too much shipping fee or product charges

I think I was scammed by easonqiu (username of the seller on Shopee). I ordered different items of different prices from the same seller. To avail the free shipping fee, I made sure that all items that I ordered will cost up to 500. I never knew (since I am only new there) that each item ordered has also its equivalent/corresponding shipping fee. I asked the seller about the shipping fee but he/she never answered me in regard to it. So I assumed that I'll get the free shipping fee as stated by shopee. When some of the orders arrived and were delivered to my house, (some because I still have some orders to be received) I was shocked because I paid a total amount of 311 pesos. 101 for the prices of products and 210 for the shipping fee. If this is the case, then I have to pay for the other orders that are yet to come higher than what I expect. I just want this to be clear. If ever what I suspect is true (that I was scammed), then I want a refund for the excess money I paid.
I hope this complaint of mine will be given attention. If you may, I need your response as soon as possible. Thank you!

The owner describe the product is free shipping product. They state that shopee authorized them to make payment outside the shopee. They do not mention there will be custom fee to be paid. The owner state that it is free shipping and deliver to doorstep. However, i had being charges for RM6200 for custom fee just for buying a RM2250 laptop. And the product is not even arrived.
incomplete deliveries/overpayment/ wrong sizes
The seller jacob fashion on shopee delivered the items to be already knowing that I cancelled it due to error on the sizes and incomplete stock but the amount to pay didnt change. The deliveryman still delivered it at home, my sister not knowing of my cancellation and sellers error gladly received and pay for it. She didnt check it cause the parcel was under my name and she doesnt know the things I ordered. I immediately advised the seller bout it but her replies will make you angry more. Please refund mo on the items undelivered. I will not return the 2 kids terno delivered even its wrong in sizes just refund me of the charge 1 terno mounting to 300+ that was added to the total amount my sister paid.

I am complaining regarding the ordered items that I've placed 3 weeks ago now. Been sending emails nor calling your direct number to check for an update well the first representative that I've spoke to ask me to wait for 3-6 days before they deliver it and the rest says I'll have to wait for another 3-5 business days before I receive it. This is ridiculous. Are you really aware on whats your standing when it comes to your service? If I would rate no stars! Totally poor! Your representatives are really sucks! super delayed delivery of item
Item (Tracking No: [protected]-GRCN) based on shopee record should be received last Dec 17, 2017 but until now walang dumating and as per transaction details "Order is in Transit Received at SCS Courier Facility Manila".. How is that so?
Then 3 other items with tracking: [protected]-JVEK; [protected]-KYCT and [protected]-ZPBQ were all having status of "Delivery Failed. Posted Status: Non Delivery" what does it mean?
Im just in the house the whole time in case items will arrive. All should be delivered thru LBC.. almost all the ime delayed sila magdeliver and won't bother to contact if about to deliver or not. Been contacting Cebu Central Hub's office but either keeps on ringing or bz tone which means eithee they intentionally wont answer, hung it up or just bz. pls do somethjng about this. thanks

I would like to file complaint against seller new generationph for the non-delivery of a baby rocker I purchased from the store through shopee. The item should have been received, the latest, last december 6, 2017 but until now I am not yet receiving item iI already filed for a refund but the seller disputer my claim and insisted that I wait for the item to be delivered. As for me, it's already 9 days past the due date for delivery of the item, how long should I wait for it? And based on the advisory of shopee, if the item is not yet delivered 3 days past the due date, a refund may already be filed. So I am now requesting for my refund asap so I can use it to reorder the same item from another seller.
shopee delivery at lbc pick up branch
Item was picked up from the seller last 12/4/17. The first delivery of the parcel to the designated branch was last 12/9/17. Naging unsuccessful dahil consignee is unavailable daw. Even though it's branch pick up. So next delivery attempt, which was last sunday 12/10/17. I expected it to be unsuccessful since the addressed LBC branch for pick up is closed every sunday. But it has been five days and hindi na gumalaw yung parcel. Last update was delivery unsuccessful. Shopee guarantee has already expired but I cant file a refund since the seller wants me to wait for the parcel. I tried to send an email sa shopee and lbc but no action until now. What should I do?

Called the singapore number to clear an issue that is more than a month old, seller had disputed a claim for a parcel I did not ever revceive.
Shopee ruled in fabour of the seller, taking my money and still no parcel in sight.

Hi.. I have received an order 3 days ago (07.12.2017).. the ID no is [protected]. I have entered the Tracking no EP331057825MY on the 8th December 2017 but was only able to post it on the 9th Dec which is today. However, upon reaching the post office, I realized that the address of the client is only 5 minutes away from the post office I was heading to. Then I decided to call the client if I can hand it over to her by hand instead of posting it. She said yes I could so I did it. I asked her to sign a received of item and asked her to enter the received of goods in shoppee.
however, up until now she has not done so and I was afraid that she would not do so. Therefore taking precautions, I would like to find out what should I do if she decided not to enter the received of goods in shoppee and I am afraid I will get penalized by shoppee.

I have been asking for this delivery for one month now and instead checking on the delivery the supplier threatens me to provide a good rating and then will send me the delivery video clips/ photos of the same.in spite of repeated confirmations that I have not received the items - the seller tells me take up with SingPost. How will I take up with SingPost when I have no document or any proof of delivery.
This is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Shopee is an extremely unprofessional ecommerce platform for customers.

My name is Thong Hui Hui have place an order on 30th of november 2017 time 9:20am and cancel my order around 10am. Seller didn't message me and reject my request at time 14.44 on the same day! I have message the seller and ask why reject my request at time 14.45 and 19:31 no answer until 1th of December 10.54am with a short message. Complaint to shopee and do manually cancel seller dispute my return and refund request, so disappointed with the seller that no responsibility at all.
if you dont want to buy, dont buy, dont make payment. Imagine everyone like you make order then cancel then make order then cancel. If the cancel request is allowed, simply because for goodwill, if it is not allowed, it doesnt mean no goodwill either, this is just to proceed the sales contract (because you agree to buy and make payment).

The seller did not write my mailing address properly and I get scolded by POS LAJU.
Unfair to me . As a seller, they supposed to write down my mailing address correctly.
Badly that they just wrote my name and the city. No address at all. Luckily they have put my contact no.
This is unacceptable.

Ive been a shoppe for a good 2 years now pero now lang ako naka.encounter ng seller na napaka rude. Nagtanong lang ako kung asan na yung order ko kasi more than 4 days na siyang delayed at di din kumukontak yung courier sakin kasi usually nagttxt yung rider pero this time wala ako natatanggap na text, sinabihan ba nmn akong sino may kasalanan at bakit ako galit, nagtanong lang ako galit agad?Hindi ba pwedeng magtanong. Tapos ipinapamukha sakin na hindi na daw nila kargo ang item once nasa courier na, na di daw ako sumipot. I bought iphone 5c with avazaharanatasha66.. I received the product in worst quality.. the screen has scratches and the back coves is dirty.. I ask for refund but the seller doesnt want to approve it.. the seller is very rude.. she even said maybe i'm the one that purposely broke the phone.. how can that be? Dear shopee, I ordered at Fashion. tv But one item didnt received I ordered 5 items. But one item which is the Tripod is not included in the Package when I receive. I easily called the seller that one item is missing. But he told me to chat via Shopee sms, I tell her what happened and No reply at all. I call them again and they ended the call and I cant reach them already via phone. Please do some actions to pay back the amount of tripod I was purchased. I hope you could help me. You buy at same shop but DIFFERENT ORDER ID (checkout process),
You should add cart all items you want from the same shop, once the TOTAL AMOUNT is 500php, click checkout at once so that the SHIPPING FEE will be lifted. NOT MULTIPLE CHECKOUT of products.
