I would just like to bring the following to your attention.
On the 13/09/2023 I visited your Sea Point, Cape Town branch outlet to order a few wacky Wednesday burgers.
To my utter disbelieve and with shocked I was surprised that a Steers food change outlet had cockroaches walking around freely as if it was a norm. And it was not the big once that comes from the drains it is the once that breeds in a kitchens and cupboards.
This is besides 6 staff working at the back and waiting for 20 minutes for an order of which the food was also cold.
We actually didn’t eat the food as the thought of insects walking around on counters and wall didn’t sit well with me. I actually through the food away as I was not comfortable eating it.
After advising the teller they just came out with a broom but then the stuff disappeared behind the counter.
I was actually considering taking this to the media, but I took the decency to hear your side to why your food outlet have cockroaches and compromises hygiene levels of the food outlet.
I hope to hear from you soon to know what you going to do about the situation.
Regards
