This is an exercise is sharp practice. They take far more money from your account than you authorise them to. They have a role on renewal of premium membership that continues to steal your money even if you cancel and close your profile.
To end Premium subscription they recommend a long drawn out process of *POSTING or *Faxing a signed letter! I kid you not.
They will waste lots of precious time until they can deduct ANOTHER bill cycle. There are fake profiles, you'll never meet anyone on this. This is not a shout meeting anyone. It's about scamming you money. NEVER EVER SIGN UP TO ANY OF BE2 DATING SITES. They are not user friendly for stopping payments or ending memberships.
When anyone types in "singles50 review" there are pages of their own advertising. This is how they've kept the scam going, people think they're reading a review, not just advertising material from the scammers themselves. Even the banks know about this sharp practice company with no morals stealing people's money.

Singles 50 one month membership
I purchased a one month membership on singles50 for $19.90 (Aus) and my account was charged over $80.00 (Aus) which I did not authorise - this is theft.
I strongly advise that you do not use this website. I'm now very concerned they will take more money. I've contacted my bank about the theft.
How do we stop this company exploiting vulnerable people?

I think it was around the 29th of September, not sure of the date, but I registered with Singles50 choosing premium, believing it was $9-11 I was very happy to register and maybe find my forever partner. When I went to register my car my payment failed. I went into my account and found that Singles50 deducted $239 out of my account. I am a struggler and I am very upset about this. I am one to take things further but looking at all the complaints online about the same issue with Singles50 I will take this further if I don't get a response and the this issue is not rectified. I am sure you have every intention helping single people but this is just not exceptable.

I wish to coplain about your misleading business practices. I got into similar situation as all the other complaining people, believing that if I subscribe for one month, it is going to be a one month membership, and one month payment.
However, Singles50 tricks the custumers into paying multiple amounts of what they directly agreed to, paying regularly long term, and not being able to unsubscribe.
Unfortunately, I got payments taken from my account for month now. I wanted to unsubscribe, but it was not possible on your website, so I decided to cancel my profile, not to use your services any longer. However the bills keep coming.

I agreed to pay $9.99 for a service and was charged $235, which they claim I agreed to.
They blocked my account until it was paid which meant I couldn't close it or unsubscribe. My bank picked up the fraud an immediately stopped payment. Never the less I am being bombarded by their Martin Bell to pay up with threats of escalating fees and my credit rating being effected.
It's a blatant scam and I have screen shots from them that prove it.
I have contacted Scamwatch in Australia plus other agencies along with a similar service in Luxembourg.

premium membership
I want to cancel my membership and request a refund under the Membership Guarantee. I am very unhappy with my experience so far on this site.
The prospects offered are not at all suitable and I see no point in continuing.

Hi janice williams here. I have just had on 1st july an unauthorized credit card payment processed. I did not authorize this payment - I would like it refunded straight away. I did not even know that my account was still operating. Please cancel everything. I do not have this sort of money to pay out. harassment to pay - unauthorized charges
My sister was a member of this website.. for a brief. Of about 2 months did not like the site and did not meet anybody there so discontinued her membership.
She did not sign up for auto-pay and did not sign up to further her membership.
She is a registered disabled person on a low income.
She has been harassed to pay additional fees for a membership that she did not even want.
I have never seen such a thing in my life.
The emails are scaring her and she's not even on this site which is easily checkable if they would have logged on to see
I already DID THAT . . That was my first thing to do.
The most bizarre thing is my sister has not been on this site in a year and yet you continue to assess charges to her even though she had discontinued her membership and even though you had no credit card on file and even though there was no payment and now you're trying to tell her that she owes nearly four hundred euros... she has not been on this site and so long.
Why would you keep a membership open for somebody that did not pay on a quarterly basis which is how she said you charged...
So if someone doesn't pay you just keep their membership open and then you hit them with these huge fees threatening to get a lawyer on them?
She was sent a letter threatening that she was going to be taken to court and she is scared to death such INTIMIDATION

An initial amount of R396 was deducted on the 31st of May.
On the 1st of July an unauthorised amount of R1, 999 was deducted, for which I don't believe I gave permission.

We're sorry that you don't want to continue your membership but a withdrawal from your contract and a related refund are not possible. Our Terms and Conditions do not offer a refund for any unwanted or unused Premium membership.
However, we appreciate that you want to cancel your subscription so that it will end after the first cycle. You can, therefore, continue to use your Premium membership until 30/07/2019. There will be no payments after this date, but if you've paid with installments they will continue until the expiry date.

I have started communicating with a lady named Gaby ( 50 ) that states she is from Gisborne ( New Zealand )
She now tells me she is in Mexico City.
I asked her how she got onto the New Zealand site. Her response was that you have the option on Singles50 to choose your country that you want to present yourself.

I am Tolley and I am a premium member of Singles50. A few days ago, I noticed that someone calls Williams has access to my account details.
He could access my personal characteristics such as changing my date of birth, height, photo... Even access my master data.
I did not pay more $170 to see a scammer manage my account. You have promised to protect my personal information.
If in reality you cannot do what you promise then I will ask you to refund my money.

premium membership cancellation
I actually met someone through Singles50, but my experience has been soured by the difficulty in cancelling my premium membership. I found the cancellation details on their FAQ page and followed them explicitly only to be advised that there is a 14 day minimum cancellation period. It turned out that I sent my cancellation 11 days before the next renewal date so now they are chasing me for another 6months payment and threatening to send a collection agency after me. I had cancelled that particular credit card for another reason so the automatic renewal didn't proceed.
My point is that the FAQ page did not mention anything about this 14 day cancellation period - so it appears they are trying to catch people out and grab extra money from members. Why else would they not be upfront about this?
I have contacted customer service several times, they eventually promised to have the relevant manager look into it but I haven't received a response. I will not be recommending this site to anyone, in fact I will be warning people to stay well clear. It seems they are not really very interested in helping people to find love, just making money out of vulnerable people.
To resolve this issue I want them to accept my cancellation as of 7 Apr 2019 when I sent it and agree that I am not obliged to pay another 6 month membership.
I contacted Customer Care, but they did not resolve anything!

There is a man named Fred 62 from Tasmania
He writes with broken English has told me he doesn't live in Tasmania but in Parramatta Sydney. Now he has asked for me email and had asked me not to contact him on the Single 50 site but to only speak via email.
