Singles50 Company will not cancel profile

I went through the site to cancel my membership and profile. The system does not let you. It asks for you to "fill in a form" which did and then email it back to the customer service account. I have done this twice and twice I get an email back that states exactly the same thing to fill in the form and send it back to customer service. It's a generated response it's not individual. I am due to get charged for the next period and I wanted the subscription and profile cancelled before then.

Desired outcome: Cancel my memberships so no payments are deducted from my bank acount and my profile is repmoved.

Singles50 Billing on bank card R999.00

I received a message on my phone today (11 Nov. 2021) that an amount of R999.00 has been deducted from my bank account. I did not authorize the payment and would have not done so because I am living on a strict, tight budget as an state pensioner. Very difficult situation, especially now over this festive season. Just got back from the bank to possible reverse the transaction. Been told to make contact with the customer service.
Please, please, can I get a refund.!
Please notify me if bank particulars are needed

Singles50 Unauthorized billing on bank card

I received a message on my phone today that R999, 99 has been deducted from my bank account using bank card.(2 December 2021).O did not authorize the payment as I had already unsubscribed from your site.I need the money back into my account.I went to the bank to reverse the payment but with no success and you are the people who are supposed to pay back my money.

Singles50 Deduction of the money

HI guys

My money was deducted without my authority and the money you deducted to me it is too much for a new member who's been with you only a month and I already paid you R199 on the 30 October 2021 when you deducted my money without even confirm the OTP number which is wrong and you show 80% discount that was not true. I was so disappointed with you guys. Please refund my money that you deduct without my consent, the R995.00 that you deducted today (01.12.2021) and please when you done, take my profile out to your site. I don't trust you guys anymore.

Singles50 singles50 dating

Unauthorized deduction from my account. During subscription there was an option for renewal after one month. I declined. They still took money without my permission for a second month subscription. I send them a cancellation request. They insist on having a cancellation request attached. I can not find any cancellation request forms online so wrote my own. There is also no cancellation option on there subscribers website. They are clearly operating on a fine line and there client screening is lackluster as many of the profiles are fake and scammers.

Desired outcome: full refund of R999 ZAR and removal of my profile from there site.

Singles50 Unable to cancel membership

On 29 Oct 2021 I joined the singles50 site and am attempting to cancel the membership since 30 October 2021.
I have been mailing cancellation instructions on a daily basis but I get no response.
There is no form, neither a function on the site to cancel the membership.
If I don't succeed in cancelling membership by not later than 11 November 2021 they will take R999 from my bank account
Urgently assist

Singles50 Debiting my account

I have not used singles50 for months and yesterday I notice you are debiting my credit card account for $299.70.

I have tried to deactivate my account in the past but your company make it so difficult. I also deleted my payment method so you could not charge me again and I never received any notification that you were about to take $299.70 from me of which I cannot afford. I am a single mother that cannot possibly afford this amount to be taken from me.

Please can you refund my $299.70 back to my credit card. Please can you send assurance this will be done

Singles50 Unauthorized debit card charges.

I have just received my bank(Maybank) statement of unposted transactions.

I realize that there was an unauthorized debit on 29th July 2021 of Three hundred two dollars and thirty-nine cents(S$302.39)of Singapore dollars to Singles50.

I have never authorized this transaction.

I am requesting for the full amount to be refund to me. I'm semi retired and the money are very significant to my livelihood in my near future.

Desired outcome: full refund to my bank account.

Singles50 I have been trying on the app to cancel

Hi I o ly approved 1 MO th trial payment I have been trying to cancel on my app for a month and it won't work now you have fraudulent taken off 999 rand which I did not approve.

The app is not even correct I set area and age and it keeps showing me men living in other provinces and of the wrong age am not interested in this app at all.

I need this payment refunded and my account deactivated asap

Hi

I didn't not get anything out of the app at all as doesn't keep to the settings I set. I paid one month trial and now 999 rand been take off my account even though on the app have been trying to cancel and deactove it won't allow me to. This is fraud I did not give consent for another payment I want a refund and my account closed asap.

Singles50 Not been able to complete my registration. And been told afterwards that I have to pay a subscription fee??

Hi there. I completed all the questions with the help of a lovely lady. It said I could join with no charge. When I got to the end and it said complete my registration it would not take my email address? Please can you assist me. Thanks Regards Jenny

Singles50 Unauthorised Debit

I took the opportunity for a one month trial at 199. Without my consent or authorization they debited 999 Rands in my account. Stop misleading people how can you debited my account without my authorization. This is totally wrong.
I want my refund ASAP
You can deactivate my account!

Singles50 I was charged without my consent

I was charged €49.99 and I never gave my consent. I want a full refund. The site doesn't have a complaint section which I find completely ridiculous also.

And now I read I must include 350 characters to add to my frustration. This is preying on the older generations who are not tech savy and it is quite frankly disgusting. If I do not receive my refund I will be taking this further.

Desired outcome: Return my 49.99 and delete my account

Singles50 Dating site

I have notice on my bank account statement that a company Singles50 Lu Pos. Which states unknown category sounds very suspicious (scam) and have withdrawn $99.80 pending on the 19/08/2021 from my account. I have not joined this dating site and demand the full amount transferred back into my account immediately including a full investigation if not I will be contacting the authorities.

Singles50 Deducting amounts fraudulently from my Visa Card

I initially thought I agreed to pay Singles50 the initial trial fee of $9.95 but my Visa card was charged on 6/5/2021, $247.05. I did not notice until today when my Visa was charged an additional $247.05 on 6/8/2021. This is almost $1000 per year and I do not and have never used the service

I'm amazed at the number of people being scammed and am curious about the number of refunds received from Singles50. Has anyone recovered all the money they wasted on this site?

I will probably have to contact the bank and cancel my Credit Card. I'll also contact Australia's scam watch and Visa to ask how Visa continues to allow this obvious scam business to be a Visa Merchant

Do not give Singles50 any payment details, they definitely take advantage of our naivety

Singles50 Dating service

I am C.P.Rendle of Nelson New Zealand, [protected]@gmail.com . I signed up for your service on 17 January 2021, then cancelled the service on 19 January 2021, by emailing a signed document notifying you of my wish to cancel, as demanded in your registration contract. I have shown no interest in your service since then
I have now at 12.00 am 18 July 2021 had $460.80 debited from my bank account . This is unacceptable .I demand reimbursement.

Singles50 Bad service

I cannot access my account. I have sent countless emails to Customer Services, with no resolution only automated responses. The emails were sent from the email I used to register on the site.

I initially tried changing my work email to my Gmail, and the system kept saying invalid email. After several attempts, I accidentally entered an incorrect email, which strangely the system accepted. I did not confirm that email.

Since this problem is not being resolved, and I cannot access the site. I requested a refund.
