Order stuck on paranaque hub for a month! Still not yet delivered
Hi team,
My order 200823qmu9u5ju has been stuck on paranaque dc hub for a month already. I've been following up for a couple of weeks now thru calls, chat, email but it's still there, and the status is not moving. The customer service kept on telling me that it would be delivered immediately, it has been prioritize, it has been escalated, it was requested to be expedited, and they will give me an update within 72hrs. No one is updating me for more than a week, I have to continuously contact them only to hear the same alibi.
Please expedite, I wan to receive my order immediately, like now.

I have placed an order with them on Sept 3, 2020. The seller, Huawei Official Store has shipped out the parcel Sept 4. The parcel was brought to their Bulacan Hub (Shopee Express) on Sept 6. I've followed up with them and this should be delivered Sept 11. I've filed several expedite last Sept 11, I made follow up 3 days after. The response of customer service is always, we have filed a report pls wait for 2 to 3 days. Until today, no resolution, spoke to numerous agents and supervisors to no avail.
They have no control of their own logistics, to my mind what in the world? So my parcel is in limbo... No resolution for 13 days?

Supervisor name Daniel ignore my request and keep saying its my fault and its not their agent problem even I was advice that I will be getting the promotion? So is that how you handle escalation?
another supervisor intentionally ended the chat. Agent keep doing de-escalate even I requested for supervisor more then 3x. It is really terrible experience i had with you guys. I hoped you know how to handle complaint and handle customer issues.

Platform auto cancel / seller
Hi, I had purchased an offer item from Shopee platform as the 1st pic and immediately I made a payment as the item promotion was attractive to me 2nd pic, so I try to contact the sell when they are going to ship out my item but with no reply (shipment indicated by seller is 04/09/20) so I sent a email to Shopee customer service as pic 3 hopefully Shopee will remind the seller.
Mr Pavi from Shopee customer service reply to me to wait patiently till 5th-8th sept and if still no reply they will auto cancel the deal which I had done so to wait
On the 5th of sept when I drop a message to seller about the shipment and they did replay said they have shipped my item pic4 but terrible thing happen when I received a SMS from Shopee saying that my purchase was auto cancelled due to seller failed to update Shopee shipment pic5 and immediately I received an confirmation email about Shopee cancellation pic6.
I simply don't understand the Shopee service of it platform which they can just removed my order without consumers concerns and rights.. as the 1st email from Shopee mentioned ask me to wait till 5th - 8th sept for the reply and shipment from the seller but Shopee just cancel and remove my order on the 6th sept 12.18pm.
This issue really make me feel that the Shopee platform wasn't protect and consumers purchase and consumers right it also feel insecure to purchase from the platform.
Overall, I just like to highlight Shopee handling seller, buyer and it platform is very very disappointed, dissatisfied and insured.

I ordered form one of their seller and seller canceled my order after 10 mins telling me it's out of stock. Then, I received a message from Shopee telling me "Your order 200808G1BVJ7HP has been cancelled. Refund will be transferred to you soon." but until now they are holding a huge amount of Php 27, 400.00 and not giving my money back. I contacted Chat agents 4 times and keep on disconnecting me! Worse service. I will also complain to DTI and Consumer affairs regarding this. Very frustrating! I need my money back!

I reported an issue I am having with shopee
1. Cannot add my debit card due to error
She repeatedly said credit card and gave me reasons why credit card cannot be added
I reiterated it is a debit card.
She asked for a screenshot of the error
I told her I will send a follow up email to shopee since om their add card screen it doesnt mask the card number and cvv or security number.
I explained it is not good for me to send her my complete card details and I will crop it first before sending it.
She said she cannot file a report.
I asked her what causes the error. They should have at least knowledge what the error is when it pops out. She said she needs the screenshot. But I already told her what I see on my screen
She insisted she cannot file a report unless I send a screenshot
I then took a photo of the error without my card details
Send it and asked for her name as I am filing a complaint against shopee for not masking card info. It is very unsecured
I asked her couple of times and did not get the answer. I asked for the reference number of my report to investigate no answer.
I asked again her name and supervisor's name no answer instead she ended the chat session.
The agent was very unprofessional and not willing to help.

Auto-charging to sellers of free shipping promo & cashback promo
Shopee has been advertising with their promos such as 15% cashback & free shipping but these are auto-charged to the sellers.
They've been charging sellers without confirmation or agreement. They auto-charge everything but our sales are not auto-credited!
They've been earning so much from the "time value of money" since the sales are deposited to their accounts for a certian period of time but this is what they do to microsellers — autocharge fake promos!
Promos from shopee? But why are they charging sellers?
I use three other selling platforms but they are not like this, they ask permission if you will join promos. Why can't shopee do the same?
Is auto-charging even legal?
I did not even sign up for these free shipping & cashback.
Worse, they cannot cancel the auto-enrollment to these promos.
They said opting out of free shipping is only every 3rd friday of the month midnight and takes effect on the following week tuesday at midnight. I requested july 20, they auto-enrolled my account july 20.

I chatted 08/02 at 11am Philippine time and spoke to a rep named Diana Lyn P. who has been rude all throughout the chat and been refusing to connect me to a supervisor which I asked more than 3 times. This rep definitely does not know how to treat customers right. I have experienced so much dissatisfaction with your customer service. I hope for this to be corrected and be taken seriously.

Standard delivery express poor service and poor process
All my items ordered overseas were RTS and have never been tried to even deliver.
As per the status of the delivery, start when it was delivered to Pasig Hub up to tagging as RTS were done only in a day and there were never an attempt to deliver, they just put it on hold in a matter of 8 minutes.
There was never an attempt to even deliver the item and worst is I can only contact a customer support, who only replied to me what was also in the status in my App, they cannot even answer my questions. I have reported the case so many times in every change in status but the customer services didnt help at all and even added to my frustrations.
This is the third time this has happened and its very frustrating and irritating already. I have been emailing requests to monitor and to fix this issue as this always happens when using shoppee standard delivery service SPX especially when the items came from overseas. I have upcoming delivery ongoing and I am hoping, begging and even praying that you will check on this issue and fix the problem as soon as possible.

Shopee customer service
Shopee has wrongfully suspended my account and my family members' accounts. Shopee accused that all the accounts are linked and belong to me. Shopee customer service just keep giving standard answers to us without giving us a chance to clarify. Upon my multiple emails and phone calls, they allow me to provide documents to show that the accounts do not belong to me. However, upon receiving the documents, shopee only reinstated my account and not the rest of the accounts. Shopee said it will review on case by case basis. However in the first place when shopee suspends the accounts, it linked them together. But when we have already provided proof, shopee still don't reinstate all accounts and waste everyone's time by going through the entire process when shopee already knew that the accounts belong to different people, if not why is shopee allowing my account to be reinstated. The customer service is super lousy in handling the entire issue, especially this customer service manager - Malini. She is the one who knew the entire issue yet she is wasting my family and my time by not reinstating all the accounts and expect each account holder to go through the same entire process of clarification that i went through.
Hi G00 have you managed to resolve the issue? I just experienced the same thing few days ago and all the Shopee customer service could do is reply me with the same standard template telling me the limitation is permanent etc. It is ridiculous!

There is a live channel jade seller retailing jade pieces called ypxzb888.sg
The hosts are all very well trained and put up shows with convincing “sellers” to pretend to slash jade prices tremendously for sale to shoppers in Singapore!
They even go the step further with claims saying that they are all retailing real A quality jade which is all natural and untreated! Buying any fake jade, they will compensate you 10, 000 dollars for every dollar spent!
This is all a lie!
I bought the jade bangle at $400, and was assured to be extremely good grade and icy quality!
When I received the item, it is not even like what was seen in the screen! Many flaws and cracks line inside the bangle! This is a scam, they sell the items which are then swooped before sending out!
I have bring the jade bangle to many pawn shops in Singapore and many of them have appraised and evaluated it to be a dyed piece and not worth more than $50 on the retail market!
The seller on Shopee, ypxzb888.sg, denies all these and says their track record is very good!
Beware of this Seller on Shopee Singapore called ypxzb888.sg!
They will block users that give them unsatisfactory comments on Shopee platform and Shopee Singapore is obviously not doing anything about this!

System change my order received automatically even product have not shipped out.
Be careful on the Shopee system, it automatically convert my order received while waiting for the parcel and then found that the tracking number for the parcel couldn't be found.
Shopee team push the problems back to consumer and not sincere in helping out to solve the problems.
So be careful and don't trust the website so much !
