Our corporate is using Singtel services, and the services provided are way below the passing standard.
I have requested for my new entity a new account, to be separated from the other entity, ever since Apr 2023. After months of wild goose chasing, in Aug 2023, I finally received a reply that the new account has been created. However, when I logged in to the biz portal, I wasn't able to view the new account. I sent another email to give me the access. I was told that I am the SPOC of the new account under our new entity. It was another ball-passing for another month. I didn't get any reply for weeks after that. I sent another email today to follow up on this request. Another customer service agent replied with a whole log of procedures for us to do before I could be appointed as the SPOC and have access to the new account. This is absurd! I was told I was the SPOC of this new account last month. Why do we have to restart all the process to appoint me as the SPOC? I simply asked for the access of the account to which I am already the SPOC, through the biz portal.
This is never ending and frustrating. For my next company, I will definitely request to not use Singtel service at all.
