I have availed of Singles50 service and paid a small amount to try the site. Never availed of premium service . I deleted my account to them but with great difficulty and eventually notices stopped coming to my email. I assumed that it was all finished and dealt with. Last January 2019 I got notified that I got a 299 euro deduction from direct debit done by the mentioned site. When I complained about it to the bank they said that they cannot ask a payback to the site because I did access the site and gave my bank details. I asked that it be block to prevent a repetition of getting deducted which the bank did. But this month I got charged again for 99 euro stating for premium membership again this time from a different merchant, the reason why they got to deduct. But since they got blocked initially my bank initiated a payback after which Singles50 emailed me to ask for the charges. I asked for a contact number to resolve this but got no response. They keep sending and insisting that I owe them 99 euros.

My personal information for the second time has crossed over onto someone else's profile. I cancelled my profile the first time on this site for the same reason and it has crossed over to the same person again! I just paid 6mths subscription again and it's not my profile so I would like a refund and cancel my subscription. I can't believe this has happened twice with the cross over of profiles with the same person.

falsely created profile
This is my last resort, as just as so many have been complaining of a non-response from the customer service department, this has also been my experience.
I have NEVER visited your website, and certainly NEVER created a profile page.
Was it not for the emails in my inbox from strangers, I would have been non the wiser.
But someone did create one, with all my correct personal details, my area of residence, my height, likes & dislikes, children living with me, all created to perfection.
I am not on any social media platforms at all. My profile picture was taken from my mothers Facebook page, so this deviant also knows my maiden surname.
For some months I have been receiving many sinister WhatsApps and SMS's.
All with very disturbing sexual content.
I desperately need to find out where this (my) profile originated from.
As the police are unable to trace the sender of the cell messages, and I am living in constant fear.
It is very clear that this issue is of no importance to you, as you have ignored my numerous emails.
Just as clear, as anyone, being able to anonymously create a profile for someone, is not your problem... email address & password and all.
Why would you chose to protect this person?
Please don't make your website yet another avenue to terrorise the unsuspecting.

If providing you with proof that I am the person on the falsely created page, still is not enough, what will be sufficient to warrant disclosure of the creator of the profile.
The profile has been deleted and we do not have any information at all about it anymore, therefore we cannot give you any information about who created the profile. Due to data protection laws once a profile is deleted all associated information must be removed and this has been done. We hope this clarifies the matter to you. This company is a scam and rips people off! I wanted a refund to no avail, and they inform me of fine print. Reems of scrap. I Contacted again as I want to discontinue and told I need a form, which I cant find and a simple person lke me finds this very difficult. I signed up today on a mobile device and on the sign up page it quoted R199 for 12 weeks not R199 per week after I paid I found the amount of R2337 deducted from my account . I then went and jumped through hoops, as the web site has no clear customer support page and I still cannot find the link. I want them to refund me money and cancel my subscription as this is very misleading and borderline scamming...

I have been charged an amount of GBP 80.18 (EUR89.70, VRATE 1.1495 FGN PUR FEE 2.15)
The date of the transaction is 29/01/2019.
Supposedly i subscribed on 27/10/2019 @ 16:25.
I maintain I did not make this subscription - I recall that i was taking a bath from 16:15 until 16:50. For reference my e-mail is [protected]@outlook.com.
You will see that the above tranasaction includes an 'FGN PUR FEE'... this suggests that i was out of the UK at the time. I confirm i have not been out of the UK since 25/10/2019.
I have contacted my bank's fraud department and they have requested that I contact you.
I request a full refund of the above amount - i have no need of the services you appear to offer (you should be aware that i am a happily married old age pensioner!

I signed up for a 4 week trial period with singles50 site for $29.00...They then proceeded to deduct $99.00 NZ$ from my credit card...I called my NZ bank cancelled my credit card informed them of why and sent many emails to singles50 expressing my dissatisfaction... I informed them via email that I had cancelled my credit card to ensure they could not access further funds...this was in Dec 18...after following procedure on their site of how to cancel to ensure you met terms and conditions I prepared a cancellation letter attempted to try and fax to the number given and after 10 attempts of being constantly busy I emailed them on the 6th January well ahead of my 14 day period for renewal...They responded told me I could send a letter of cancellation via email of which I did but they never replied to this other than an automated message to to say they would get back to me within 3 working days...The next thing I know on the 21st January 19, they have attempted to deduct a further $300 NZ$ for a further 3 months after no acknowledging my cancellation letter...I received an email of demand/they use stand over tactics/bullying, informing me that they would set a collections agency onto me...If this continues I am going to report them to the NZ Commerce Commission a government body for protection of consumer rights and try and have them blocked from trading in NZ...I believe they are taking advantage of the fact that I am remotely located...this is disgusting and unethical behavior from any company and they should be shut down or at the very least investigated...please be aware and stay clear...

I'm amazed with all the reviews (something I should have checked prior) that this Company has not been brought to Justice. I can only imagine the amount of money they are scamming people daily and for several years?

Your company is a total scam and I can't even try to imagine how much money you have scammed people in your years of trading.
If you refer back to my "account"? - I'm not supplying you with any reference, please do that yourself, you will notice I "tried" to contact your company on several occasion last year with little or no reply (except a standard letter), not even acknowledging my concerns.
You and I know you scam people by asking them to take a trial, then knowingly no there is no way to cancel the subscription. I found out that you had taken over 700euro from my bank account last year.
You won't be getting anymore…
I have informed my Bank, their Fraudulent Division of your tactics and put a stop on paying g you and your company anymore of my money.

This dating company appears to be a total scam. It let's you register for a 14-day trial and promises that your subscription is automatically ended and it's only later that you suddenly have access to very different terms and conditions. They then take 99.99 a month from your credit card under a different name (be2 S.a.r.l) . The company is registered in Luxembourg which makes it even more difficult to terminate the contract.
The instructions to terminate are misleading and unnecessarily complex. This company is a total scam.
I never once had a contact/date and there were no realistic matches. It looks like they use fake profiles with beautiful faces to attract you to their site.
Don't sign up because once you have, it's very difficult to end the contract. I ended up blocking payments through my bank.
