My evening started I wanted to order "wacky Wednesday " so NOT ONE of your branches do delivery in Daspoort that I do not understand because I have seen a delivery bike deliver in my street. So I went to Phillip Nel on arrival I could we Steers is unorganized but let's give them the benefit of the doubt. I placed my order 5x Wacky Wednesday and 5x Cheesy Chipe with Beacon Bits.
I was waiting for the order 1hour and 15min that is ridiculous...
I was standing inside for maybe 20min since I walked in my 5x chips was standing next to the š chips NOT under a warmer, so the Chips was cold I requested the lady be hide the counter to please move my chips under a warmer SHE IGNORED me with a MAGER ATTITUDE on her (all of your employees have an attitude at the branch not one was friendly or helpful. So, chips where cold cheese sauce was cold bacon was not bits as advertised.
5x burgers... some had garnish with sauce some burgers had NO sauce on the burgers. Please see attached my photos of food received.
Your Branch URGENTLY needs attention as there is no control and no proper Management in that branch.

Never ever has I been this disappointed in Steers as much.
PS: Why is not one of your staff members very cloves on their hands while working with food?
I am sure there is a health and safety act that makes part of your PPE that working with food you need to where cloves. But I will follow-up on that myself.
