I ordered on 31-03-2021 from Birch Acres around 18h55. order was accepted. the order took long when I called the branch on 101242000, someone answered and said the order is on its way and that was around 8pm, mind you, the store closes at 9pm. so I waited and around 8h30pm I called again because I wanted to know what was going on, a lady answered and said all ordered meals have left shop with the driver, so my order will come soon. immediately after I got a call from delivery guy saying he is on his way, i called after 15 mins around 9h45 and his line was bad, when he eventually came, he had an attitude, talking about how he will never deliver to this place again, he complained about how he was on his way home at 7pm and they called him back at the shop to deliver, he is doing me a favour and like I couldn't understand how I was wrong. I dont know his name but his number is 0620979315. Now I'm confused how was I wrong, firstly he is hired to deliver, if I made an order, I dont choose myself who needs to deliver, the shop does and that's his shop, why is he attacking me and complaining to me, if the order I made at 18h55 was late, the shop was just supposed to decline the order. I'm not happy at all with the service

On 24 march I placed a order online at 18h07 with the new steers branch shell garage volksrust road in newcastle kzn, at 19h35 I still have'nt received my order, I drove to the branch and was told by the manager that my order has been dispatched without even apologising, to make it worse the order only arrived at 20h00, food was cold and tasted like [censored]! For a brand new steers store this is simply unacceptable! Steers has just lost a loyal customer...

Yesterday I got to your steers branch at the engine garage to order two of the wacky wednesday specials. To my amazement I saw whilst standing in front of the guy that was preparing the burgers that he already had the burgers all fried and filled in a container and just placing them on the burgers
As I got home the burgers were so hard and we could not eat them but rather throw them away. Was steers not suppose to give us freshly made stuff.
What if this burgers were fried the previous day.. This is actually unacceptable. We are paying for our stuff and we need fresh food

Did put in an order for 7 wacky wednesdays at 17H00 The Lady told me that I will receive the order at 17h30 Did tell her we will pick it up at 17h45 to give them some more time for preparation We arrive at 17h45 but not finished yet. After phoning the Branch the guy who is working their told me I still have to wait for another 15 minutes. I've told him I can't wait any longer because our workers working overtime and I told them the food will be ready at 18h00
He told me he will pay our money back if I don't want to wait any longer After another 10minutes we did receive our order. This is not acceptable and very bad service

i ordered steers prince burger and chips on mr d app, the food they delivered was of poor quality, the chips were burnt, literally black, they are also not cooked properly and burger is very dry.. i'm not happy with steers karaglen service delivery, and this is not the first time

Good Day
I ordered food from Steers Pinetown St Johns last night the 24-02-2021. The service and the food was terrible.
Firstly I was told that there were not doing any deliveries and I would have to pick up. So I placed my order over the phone. When I got to the store I could not even walk in I had to stand at the door. The floor was wet with soapy water all over. Should a customer fall and get injured that would not be nice.
When I got home firstly there was no cutlery, no salt, pepper, chips spice or sauces.not even serviettes.
The chips was terrible it was full of oil and the chicken was so dry after me clearly telling the lady when placing my order that the chicken must not be over cooked and I wanted extra sauce.
I always purchase from Steers in Kloof and the food is always on point. I have attached pictures of the chicken and the chips.
Dissapointed with the Wacky Wednesday burgers
This time around we were very disappointed when we bought the Wacky Wednesday special on 17/02/2021. The garnishing on the burgers were so much and the actual burger was so tough, dry and extremely flat. Seems like it was overcooked and had absolutely no taste at all.
Because of us always buying the Wednesday special and we end up spending quite a bit, i was so upset because all 6 burgers had the same issue. If it was only one of them i would understand but the whole batch was a disappointment.
I would appreciate if i can get feedback soonest.

Steers mokopane crossing mall, their weekey Wednesday classic burger was very dry - not juisy as a steers burger. I did not enjoy it at all although I have added extra cheese. The staff were not approachable & they never came to check if the meal was OK.
Branch complaint east London nahoon
Afternoon. I have just been to steers nahoon east London. Only 1 customer (Mr delivery) there but the noise from the person sitting in the chair too lazy to get to take ur temp and the teller was horrific. I ordered a cheese burger and chips and coke. Chips arrived... Been cooked over way too many times and I wudnt even touch it. Burger was dry and chewy after 2 bites tossed it. Coke wasn't even given to me. Where has the quality standards gone to from steers? They used to have the best chips ever. What a waste of R90 to be literally thrown away. Pics attached of chips. Would u have eaten that? Absolutely amazed.

Wrong order and bad customer experience
On 23rd December 2020 I went to Steers Gateway Mall on my way to work and decided to buy a Wacky Wednesday. Ordered beef burgers and cashier convinced me to add cheese which I gladly did. Lunch time at work the burgers were 1 chicken 1 beef and no cheese. Went online got the store number called like 3 times was on hold due to high call volumes. Had no choice but to eat the burgers. Due to the long hours I work I couldn't go to the store the next day. Went past the store 28/12/2020 to report and a lady african manager with red hair told me to bring in a slip. Told manager I have burger pictures. Show manager and she said okay bring a slip. On my off day on 04/01/2021 (Monday) on my birthday went into the store with a slip and the same manager attended me and said she had told me to come on a Wednesday with a slip and buy a wacky Wednesday then they will add free cheese. Told lady manager it won't be long until I buy at steers as through my bad experience I have bought my own steers burger patties to do at home and I can't always have spare money for take aways. Lady manager asked if she should wrap the cheese for me or what do I want and I said at least a complimentary burger would do considering the airtime spent calling the store and I showed the store number and durations on the call manager declined and said I should come on a Wednesday. I didn't believe it and jokingly Said since it's my birthday I planned to eat at McDonald's and I'll ask them if I can come take my cheese from steers and they can add it in my McDonald's burger, we both laughed I left. I realised that in order to put this case to rest on 20/01/2021 on a Wednesday I went into store to order a wacky Wednesday with my slip and the same african lady manager told me she can't assist anymore it's been too long now and she can't check on the data where the mistake was. Told manager well it was December and I got paid early so I couldn't afford take outs. So declined and said she can't do anything else despite the numerous times I've traveled to steers with all necessary info and pictures. [protected]@gmail.com

Wacky wednesday
I placed an order throught the drive thru at steers in Springfield park at 18:16, my card was tapped at exactly 18:18 on 10 February 2021. I did not retain a receipt Order was 2 Wacky Wednesday specials and a large chips. After waiting for very long I finally received my order only to drive half an hour to home and open the order to find that the burger did not have a PATTY it was just sauce and garnish. After 5 attempts the store finally answers and Pindi tells me to come tomorrow they closing just now. Im really angry and disappointed with the service. Please could I get a positive response on this issue, thanks in advance

My company orders 10 wacky wednesday combo's every week at steers woodstock. I have never seen such terrible quality in my life the buns are so old it literally crumbles if you you want to sell old food please advertise as such so I can know not to buy it and on top of that the patty is half the size of my bun so steers is literally stealing money from their customer. Why should I pay for quality and receive [censored] if you want to sell [censored] please adjust the prices according absolutely disgusting service!

Delivery and cold food
I ordered food online from steers Welkom and i took more that 2 hours to arrive. When i call the store they keep lying and say that the food has been taken by the driver and on the app it shows that it has been delivered. When i keep calling they lie again and say that the driver was there and called and kept on hooting while I have no missed calls nor did they hoot. They later called and say the driver took the food back to the store and first has to deliver other peoples good before mine.

Placed an order at 7 18 pm. Got a message at 7 30 saying it was being prepared. The app said we would receive it at 10 past 8 and that the steers was 8 minutes away from us. At 12 past 8 uber driver called and put down phone. On the app it showed he was driving to the steers at quarter past 8. At 8:30 we saw he was driving away and we called him to ask what was happening and said the shop was closed. Why did steers take our order at 730 if they had no intention of servicing us. At 9 00 someone called us from india to say the driver said steers was closed so he couldn't deliver. At 9 28 the app showed that the order was cancelled at 9 00
Very upset - large order with family to feed and no rational explanation from uber eats

We ordered food online via Mr d food on the 30th of December.
After waiting almost an hour my son phoned the Vermeulen street branch to follow up on the order, he spoke to Gabriel and he told my son that the manager, Denell, didn't want to talk to me.
To date I still have not received any feedback or MY FOOD.
We have complaint numerous times and each time get told that our complaint will be dealt with within 48 hours, but yet still no word from anybody.

I am going to post this ridiculous service on Hello Peter as well as every social media platform I can find if I hear nothing in the next 1 hour.
