This is the 3rd time that my order was assigned to him. My first order that he's supposed to deliver was returned to the seller because he tagged me as consignee not available and the next thing I know is it was already scheduled for return. Didn't receive a call or message from the rider but I did received a msg from BAE that my order is out for delivery. Same goes to my second order, he tagged my order as consignee refused to pay, didnt receive a call or msg from him. So I message the seller and it was reassigned to a different rider, luckily that rider named Ronald Duarte delivered it at my doorstep. And the 3rd one, I got so frustrated, april 17, 2018 I received a message from BAE that the parcel was out for delivery however, no one came and it was for reschedule for no reason, after 6 days of waiting, I even emailed them to make a follow up finally, it is rescheduled for today april 23. Waited ALL DAY and nobody came and to my surprise after checking the app the status is consignee not available. Such a waste of time. I'm so frustrated that i feel like crying.
Guess what? The parcel came in today it was reassigned to a different rider and to my surprise, it was empty. My order is not in there. What a nightmare

My first bad experience was buying a cheap beauty blender... The material was so hard and terrible... but its also my fault since I didn't question a 35php beauty blender so I ignored it. Then I had a problem tracking an order, So I messaged the seller and she did not help at all! She would send random answers and just screen shot the order details that I have already clicked and knew for myself. Fortunately, I was pleased when I finally got the actual products... so I ignored her. Since I make purchases via COD the couriers text the day they make deliveries. I received texts in the morning for almost a week straight and they almost never deliver. I've had experiences where the seller wont even answer my question in sentences... they would just type 1 word per message. I've had experiences when they said they would ship out and they just all of a sudden cancel the order. I once ordered 3 items and I only received one but paid for all 3 in cash. It's terrible. It's really a hit or miss with this site.
You guys should report your personal experience on your respective countries law enforcement no matter how small these incident occurs, these small incident reports you reported, one day will force these goverment watch dog to take notice on how this company deals with fradulent transaction.

Shopee team do not have any standard. I've listed the items so long and didn't get banned before. But recently, shopee keep banned my items and deleted without any reason. So I email to change with shopee customer services then they say I put in wrong category so I amend what they instruct me to do so. After that, shopee team approved the banned item. But after past not more than week, shopee team banned the same item which previously I have amend as per their instruction. Now they become give me a penalty points and say I have many banned item under wrong category. Hello! Is your team ask me to amend and now still give me penalty points and deleted my item without any reason? Your team say will get back to me regarding about this issue but in the end didn't get back to me at all and atill contiune to banned the same items! Please look into this lousy standard immediately! I've all the item your team and banned and all the email correspondence. If there is no action take then I will take into legal action on shopee!

I've been waiting for my order for ages now! I have already used my shopee guarantee extension. Well at first, after I clicked the extension button, a few hours later the status changed into "received at digos" and then that I should be expecting the delivery that day or something. I've waited and I've waited some more. It turns out i've waited in vain! Like what the hell is happening? I've asked but LBC can't track my order so they can't really tell me where the hell has my parcel gone to! It's been 4 days passed the actual delivery now and I still haven't gotten my order 😡😡😡 I really need to get my hands on that product asap!

I ordered something from @beautyfashionworld.ph and it said that I needed to pay by March 6, 2018 for it not to be cancelled. So I paid by that day and I even have a picture of the receipt. But then the next day, Shopee notified me that my order was cancelled. The amount I paid was quite big since it was Php 1, 064.00. This is the first time that this happened and it isn't a good experience because it feels like Shopee scammed me. I am still a student so the money I used to pay for the items are all hard-earned. Super delayed delivery. Tracking shows that the parcel is stuck in their delivery hub. I kept on communicating with the seller but he won't reply anymore. I kept on following up with the customer service but still got nothing from them. I filed for a return/refund but the seller, understandably, rejected it since he shipped the item on time. I'm still waiting for Shopee's action on this. Hoping for a positive response from them since the item will be of no use anymore even if it arrives.

I received my order 180309043354KHG on March 13, 2018. When I got it i checked the item before the courier left. It looks fine at first but when I started to unbox it the main or the housing has a dent on the right side. I immediately message the seller and sent pics. they advice me not to use it because they will send a replacement. It has been 1 week still no replacement. They tell me when but i do not receive it on that given day. They give false information. Today is 03/20/2018. They say the item is on its way for delivery. Guess what i am sending this 6:10PM Manila Time because no product has been delivered. I demand a refund. I am tired communicating with them. I think 1 week is enough to be patiently waiting. Nirefund ng Shopee ang buyer tapos after ilang days dneliver pa rin nila ang parcel. Ayaw bayaran ng seller ang items at gusto niya kuhanin ng rider ang parcel sa kanya. Shopee is not doing anything about this issue! I am demanding for a compensation or ibalik niyo items ko! Ilang beses na ako ng follow up sa customer service desk pero walang nangyayari. After she has confirmed my order, I chatted my seller and ask some questions.. Then she messaged me that item no. 3 on the above mentioned is unavailable, she has other jogger terno to replace but the design is different, so she recommended me the jogger terno which has a print little big boss. And I agreed to have it instead. But when I got tha package I was surprised that it was color maroon. Not the one that I specifically asked for. And she didnt even bother to inform me ahead that it wasnt color black. Second item no. 4, I also spefically ordered for dior sunglasses with blue lens but she shipped a silver colored lens of dior sunglasses.
After everything happened, I was kinda frustrated of the two items I received which are not of the things I ordered from here.. So what I did I chatted the seller jocel19, instead of treating me nice after all the shipping fails of items she has done she was the one who got mad at me chatting me with hurtful words. On my part as her customer and as a shopper here in shopee I was mistreated, I was treated rudely with your seller. It was so unethical of her to instead of making things right and make amends with her failure as a seller, she had said things to me which are bad. She had not made the right ways to treat her customers who have complaints regarding the products that were ordered.. This seller is not a good example to your company. She can cause trauma to customers in the future because of her rudeness and unethical behavior.. I hope my complaint will be responded accordingly.. Please do something about this seller. She is a threat to your future customers here in shopee philippines. She has caused traumatic shopping experience here in shopee and I dont want that to happen. I would like to complaint for my order# 18030823295W7Q3 which I had been paid on yesterday, 08/03/2018 but the seller was cancelled my order on the next day with the reason is out of stock.
If really out of stock why I still able to purchase it and make all the payment on yesterday. If really out of stock then the seller should not allow us to buy it and make all the payment only cancelled it on the next day. It make me feel so disappointed when my order has been cancelled with the reason given is out of stock. It doesn't make sense at all.

We file a complain on our issue regarding the 9 otg which are not working, we sent enough evidence on this matter including videos, hence the resolution given last march 2 was partial refund of 663 out of 1413. Since we tried to dealt on this concern still the second resolution offered was partial refund. Just to close the case we agree on the partial. One of the dispute team named Jayson, didn't even mention time frame. Here comes Mon up today i'm sending email but i haven't received any response. Also no refund was processed.
