Steers Gezina Branch the Worst service ever from any restaurant/take away place. I will never/ever recommend this branch for any orders. The last 3 orders that I placed was a total disaster. The 1st delivery took over 2 hours to be delivered and the only explanation was that they are busy. Received the order the food was ice cold after phoning numerous time on when the order will be received. The 2nd order that we placed we did not receive the full order. There was items missing from the order. The cheese that we paid for extra was not on the burgers and no chips where not delivered even though it was paid for. Once again the food were ice cold. The order from tonight order number #[protected] was ordered at 17:02 we ordered 2x Get Real Double Meal and 1 x Get Real Duo Meal. We received 6 single patty Burgers and was such a quick delivery with the food still hot. I called the store at 17:33 to notify them that the order was wrong. The lady I spoke with took the complaint and promise to phone me back. I assumed she was going to call back in 5 minutes to tell me the correct order is on the way but she only phoned back 13minute later to ask me again if I was sure there was only 1 patty on all the burgers as if I did not pass my Graded 1 math. She then said again that she will phone me back. 2 minutes later she phoned again to tell me to please not eat the wrong burgers they will collect the wrong burgers and bring me 4 correct ones. This was now 17:46. At 18:07 I phoned to ask where my order is the guy told me the order is out with the delivery guy already. So I waited and waited(the store is not even 10minutes drive from my house). At 18:24 I phoned again and the guy told me that the delivery guy has got a lot of orders and that he is still on the way.(So my confussion is that I placed an order at 17:02 I have a complaint and my order are not the 1st delivery) So this is where I lost my cool and asked the guy why my order was not the 1st to be delivered as it was actually placed more than an hour ago and was delivered wrong. Then the delivery was made at 18:32 and once again with Ice cold burgers. At this stage the store did phone to confirm that the delivery guy is at my door where I did told him that the burgers was ice cold. Guess what he told me that he will remake new burgers for me. But I refuse to deal with this branch again. The staff is completely incompetent they have no customer service relation experience. The only words they kept on repeating is that they are sorry. But Sorry wont cut it. Because of 3 orders that was placed at this branch and 3 disappointments I don't believe I am the only 1 that receive this kind of service. Either the other customers don't bother to complain or they just take it as this is what it is.
