My wife had been calling SingTel customer service hot line 1688 a customer service officer by the name of Alice on 22 October ‘23 at about 2.45 pm who attended her call. She keep telling my wife to check the TV box connection, router and got how many red lamp appear in the router. I overheard their conversation and take over the call. I am wondering is your CSO is competent enough about technical isssue, at first she promised a SingTel service technician will come to our home between 3pm to 6pm to get it fixed. Later she said SingTel got limited resources. I insisted to talk to somebody superior than her and this guy Joushua a CSO manager had take over the call, he under it’s the TV box problems and can only send somebody to my home only tomorrow appt at 9am. Later about 6pm he call me & I ask to change the Mio TV box and he direct me to go Jurong Point Hello to get a replacement set without checking weather they have stock, Sure enough Jurong Point out does not have this replacement box. We have been marry go round and round wasting my time & car petrol. I am thinking about changing my telco to another service provider after getting such a lousy service from such a big organisation. Very disappointed
Desired outcome: They only can sent somebody tomorrow to get it fixed.
