To say that I am upset is an understatement, the disrespect and stinking attitude that I got from one of your cashiers this past Saturday morning is appalling to say the least, you truly need to teach your staff respect, professionalism and patience I even forgot the name of the lady however she was working by the cigarette counter in the morning I thought I saved her name, but it's not here this was in the morning around 10 if not 11am

Tell Shoprite Checkers directly about the occurrence including when and where it took place and the cashier’s description. Inquire about customer service and staff training.

Her manner of approach,yelling and banging the counter whilst speaking to us instead of being professional

Yeah, should mention that so if they deal with it they know what happened. They can check the cameras. A lot of times, sadly when a customer does not get their way they mistake that as rude or not being professional
