Aug. 18, 2023 I submitted my moving expenses hoping it will be reimbursed with in the time frame Sirva stated. 10 days later still on "Pending" (Sirva app) status so I decided to asked for help from Sirva consultant that was assigned to my relocation. On the same day, a team member of Expense support reached out to me for a couple of question. I replied back on the same day. 2 days later which is Aug. 30th, the status is still on "Pending" so I reached out again to ask when can I asked for reimbursement. Yesterday Aug.31, I received a response that says "Our finance team had 1 more question that was answered this morning. The report will be processed now."
Definitely a communication break-down within Sirva's Expense Department. My suggestion- if there are questions that needs clarification from your clients, Sirva should be reaching out right away to enhance the process not the other way. In my case, I need to reached out to keep my expense processing moving. This is the second time it happened.
Today, Sept. - status is still Pending".
Desired outcome: Please reimbursed as early as possible.
