Steers Cashier

I walked into one of your steers to buy a burger. I tell the cashier Sinelizwi that I was my patty to not be well done. She give some this condensing tone as if what I'm ordering can't be done. She then tell the bac to make my patty raw. I instruct her in her language what it means when u do not want it well done. She gives me this look an makes a remark as to make me seem stupid. This made me upset. I work and deal with customers daily. How I treat them determines if they will return to my company or not for the service. Me and my colleagues always come here weekly but your steers no. 4 Carthcard road is definitely one place we would visit again.
To top it of they make u wait there no indication of how long ur order will take.

Desired outcome: Maybe train ur staff on different kinds of ways of making meat. Not everybody wants their burger well done and dry. Some steers get this and never an issue

Steers Cheesy chips - foreign objects - steers kookrus, meyerton

Good Day,
I ordered at Steers, Kookrus, Meyerton on Monday 26/07/2021. While eating my cheesy chips I swallowed a large hard item, I then checked and found a Hard and pointy piece of Glass/Plastic in-between.

Steers service

I ordered pap, seshebo, wors and brisket. They delivered my order but not including seshebo. I made an order around 11 oclock in the morning. The driver went back with the order so that they can rectify it. i took them more than 2 hours. i called them they told me lies saying they are still waiting for the driver. When i call the driver the driver said they told him there is no seshebo at the shop they send someone to shoprite to buy seshebo. I CALLED THEM AGAIN AND I TOLD THEM WHAT THE DRIVER TOLD ME THEN THEY CHANGE THE STORY AND SAY YES THERE WAS NO SESHEBO AT THE SHOP THEY SEND SOMEONE TO GO AND BUY AT SHOPRITE. WHY DID THEY LIE TO ME FROM THE FIRST PLACE . THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO SESHEBO AT THE SHOP THAT TO LIE TO ME. AND AGAIN WAITINGFOR ABOUT 3 HOURS TO RESOLVE THE MATTER I HAVE TO CALL THEM MORE THAN 5 TIMES. THEIS SERVICE WAS VERY BAD. THE SHOP IS...STEERS, TUBATSE CROSSING IN BURGERSFORT, LIMPOPO. DATE 06.07.2021. EVEN NOW AS IM WRITING THIS MESSAGE ITS AROUND 2 O CLOCK STILL MY ORDER IS NOT YET DELIVERED, BAD SERVICE EVER

Steers Poor Food Quality

Good day,

Im not a person that complain easily but the food I received from Steers Clubview Centurion was utterly disgusting. I ordered a dbl rack of ribs ( beef) on 5 July 2021, more bones than anything else and the little bit of meat on the bone is like try to bite threw your shoe-sole and received it ice cold.

My family and I always enjoyed Steers food and buy from the above mentioned branch atleast once a week so you can imagine that this experience was huge upset. Please train your cooks better to prepare the food correctly. You would have thought that in this difficult times you'll get value for money but this R199, 90 was a total ripoff!.

Steers Food not up to quality

We ordered ribs and when we opened the box it was all burnt the burger patties was still raw. Very disappointed as we buy more then once a week. Plettenberg Bay not good at all.

That's not what flame grill means there's a difference. Being on holiday in Plettenberg Bay and with Covid-19 restrictions your food should be up to standard.

Steers Service

Hello,

I placed an order of 4 rib burgers at steers Kroonstad and after 40 minutes it's only then I am being told that they do not have the rib patties, when I am expecting to get my food and the stories I am getting does not match
.

Steers Online order service

I have placed an order and it is 3 hours and 30 minutes i have not receive my order from Chris Hani mall steers in Vosloorus. When i call them they not picking up the phone. What a bad service they not even communicating about the delay.

Steers Unethical behaviour

My Daughter and her friend goes to Norkem Park Steers twice a week on their lunch break. Now lately the two girls are being called racist's for they do not want to date black men. First they just ignore this statement, but now they are getting fed up.
The kids have nothing against black people for they both are brought up to treat every one equal. Hell they even have black friends.
I truly think the staff behavior is unethical!
From now on they will rather go to McDonalds across the street.
Employees like that will cost a business a major lost at the end of the day.

Desired outcome: As the norm here in South Africa I know nothing will come out of this so no worries for any desire outcome.

Steers Product

Good Day

Today at the Steers Graaf Reinett we purchased 3 x chicken burgers and 1 beef and cheese toasted sandwich just after 08000am.

Upon eating the burger I found a piece of hair which looked similar to pubic hair also my sons toasted sandwhich we found blanket fluff ontop of the sandwich.

We dont often buy food from there as we were passing through on our way back to Johannesburg. On friday we also bought a large fries in Colesburg and discovered hair inside as well.

This for me was a first and vow to never use any of the Steers mentioned above as I am rom Johannesburg and never in my life of being a Steers supporter did I ever experience anything like such.

Very disgusted not too mention what a waste of money and loss of appetite for my families food as well.

Steers Am complaining about poor service at phalaborwa steers

Poor service at phalaborwa steers, I have ordered mjojo burger and single ribs at 12:10 I received my order at 2:30 and it's not the first time I experienced such service now It's too much. I even took a video of the staff busy talking while my order was ready .some times you will wait for 30 minutes to order while the staff a busy talking about things which a not work related ND when she done talking you can place an order

The food we received on 5 May 2021 & 12:53pm from Midway Mews Vorna Valley was not good at all the food arrived ice cold the chips was hard and rubbery there was no lettuce on the burgers the milkshakes was watery and not taseful we paid a lot for food that was not up to their Standards it was the worst food we have ever received from Steers and we are very dissapointed in the service that was provide - We would like to know what will happen on this matter

Steers Poor customer service at steers marikana square

On 03.05.21 at around 2pm, I called the store to place an order and requested delivery. I gave them my name (dr moumakoe), cellphone number ([protected]) and requested them to deliver to epl clinic, bopmine at sibanye-stillwater. They agreed to deliver and promised to deliver in less than an hour. At 4pm, upon realising that my order was not delivered, I called the store again to make follow-up. A lady who answered the phone told me that they will no longer deliver because the distance is far, such an order was not even placed and the drivers were about to knock off. She refused to give me her name.

Desired outcome: i will appreciate if my order can be delivered as promised

Steers Refund

Request for a refund : Ordered & paid online for food on 21 April 2021 for me to pick up at the store (Strand Pavilion - Western Cape). At the store the woman at the counter informed me that the order was cancelled (no idea why). I immediately received a SMS stating that the money will be refunded within 5 WORKING DAYS - we are now at day 6. I find this very disappointing. Everytime I phoned the branch at the Strand, Western Cape (where I ordered), there is another story. Please I URGENTLY want the money to be refunded.

Steers Poor and bad service

I bought a Wacky Wednesday at Steer Mdantsane, Kuyasa Mall in East London South Africa. I then decided to later order chicken, paid for it and left to go to another shop. When I came back they to get my order I was told they gave it to someone. I complained about it but they were adamant that I shouldn't have left it behind I told them it shouldn't have mattered as I paid for both my purchases. They called the Manager who also told me I left my order. I then requested my money back. I'm not sure if you aren't allowed to leave your order while you wait. I'm extremely upset because I waited a long while for this order. This is really bad service. Another lady who was sitting next to me said she ordered on life an hour before she got to the shop yet she waited another 45min for her order. THIS IS BAD!

Steers Order

Steers Highveld mall is the worst!

Fisrt time, i called to place an order and i was advised that my order will be ready within 15 minutes. When i get to the store to collect, the lady who was assisting told me she forgot to make the order. I asked for the manager, he reprimanded her and apologized. This is the second time we place an order and when we go to collect, we're told they forgot to prepare our meals. This is unacceptable. It's utter crap!

Steers App Service & Customer Service

Steers only delivered half the order I paid for. Order was placed via their app. I was unable to contact the particular branch that delivered order because branch phone line is diverted to call centre. Numerous call centre staff repeatedly put the phone down in my ear when I mention the issue or put me on hold then line goes dead. Seems like they have no process or system in place to deal with branch queries but offer no way of contacting the branch. When a call centre agent finally gave me the managers cell number he did not answer his phone after multiple attempts to contact him. I rarely order something via the Steers app but each time there was an issue with the order. Complete rip off!

Steers full chicken

I am very disappointed today (14 April 2021) at 17:04 I ordered a full chicken online at Setsing at Qwaqwa, I fetched my order (241) at the gate and when I arrived at my apartment it was an shame to find six pieces of the full chicken burnt. I desire you to replace the six pieces of the chicken.

Steers Ice cream

i bought an ice cream plain cut yesteday after work at Wynberg Steers, the quality of the ice cream was not satisfying at all.i am not happy..im not sure if the ice cream was off of the machines were not washed properly.

i had to throw that thing away.
im not happy at all.
