I ordered seven items from StyleWe. But they completely messed up with the sizes. This website shows a wonderful display of modern, beautiful clothes, but the actual products do not match the pictures. Items I received were just horrible and ugly! Nothing looked like pictures. Colors, material, and sizes – everything was wrong. I sent them an email and demanded a refund. But they did not respond, until I began a PayPal dispute. They promised to refund my money within 3 business days, but I never got my money back. Every time I send them a message, there are only excuses. Since I paid with PayPal, I thought there will be no problems. So I have to chase them and send them messages every day. They stole $900 from me! The worst website ever! Do not purchase anything, this site is a scam.

Formally 'Rosewholesale". STAY AWAY. Rip off and will use your credit card number to purchase Starbucks gift cards in bulk and sell on the internet. It's a ruse for underground Chinese fraud in order to steal credit card numbers from Americans and sell on the black market. Clothes are made by Chinese slave labor or children. Stay the h$LL away. You'll be ripped off if you buy from here.

Thank you all who took the time to share your experiences. I am sorry that you had such bad wexperiences, but am so grateful to know this as I was about to place a couple of orders. Their dresses are gorgeous and so different, but I will not be taking any chances and so glad I checked your reviews first. You definitely have saved many from being ripped off!

I ordered two dresses from Stylewe, both arrived yesterday on time. They're both too small. I should gone up a size. The sizes are different in Asian countries. I didn't know it was an Asian country. If I had known I would have gone up a size. The dresses are not as long as the picture showed. Their pictures of their dresses are beautiful; however just be very careful with their size chart. I will not send the dresses back because of the comments I have read on this site.

I have just had a very bad experience with this company. Do not order. Do not waste your hard earned money. Materials are cheap and not what is pictured. And the sizes do not match even what they have down. I find it interesting that the few people on here, that are defending their work, mention to pay attention to the sizes. But the medium dress I bought is over 2-3" smaller in all areas, then what was listed as a medium. I am a U.S. Size 4 and this dress would not for a zero.
What a waste of my money. Maybe a child could use it for Halloween?...

Do not buy from this site. SCAM!

Notice in the picture, that the top layer does not even go below the waistline. And the hem is completely uneven. Also, I love the condition of my $100.00 dollar dress (sarcasm). Oh well. Lesson learned for me. But hopefully I save you!

I research the company before placing my order because they do not have customer service number on the website. Never heard from them with answers to my question, like where are they located (now I know in China), what is their address for returns etc etc. I rather do not ship to China at my own expense. I tried their web chat and there was no one there. I do not do internet business with companies that do not have a phone number. China does not have the same regulations as USA and to buy from them would be very risky. I will pass after not getting a response from them to my email. I also highly doubt that the dresses in real life are as pretty as in the photos. Probably horrible quality for the money and since also made in China. No thank you.

I ordered 3 items, 2 were sent, and I was not given a full refund on the never sent item, because I used a coupon for free shipping. This company is out of China, and you don't get what you pay for. I have communicated with them many times to no avail. They refuse to refund me the $20 for the "free shipping" even though I never received the item. So, I have to say I learned a $20 lesson.

Also, the items are very junky, even though they are not really cheap, and the sizes run very small.

With so many great designer's garments and diverse designers, StyleWe should have more satisfied customers than unsatisfied customers, right. Scam! I ordered a dress for my daughter to wear to prom. The description on shipping said 2-5 days to process order and then 3-5 days to ship for Express Shipping. That means 10 business days max. I was to receive an email when the order shipped and when I did not after 6 days, I emailed customer service. That is when I was informed for the first time the dress was being shipped from overseas and they had no idea when it would arrive as at that time they had no tracking number. With prom around the corner and my daughter most likely needing a dress altered we had to buy another dress at a shop.
When the Style-We dress finally arrived, customer service would never apologize nor refund my money in entirety directly. Instead, they sent me complicated directions on how to ship the dress back to Israel at my expense and risk to obtain the refund. I am now stuck with a $110 dress. You take a big chance ordering from this site.

I ordered a dress. It came on time, so I was hopeful. However, the cut is quite a bit different in reality than in the photo, so it isn't flattering. I wanted to return it. No Can Do. IMPOSSIBLE, actually. I was falsely reassured when there was an insert in my package indicating the process for returns. It doesn't actually exist. At all. And for heavens sake don't go to the website and enter your email info, which you must do to "contact" them -- including a forced agreement to receive their promotions. DO NOT NOT NOT buy from these Chinese source companies -- I actually knew better -- my husband works in CyberCrime -- but did it anyway and just tossed $140 down the drain.

I also liked the dresses especially the materials, silk, linen, cotton, and mixed. At the time I registered they gave me a 10% coupon toward
my first order. When I wanted to buy the items( two dresses) the total didn't reflected the discount. I e-mailed them, and they sent me
a response to make sure I clicked on the coupon idol. I tried it again nothing worked. Later I had an online chat with "Alicia"
after telling me make sure that the coupon didn't expire. I still had 7 more days before expired.
She couldn't help me beside offering me to get an app. and on the app. I can get 20% off.
After that I looked into the complaints. I'm surely happy I didn't buy anything from this company. I had a gut feeling after the difficulty at the checkout,
that if they are not able to give you the 10% discount then how well are they conducting their other end of the business.
I'm grateful for all the people who are taking the time to complain so they are savings others to make the same mistake.

Exactly same case with me. Ordered two items, which were not even close to what was being described, and then upon acknowledging the return they said they will issue the refund within 3 business days, and it's been 10 days now, and no response from them. Mugged for $155!

i ordered a pink wool jacket in xl rather than the l i usually buy--it was very small i have been trying to return it but getting return authorization is impossible

i will never ever order from this website again. i will also report this site to the bbb and my credit card company. k. skelley

I ordered a coat from them the beginning of this year (2016)...I was SO excited because they have the cutest clothes on their website!
I waited for 2 weeks!...I said "it's coming from China that's not right across the street!"...But after a coupla days past I sent an email and called the number provided...Nothing!...Ok so I contacted Paypal got that all straightened out, they suggested I wait a couple more days. Because they had notification that it had already been shipped...Ok, I waited...a couple days more!...Something said.. "They're not sending that coat, get your money back!"...I called PayPal back.. and told them I was filing a formal complaint! ..It took me like 4 more days, but I got my money back!...There's an old saying in Tennessee, I know it's in Texas, it's probably in Tennessee that says..."Fool me once, shame ooon..shame on you...(pause)...ya fool me once, I can't get fooled again!...CoffEKolor(YouTube)

I checked out the STYLEWE and to be honest with everyone, was not impressed with their selection. I did see one dress that I liked by a Chinese designer. It is Polyester but costs nearly $200. For $200 I expect something non-rubber-like. So, I did some digging and found the exact same dress by the same designer listed on eBay for $44. They are also brand new and available in all the sizes. The seller is highly rated and the shipping is free. The measurements are tricky for this piece because while based on the chart my boobs would be more comfortable in a Large, my waist would actually be better off in a Medium. But since the fabric is Poly-spandex, it can probably stretch on my chest. FYI I wear an XS (2) US size. I'd say look elsewhere for nice clothes, ladies. You get so much less than what you pay for with this company!

Glad I read these reviews and have not ordered. Their marketing is spot on, clothes beautiful but sizing info was hard for me to be sure, like one size fits all charts, nonsensical for American sizing. Also hadn't picked up shipping from China, too much risk and headache if something goes wrong.

Returned two items that did not fit, only received a refund for one. Not resolved to date and I'm out $50.00. Buying clothes from this site is risky at best. I certainly won't do it again.

I have totally wasted my money. Got one item that fit and the other 2 were not even close to the sizing. They promise someone will get back to you in 48 hours and then they don't. I have contacted them over and over. DO NOT give this bunch of crooks your money.

Horribly small, shoddy fabric, cheaply made... do not look anything like the pictures. they skimp on fabric...I gave all six items to the Salvation Army. May be they can use them for rags.

I recently sent back pkg did everything they asked they still won't give me a refund. They asked for proof I sent pkg back
Scanned recipet, now they are saying dates are not adding up... Seriously give me a break, this is not right .
Don't use the company clothes are made cheaply and God forbid if you need to return anything, it's a big scam.

Thank you all for your reviews. I was about to order a green silk dress, but there are too many complaints.
Canned response from company of 95% satisfied customers, well where are they? There might be a satisfied person every page or two of complaints, I hope they are real and not plants.
The prices are great but probably too good for good quality silk. I will pay more for a dress made here in the US, but better not to waste my money buying a dress that isn't big enough or good quality.
I'm sorry for what the ripped off people went through, and thank you for posting to help others.

Dress took 5+ weeks to arrive, long past the event I had planned to wear it too. I tried to cancel my order after a couple weeks of waiting and I was told by a customer service representative it was "not possible" to cancel my order. Thankfully, the item fit because, they have a VERY limited return window - making it almost impossible to return items.

After this, I felt really uneasy about this company - and I was certain my dress was never going to arrive and I just handed over my credit card information to a fake company! Thankfully the dress arrived but, they desperately need to work on their customer service and communication. There is a lack of transparency, which makes me distrust the company. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.

That said, the dress is pretty but, the quality is questionable. The dress's ink leaks everywhere and I am always covered in black ink stains when I take the dress off!

Also, be warned the shipping arrival estimates are completely misleading. What they don't tell customers, if that shipping estimate is calculated from the time it leaves China...and it takes WEEKS to leave China.

They do not refund your money. So they get their dresses back which let's them cut down on manufacturing. My label they emailed me to put on the package went to 1700 S. Miliken Ave. Ontario, Ca 91761. Certainly this 900 sq feet office is a part of this fraud. I'm sure it'll be shut down before authorities arrest the thieves!

I ordered 6 dresses and only one dress that is ok. They arrived fast, but the materials are not good, it’s so hard, not comfortable. I want to return them but there is no return/exchange option for me to do that as they have said in the return policy. I have told them that there was no option for me to do that. There is no record of my order in my account, but they keep telling me to login their website and go to my order and select return/exchange button on the right hand side of each items, after I do that they will send me an authorization number and a return address. There is no phone number to contact them, only email. It’s frustrated. I think, they tried to bypass times so after 30 days you can’t return it. This is my first time and also my last. I had bad experience order stuffs from China website before, but I ordered it because it has 4 stars review. I’m going to wait for few more days and I will dispute with my credit card company. What a hassle! Would not recommended!

They do not refund. Beware! When you return your clothes it is sent to a company called Stone C K La. But pretty sure they are in China. The scam is they make clothes so small you have no choice but to return them. They get their product and your money. This way they don't have to keep manufacturing. Contact better business bureau.

The quality is way below substandard - the construction, the fabric, the fit are all dreadful. It looks real pretty online, but DO NOT BE DECEIVED, it's crap. It isn't worth a single dime.

The customer service, though you wouldn't think it possible, is even worse than the quality of the product. Every interaction you have will feel like an exercise in futility.

I cannot warn the public strongly enough about this internet scourge. Save yourself some time and money and just STAY AWAY from this site.

I ordered a "100% silk coat", it arrived 95% polyester/5% spandex. They offered store credit BUT I had to remove my negative post. I did, they said it would take a week. I looked at others posts and realized they were stalking and I would likely be caught in an extended nightmare with store credit. Believe the posts on this company! Returning will cost you $40+ mailing to China, if you can get them to provide an address. Then they will say it never arrived. DO NOT BUY HERE.

Order 6S320207 placed and confirmed 6/28. I used the address of the post office where we have a box. UPS and FedEx deliver there. 6/29 address correction was requested via email. I supplied our street address and was told it would be corrected. On 7/1 received an email notice of shipment to the post office address. I am truly displeased with the service of this company and am seeking a refund.

OMG.. I was just going to order 4 outfits I fell in love with clothes.. No way would I ever order from them. Thank you to all who wrote these reviews. Horrible customer service and apparently quality and sizing is off also.. sigh.. You saved me a lot of money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY STYLE WE

I have had exactly the same negative fraudulent experiences as others. Dresses took over four weeks to arrive. One was supposed to be 100% silk. it was made of some strange stiff plastic type material. The other was unfinished with the neck and sleeves unravelling already with multiple threads. The dress was poorly made and of poor quality.
I contacted the co for a return address and I was told to send photos. NO return address was supplied. This Chinese co. is yet another Chinese scam.
I hope anyone who reads all these complaints will not be sucked in by appealing photos. Believe me, they are false

Wish I had reviewed this company before I ordered anything from them. I did receive my item and it was tight, tight, tight, I think it was not sized properly. The returning process is really quite involved, I think I should have just given my item to someone because it doesn't look like I'll see my money any time soon. They have had my returned item since August 3rd and today is August 14th. I connected with someone via their online website and it was written to me that I wasn't supposed to put my request for refund form in the package without emailing them also. Wow, but I used an email return request label from them, and they asked me why I was requesting it. So now I have to tell them again what I want. Well, currently, I have now sent an email to them, stating again that I want a refund. It's not worth the aggravation to deal with them.

I ordered two items in July for $126.00. My charge card showed TWO identical charges for $126. When I complained to the company they said they only had one order, and I cancelled it. The second $126 charge did not go away. My credit card company credited me for both charges. No merchandize was received. Now my credit card company is billing me again for $126! I then ordered one item, in a medium size. I wear a size 10. When it arrived it was very very small, so I emailed them for a credit/exchange form so I could exchange it for a large. NOTHING! I'm still waiting for the form. This company is a disaster! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I cannot thank you all enough. I was in the process of placing a $400 order and something said check it out further. I really think it was the "pay NOW" and now was in all caps and made me feel like someone was in my pocket taking my money while I looked the other way! I have had numerous problems with sites from China. And my mother had an issue with a site from China (not saying that all are fraudulent, however, they always have delayed to no return policies, even though they clearly state returns are accepted on their site... just not processed). I will only use a China website by way of Amazon, Etsy, some other governing site with buyer protection and that is still a headache. What sucks is this site states a London address to give a different illusion, which makes them crafty. Please only use a credit card that you can immediately cancel the transaction once products received are hardly what was shown on their site. And the positive remarks clearly seem out of place. As a business owner of both goods and services, it's horrible to even set out with ill intentions. But we must share information and not allow these sites to steal from us. Hope you all have resolution and money won't hurt either. Be well.

Saddened to hear people have had a bad experience, but rather horrified by some of the racist remarks. Not all Chinese are swindlers-- that's like saying all Americans are fat! I've had many positive experience with Chinese merchants & artisans. After buying clothes in person in China, sizing is small. The majority of Asians are smaller than Westerners. That being said, this site showcases different designers, so I imagine the diversity of quality/sizing is great.

I am waiting for Stylewe to refund my return. They did not contact me until I submitted a dispute with my credit card company. This company also lied to say I should close my dispute with PayPal. Closing the case would have released them from their obligation to refund me my money. I will be contacting the Better Business. To say issues were resolved because they could not get in touch with the customer is probably a lie. What customer would not want their money back. This should not be labeled as a RESOLVED. THey had lied to me!
