I ordered seven items from StyleWe. But they completely messed up with the sizes. This website shows a wonderful display of modern, beautiful clothes, but the actual products do not match the pictures. Items I received were just horrible and ugly! Nothing looked like pictures. Colors, material, and sizes – everything was wrong. I sent them an email and demanded a refund. But they did not respond, until I began a PayPal dispute. They promised to refund my money within 3 business days, but I never got my money back. Every time I send them a message, there are only excuses. Since I paid with PayPal, I thought there will be no problems. So I have to chase them and send them messages every day. They stole $900 from me! The worst website ever! Do not purchase anything, this site is a scam.

Consumers do not routinely rate sites continuously bad.
Poor craftsmanship? poor quality? takes 54 days to ship?
It's that saying, "you get what you pay for"
And, "if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is"!

When I received the four dresses I knew it must be a scam and never see my $ again. the dresses are very poor quality, nothing like the pictures which show beautiful embroidery and have no embroidery at all. i'm afraid i've been swindled. do no buy from these thieves! pure trash!

I agree with what has been said...very small sizes, poor craftsmanship, flimsy material, no customer service and absolutely no way to contact the company to make things right. I have a nasty looking dress and learned a very good lesson; don't buy from China! I won't do that again! A friend at work has had the same problem.

Wow, THANKS SO MUCH for all the feedback! You've saved me headaches! I pressed a pop-up ad and the coats looked so designer at such a cheap prices, which made me skeptical. I read the "About" section and thought the business was such a fantastic idea. Maybe someday they'll get their act together and be competent and mainstream, but until then, I will pay more to shop at reputable stores.

I'm Chinese born in America and am disappointed at some of the business practices of Asian countries such as China and Korea. I know that they can knock-off anything. Even reviews can be fake. But these reviews are clearly the truth. It may have changed, but I know decades ago in China, they didn't even allow people to try on the clothes and offered no refunds. And it's not just the Chinese. Other immigrants don't believe in customer service either. Try using their coupons, and they will be sticklers. U.S. customer service can't be beat!

I totally agreed with above complaints because I have been experiencing the same thing! it is a fraud online website. they should be banned to sell anything in the us. first I ordered two items, and paid for, then I was told one of them no longer available, the one they sent me was a wrong item - instead of a long coat, they sent me a cheap short sleeve top! then weeks later sent me the right item, but I never thought the size was way too small until 30 days later when I finally tried on when the weather was right. their size small was about two sizes small than the us size, I could not even put on. when I asked for refund or exchange. they just bluntly refused. by now I has not only lost my money also lost many hours and hours of time.

Never, never, never buy from stylewe again! when their ads pop up, you can just go to the right upper corner to change the setting to block their ads from showing up again.

in comparison to other complaints, i thought the quality was excellent.
however, their sizing is not even close to american women body types...xxl on jacket equal to size 8, xl on blouses = size 6/8...not even in the ballpark. big disappointment.
the return process is quite demanding for documentation, still in that process so not sure of outcome for full refund

Thank you so much for your comments! Indeed the website is misleading and it doesn't look like a Chinese company with typical cheap materials and very law quality. It even doesn't mention that it is all produced in China. The website is so constructed that you think it's some modern platform with young designers. I tried to google some of those young talented "designers"...with no result. They don't exist. Just Chinese production behind it based on copied designs. On some other website I read about this horrible chemical smell of a dress received from them - this smell which is characteristic to those cheap Chinese productions. I was so tempted to buy (after watching their beautiful photos promising decent quality) and thanks to this small research and your helpful comments, I came back to my senses. Once again thank you for warning!

I found out stylewe the website showed no whole pictures of its apparel, at least no model's face. Does that web company have the legal copy right to use these pictures on its website? If yes, please show the model's face in each apparel's picture. If no, please shut down.

Everything people are saying is true. I ordered $500 in dresses. They looked great. The sizing is all wrong...very, very small dresses. My sister is an American size 8 and could not fit into a StyleWe dress marked xxl. Furthermore, they do not give you a return address. I disputed the charges through PayPal and just sent them back (PayPal gave me an address in NY). I hope to have the $$$ credited to me account (fingers crossed).

I am glad I read the complaints before placing an order. The clothes are right up my alley but who can afford to waste money if the merchandise isn't up to par ? Thanks for everyone's honesty !

I just received my order of a silk dress from Stylewe and couldn't be happier. It arrived within a week from Singapore, it's exactly as pictured, and it fits perfectly. Now, I will say that I paid extra close attention to their sizing guide, even taking a measuring tape to myself to be sure. And what do you know - the dress fits. It's super cute, seems to be of good quality (but of course that remains to be seen).

I was very nervous about ordering after having read these complaints, but fortunately my story turned out great.

My friend ordered dresses for me from this site and they were all great. Guess what brought me here, ! A colleague has been begging me to place an order for her for same dress. With these complaints am confused if should go ahead or not

Wow, I wish I've read this before ordering my graduation dress. Wrong decision to order from them. I have an order number but I can't track my order and no phone number to call. It's a total waste of money. Attention BBB, this company shouldn't be allowed to operate business and swindle more Americans.

OMG! You guys safe my life! I have just placed an order worth almost 500 dollars and was about to make payments but my gut instinct said to check reviews and lo and behold! I was already on the payment screen so I am good :) since I didn't make any payments yet! Too good to be true isn't it? The dresses on the site appear to be so sooooooo cute! It's a shame they scam people like this -- only China can get away with stuff like this.

Everybody is being ripped off by this company, why don't you notify your Congressmen, Senators and the Federal Government? Maybe they can stop Stylewe from doing business in the United States. What they do is terrible.

The photos are stunning. The hefty price assures you that these are authentic. What you receive is garbage. The "silk" fabric is actually the stuff they make the reusable shopping bags out of: barely woven, plastic-y, and scratchy. A tiny bit of pressure on the "fabric" will cause it to pull, snag, tear, and stretchy out of shape (not that there is much shape). I ordered a two piece silk sheath with a watercolored duster. I only received the duster (for well over a hundred dollars). The XL size was about a US size 6. In order to return it, I had to wait for a return label, send all materials back, and send them a picture of the box? Of course I have not received a refund.

wow! Well, guys, I'm so glad I happened about this site. I was going to buy 3 dresses from there today, for a wedding. As the other commenters have said, the photos are lovely, the descriptions are great and the prices are good. But after reading other folks' experiences, I think I would rather pay a bit more and get the actual dress ! Thanks again - I will certainly check this website before making any more on-line orders.

Agreed! Do not give this company business. Terrible company with terrible customer service. Dresses and sizes do not look and fit as the website says. There is no phone number to contact them directly. They make exchanges or returns impossible by not providing a return address until they "approve" an email request for a return or exchange. They never approved it and stopped answering my emails. All I wanted to do was exchange for a larger size at first. Then when they weren't responsive so I started asking for my money back. It's been over a month of multiple emails to them and now it looks like I've just lost over $100 and have a dress I can't wear!

Thanks to all who took the time to warn about this website. I'm sorry that you were sold inferior merchandise and/or the other complaints. But you saved me some $$ since I was about to order a $100 dress from them. I experienced the same/similar with a website called Rosegal and should have learned from that-lost close to $50 on junk but am glad it was only $50. Hate to say it but if it ALL comes from China, one should be on alert. I looked up the "designer" of the dress I was about to buy and there was nothing about him/her except to links back to the website.

I bought the Embroidered Organza Maxi dress, green size M. When I did not get my dress in 7 business days I started to worry so I read the comments and immediately started freaking out. I sent an e-mail to the company asking why I have not yet received my dress, and like everyone says they did not respond. I went back into the site and read very carefully the shipping and organization times, it so happened that I received my dress in the time the site said I would receive it. The quality was worth what I paid. I did not look at the sizing chart which was my fault, but if I did it would of fit great...like a glove! The green was a little darker then I expected but I also bought it on line. I thought it was going to have silver in the flowers but again I BOUGHT IT ON LINE. All in all if I would have done what the directions the site explained for me to do I would have received exactly what I expected. It was a great deal also. Thank you Stylwe I will buy from you again!

Like all of you, I was cheated by another Chinese seller, who advertised their fashion products all over internet aggressively just like Stylewe. As a matter of fact, I suspect it IS Stylewe in another name. Because it got so many bad reviews, it has changed its name to Stylewe so as to continue its fraudulent activities. Another reason I believe Stylewe is that fraudulent seller is because they operate the same way: Posting fake photos from famous European fashion designers to attract buyers, but can not copy correctly and send out products with wrong cuts and horrible measurements. Those sellers from China should be reported and stopped. Anybody know what kind of organization that takes charge of international commercial market and internet?

After several attempts of ordering clothes with no success, I am greatful I looked up this company! Thank you all for posting! Bless you all! I have tried unsuccessfully to order from Stylewe and none of your payment sites work. I believe Stylewe has a disconnect with PayPal. You should fix your website if you wish to be successful

I ordered a dress from this site in December 2015. It took almost 2 months for it to arrive. The the quality of the product was fine but I did not like the style so I wanted to return it. They assured me there will be no problems with return if I follow all the directions. I sent the dress back with follow up email of the photos of the shipment. I have never heard from the company back despite numerous attempts to contact them by email. No refund was ever issued. It is a scam company. Do not buy from them.

I thought I would try one item, they looked so beautiful. What harm could it do? Right? I ordered a 4x just in case. As soon as I opened the box the most horrible smell filled my home and the dress would not fit a toddler, the smell was unbearable I didn't even ask for a refund, threw it right in the trash, Blatant fraud and that smell!

I totally agree, this IS the most misleading site. I just received the pleated batwing T Shirt, pd $90.00. WHAT A RIP OFF. What I got is not even worth $25.00.
I will NEVER order another item from them. I had to take the time to write this as I don't want another person making the mistake I made.

Well I could see some people not being happy. The seems can be a bit wonky on the delicate silks and detailing a bit off here and there. I'm okay with that however. They do look handmade. Like something your very talented mother or aunt might make for you.

But given the detail and complex lines of many of the dresses, if the thing were Nordstrom perfect, you'd be paying hundreds more for the same piece.

I buy mine a little bigger, because I'd rather deal with a slight alteration down the street than a return to a foreign country. Be smart about your purchase. I believe my dresses are worth every American dollar I've paid for them.

I e been very happy with the products, their thoughtful packaging and timely deliveries.

Buy it. Wear it and have fun, because these dresses are fun. They're lovely in fact.

I ordered several items from StyleWe and they said the didn't have the dress anymore and that they would refund my money, they never did. I received one dress that couldn't even fit over my head, this place is a scam and the do change their names once we catch on to them. People Please stop ordering from these spammers that don't even have a phone number. They have no idea what a bust size is since they have no breasts.
