As service providers to Steers Parys are not receiving any joy in getting a hold of the owners of this branch regarding two outstanding payments.
We provided the branch with plumbing services in August and September. The email address provided that the invoices are sent to receive no response at all. Calling the branch is just as difficult, either the calls are not answered or are cut. When asking to speak to “Flora” the person who requested the work to be done, the call either is put down in my ear or the voice message says that the extension is not available or when I do manage to speak to her she says she will phone back or asks for me to phone back. I need the person responsible for these invoices' contact details, please.
Attached are the two outstanding invoices. Please advise as to whom I can speak to regarding this matter. I have called your head office to be given various numbers of people I should speak to, but their telephone numbers just ring and are not answered. Trust this will be answered promptly.
