Online order
Placed an online order and was dropped by subway before order went to a store. They took the money and never placed the order. Now we cant get the food or the money back. Theives Never order from this company they dont care if they steal or not.

steak and cheese sub. that I bought on 4-5-21
I purchased the above sub and took it home. My husband and I tried to eat it for lunch but we could not. It was so bad even the dog would not eat it. I have never gotten anything at subway that wasn't delicious and fresh. The sandwich actually tasted like the meat was spoiled. This is an isolated incident anda I have never reported any complaint to subway before. store number 44435-0 purchased at 10:29 am. I bought the sandwich with a discount coupon and it cost was $6.41 with tax.

Last weekend I received notification that my Subway order was being delivered, in Washington DC. I live in Vermont and had not logged into my account in months. Two delivery orders totaling almost $100. Subway is set up that you can only use Paypal, which when I set up I thought was odd. Now I know why. When I saw the 2 fraud charges on PayPal, I filed an unauthorized use of my account. PayPal concluded it was not unauthorized use as they did nothing wrong and Subway is the issue. Subway will not respond to any inquiry I've made through email or social media. I just asked for a contact number to report. Limited google searches show that Subway is not responsive to other fraud activity either.
Desired outcome: To be refunded fraudulent activity or at least a valid contact info of which someone would even reply.

I went hot 2 subs and they made it in correctly. 1 thin women's was great there was a heavier one that was down right nasty I was. At the one on north street auburn ny 3/16/2021 at 445pm because of her I will never go back . The other women offered to remake it but the heavier one wanted to argue with me . Then when I got home the Italian sub had only 5 pieces of meat .. she did t even do the wrong sub right .

Staff has covid
Staff needs to be checked for covid. One of the workers told me that two of there workers tested positive already so why haven't the rest of the staff been tested? This is a big customer safety issue.

I've given this location so many chances. So many bad experiences and never wrote anything negative. This SubWay location has been terrible for quite some time now. The sandwiches are almost always sloppy and it's evident that some workers there just do not care. They day shift tends to be a bit more on the rude side and dismissive of customers.
I ordered a breakfast sandwich and Sprite from them through DoorDash. When the order arrived there was no drink. And the sandwich itself had no cheese on it, rubbery bacon, and a burnt egg. I contacted DoorDash and they called the location about getting the food remade and replacing the missing items. The store took no accountability. They claimed the order was fulfilled correctly. So then all DoorDash had to offer me was $5 in credit for a $13 order. And all we really wanted was the food to be remade and delivered correctly. Again, the location took no responsibility and DoorDash just took their word for it. Terrible service all around.
Poor quality of entire order
1/23/2021.. Purchased 3 footlongs meatball, tunA, chicken bacon ranch.
Have to say they were awfull. The only one that was eaten was the tuna. Pretty hard to screw up tuna. Meatball has always been my favorite. They looked and tasted like little frozen mb . Subway was once a very good lunchtime meal...That was twenty five years ago. Todays Subway is just plain awful.
Your experience depends on whether the Subway you purchase from is company owned or franchisee and the quality of employee employed at said Subway.

I ordered a 6 inch oven roasted chicken toasted meal with Lays baked barbecue chips from the drive thru. When I received my order after waiting for 10 minutes and looked at it after getting home, my chips were regular barbecue chips, my chicken was ice cold, and the cheese wasn't melted at all. So I ordered in store and they charged me for all three stating that the buy two get one special was only on line.
