer time compared to other courier. If the expected delivery time was 2 weeks after the order place, the Shopee Express courier will deliver on the very last day even though the parcels are already on their hands.
Desired outcome: Please improve your delivery systems. It's an express services, make it express.

Ni dah kali kedua saya lalui perkara ni. Staff silap hantar barang kat rumah orang lain. I was waiting from 2pm to 5pm to only realized that barang dah delivered ke rumah orang lain. I called the guy, and he said memang dah delivered. Rupanya he delivered to the wrong house. I dont know macam mana rider buat kerja. As if he doesnt asked for any details to the receiver? Thank God finally the other house mengaku ad parcel delivered to her and nasib baik they tak unboxing that. My first experience, they already unboxing it.

I cannot use my shopee pay because I am not receiving the otp, I already sent email and calked their hotline but still it had not been resolved,

I ordered 2 LCDs and got them on 07/23. Since the technician will not be available until the end of the month, I extended Shopee guarantee. I was not able tp extend it again. However, I was only able to bring the LCDs to the tech on 08/07. The first LCD for the iPhone was okay. But the 2nd one for the Huawei (which costs 1700 PhP) is damaged. Upon installing it, the touchscreen does not work but the next day (without it being used) there are already lines on the screen. I kept messaging the seller but they ignore my messages.

Shopee Philippines is mandatorily allocating their own courier to shopee shops, we have experienced so much problems with their courier (standard delivery/shopee express). they are removing seller's rights to have a hassle free shipping.

Shopee express didn't sent a message before delivering the package. I'm used that the rider will sent a message for you to prepare and stay home but I didn't receive any message and when I open the shopee app in the notification I saw a message ( Shopee express surprise delivery) which is very inappropriate to surprise a buyer. Please sent a message before delivering. So that we'll stay home to receive the parcel.

-7/8/2021, my call been disconnected by agent Albina after waiting on the line for more 30 minutes for manager to take the call.
-7/8/2021, spoke with agent Vinod and demand for manager call back within 1 hour due to my purchase delay for almost a month but no call back received.
-7/8/2021, agent Vinod informed the is no way he can transfer the call to any manager but once 2 call i made after spoke with Vinod been putting on hold to be transfer.

Shopee staff is really rude and unprofessional comparing to Lazada customer care. I have been facing similar issue. Staff name Nur Sabrina is trying to criticize and complaining about buyers, and judge the buyers Africans behaviour. I believe in service and retail line always priority and but buyers 1st. But shopee failed and the all internal staff ruins shopee branding by shopee staff.
