Worsed service ever
I went to shoprite in Sam Ntuli Mall in Katlehong Gauteng to get my self few items, I wanted there for almost 20/30 minutes while I was on duty. The lady that they were helping was a shoprite staff member wanting to get discounts so the was no one to authorise at that moment.
The cashier Itumeleng thats her name didnt bother to explained why the queue was not moving. And after a while I decided to ask if she can't ask one of the available cashiers to help us as we've been waiting for long and she gave me this stinky attitude and said I must go my self and ask, which I did and they cashier that I went to said they can't help me.
I went back and forth trying to pay my 3 items with no luck, I got frustrated and I ask for the manager, they said the manager is not available and the supervisor. until some one came and try to help.
but overall I am very disappointed with the service and the attitude a got from the cashier. So I'm requesting a formal apology from Shoprite Sam Ntuli manager and the cashier.
Cashiers like that need to understand that they not doing us any favor by serving use, we paying for the service and we need to be treated with respect and dignity. If they have personal problems they must leave them at home we also have our own issues and we don't take out our frustration at other people we interact with. Without us they don't have jobs, it must sink in their small heads.
