I have attempted to cancel my subscription after finding my partner (Mark McDonald) on Singles 50 - 2 weeks after joining in mid December 2023. I have had great difficulty in finding information to complete this action and my partner is also at a loss of how to achieve this.
I subscribed for 1 month and I am being penalised for not renewing my subscription or cancelling it. I am devastated as I only applied for a 1 month subscription and no longer needed the service as well as finding a lot of difficulty on how to cancel.
I have sought help from my daughter to assist me to find out how to cancel my subscription. I am also seeking that all penalty costs are removed due to my diligence to cancel but to no avail. If it wasn't for my daughter i wouldn't be writing to you today.
I have emailed you at [protected]@singles50.com and requested the same and hope that you may consider my request with appreciation that I have found my ideal partner through your site within 2 weeks and we are moving forward happily together.
My partner is also wanting to cancel his membership as he no longer wishes to remain on the site but is still receiving messages. He applied for a 6 month membership where as I only applied for a 1 month membership as I couldn't afford the longer term.
I would like to speak to a person opposed to just writing to ensure that my message has been received. I cannot find a contact number.
