Supercuts reception desk

I have been a customer of Lidia for several years and she always does a good job. She works at the Wisconsin ave shop in Washington DC. My last visit was 11/17/18 . When I called that morning a young girl answered the phone and I expressed that I wanted a haircut and color with Lidia.
The young girl told me that she was in and she could help me when I got there. However when I got there at 10:30 am Lidia was not there . She was not scheduled to come in until 11:00 am that day. I was ended up waiting 30 minutes . It was extremely frustrating that I had to waste 30 minutes because the young girl gave the wrong information. I don't thing it's a good ideas to have a young girl answering the phone who does not know the correct information to give to the customers. Thank you for your time and attention.

Supercuts extremely unprofessional

This is the 2nd time they've done that to me. One month ago I called to make an appointment with someone they made the appointment but when I got there they said she can't do my hair because she's leaving. I asked her why did she ask me to come driving 20 minutes when nobody was available, she said she didn't look at the schedule she just assumed there would be someone available. I told her to please take down people's number just in case and she said they do not call people. This morning again I called they told me to come in. I drove 30mns (traffic) when I got there they told me no they can't do my hair because there are only the 2 of them there it would have 3 people for them to flat iron my hair. I was so upset. I asked them why didn't they just tell me when I called they couldn't say anything, all they kept saying is only a 3rd person could do my hair because they're too busy (mind you they only had one guy in there), and said they dont have my number to call, I told them I did offer to give you my number but you guys refuse to take customers numbers and have customers drive to you and cancel. They're so unprofessional. I'm done with them. This place needs to be closed down.

Supercuts refund not received yet since 10/5/18

I initially bought a shampoo and paid $13. Marque said if my son will have a hair cut, the shampoo will be discounted..He said he will refund the $13, then he will charged me for the haircut and the shampoo with the discount. He gave me 2 receipts, 1 for the refund and another 1 for the shampoo and haircut. Up until now, i havent received the refund., i called the customer service 2x, spoke with John and Collin, still no good response.

Supercuts not much to say just look at the pictures I attached

Went to get a haircut in Las vegas for a confrence I have starting on Wednesday and This girl just kept cutting and cutting until she messed it up so bad she did not know what to do. All she could say was sorry. At this point I have no choice but to show up at my meetings wearing a hat. I have never had such a bad haircut unless you count when I was 5 and my mom cut my hair

Supercuts highlights

I went to Supercuts in Morristown on Friday October 19. I went in asking for full head blonde highlights. Which I have gotten at that salon before. I was told that would take her to long to put full head highlights in my hair, that we can do a balayage because it would only take 45 minutes. After going home and drying and straightening my hair I saw no difference from when I walked in the salon. You can not see ANY highlights! I was charged $160!?! I called the salon back to see if they could add a few more highlights to the top, and I was told for an additional charge! I'm furious and now will be going to a different salon to get my hair done again!

Supercuts haircut

My last visit to the North Hollywood location I got someone named "Amy" who during the haircut asked if she could put product on my hair. I said "no". She then proceeded to put product on my hair anyway even though I said no, she said it was the only way she could cut my hair. I've been going to Supercuts since I was in my early 20's, I'm now 44. This current location I've been going to for almost 10 years, I've never had a problem until then. I was annoyed and didn't give a tip due to this. But I remained polite. Fast forward to today. The person I got named Klesman looked at the receipt the printer shot out and gave me a mean look, then took me to the chair to cut my hair. She proceeded to cut my hair WAY too short and the wrong way. She didn't even give me time to say anything the trimmer just went down the middle and ruined my hair. When I told her this was not correct she gave me the little piece of paper that the computer printed out prior and said this is how it was done last time. On the paper I saw notes from Amy saying I was rude, and the incorrect number that should be used on my hair. I took a picture of the paper and they said they were going to call the Police on me. I said that was just fine and asked why, she said she would tell them I was intimidating them even though I remained calm during this horrible reveal of the note on the paper. I stood there and said I would wait for the police, they decided not to call them so I paid and left, I had to go to another barber to fix the mess they made my hair. The kind people who used to cut hair at this location have been replaced by new girls who in my opinion will destroy your hair should they feel the slightest bit of disagreement you have with them, then they will put a note on your record to defame your good name and sabotage your hair your next trip. I have the photo of the receipt that shows this! My complaint has been passed on and I am waiting on the District Manager to contact me back with a resolution.

Supercuts haircut

I took my son in to get a neat and tidy hair cut everything seemed fine until I noticed the sides around the back hair line came out so badly pretty much bald she did not follow the hair line like she should of and there was non way to fix it without making it worst. When we got home my husband had no choice but to try to even it out even more so it would look as bad now my sons hair line is just way off. I did not get the ladys name like I should of because it just looked so bad and we were upset we couldn't wait to get out of there any quicker and will not be going back. I thought the styslist understood was I was telling her I wanted done but came out horribly.

Supercuts hit in eye

Went in to Supercats Camfield Corners in Charlotte, NC for haircut.

Stylist was holding both scissors and comb in right hand and while combing
hair hit me in the right eye with the end of the scissors. Went back to show that
my eye was blood red and watering. I tried to get address of corporate off
and was only told there was no corporate office and to fill out a form stating
issue and I could HAVE A FREE HAIRCUT

On my way to see eye doctor.

Supercuts haircut and blue tips

I went to Supercuts in Pico Rivera CA I asked to get a haircut n blue tips was charged 210 up front my hair was not supposed be short I told the not to go above my shoulder n my bangs are so short they look like baby hairs my tip green yellow turquoise all un even and not blended I was told there nothing that can be done I want my money back I was over charged for my service

Supercuts hair cuts

On Sept 4th my 3 daughters were in the salon for trims. A heavy set blonde in the horseheads, ny salon completed the hair cut on my daughter and as my daughter walked over to me the gal smiled nicely and went to get the broom to sweep and didnt say one word to me. I told my daughter to let the girl know her bangs were a little uneven and my daughter did. Well suddently the girl needed to talk to me and told me she saw one louse in my daughter's hair. So I was very surprised and I was like this doesn't make sense as I have been checking my kids hair due to school coming up. She than proceeded to go and tell the other stylists my daughter had lice and one of the gals was cutting my daughter Lily's hair. That stylist didn't approach me to tell me my daughter had lice and I paid kept cutting her hair and it was once again the heavy set blonde who told me the stylist found lice in her hair as well. Now I'm irritated at this moment and my last daughter got her hair cut and mind you ALL CUTS WERE COMPLETED and the other girls did a great job. But not one of those stylists confirmed they saw lice. So I left and called my husband and I went to buy a lice comb to check their hair. He called the salon where as he talked to a Joann whom basically was very rude to him and told him they, by law dont have to finish a hair cut if they find lice. Now once again mind you ALL THE HAIR CUTS WERE COMPLETED . My only issue was Naomi having uneven bangs. The girl told my husband they had to clean because of the lice. Now here is the funny part the same girl who cut my daughters hair that tried telling me they had lice swept up and sprayed a little than took the next client. Now I'm seething I go home and and for an hour check my daughters' hairs and there was nothing not even an egg in there and my husband taped that there was nothing in their hair. I have filed a complaint with the telephone number and it was passed to the wrong salon who even said it was fishy that the girl suddenly said my daughter had lice but completed the cut and didnt approach me until I had a complaint on her bangs. I want something done about this I paid $54 for those cuts and tipped those girls $5 each to barely cut any hair and the 2 girls did a great job but the liar got tipped to mess my daughters bangs up to where I had to take her to another salon and the girl went through her hair and found NOTHING. I'm still waiting on a callback, this business gets a lot of money from me because my hair gets dyed and cut there well not anymore it wont. Definately is not impressive to clients

Supercuts haircut

This is the 2nd time I am writing and I have also called customer care with no responses to my complaint. On 23 Aug 2018 I visited the Barrhaven Salon and asked for a trim of 1/2 to 1 inch off my hair. The owner of the salon Tammy cut off 4-5+ inches of my long layer as she said it looked like it needed fixing! She asked who had cut my hair last time and I advised her that it had been a stylist in her salon. The lady is on Mat. leave now so Tammy said to me..."Oh she usually gives a good cut, I guess she had Baby brain that day"!

So she proceeded to cut my hair and she made an absolute disaster...the cut is all crooked and looks horrible! If I had wanted 4-5 inches off i would have asked for that but I specifically asked for half to 1 inch. I am beyond angry and will never step foot in that salon again. This woman needs to go back to hair dressing school number 1 and number 2 she needs to listen to what her clients ask for and NOT proceed and do what she thinks needs to be done. I have attached photo.. What a MESS she made of my hair.

Supercuts haircut call ahead

I am actually waiting right now. It is 10:14. I called at 9:35 and was told a 1/2 an hour wait. I arrived at 10:02. 1 person in seat and 1 waiting. I am told I am next which would have been the case even if I didn't call. What is the point of calling ahead for to get a time if you are taken in the order you arrive. The other customers didn't call ahead. It was obvious. Don't offer the service if you can't follow it.

Supercuts a trim!!! not a haircut!

She was rude, and way too rough with how she dealt with my hair! She yanked and pulled on it causing numerous knots to form in my hair! I told her I wanted a trim barely anything cut off because I am trying to grow my hair out! She cut off more than three inches of my hair when I specifically said no more than half an inch if even that much! When she would comb through my hair she pulled out even more of my hair, full strands this time to the point you could see the follicle on the ends! I am more than pissed off and disappointed, not only was she rude the entire time But she was absolutely horrible at the task I asked her to do! A trim is an easy thing to accomplish I'm not asking for a makeover! I usually love super cuts because I always have nice stylists and they are always very attentive to how'd I'd like my hair and they ensure they keep my length for me! She was horrible and just cost your company my business, I can't go into your stores and not fear for this same treatment and quality of service again. The health and growth of my hair is important to me and you have horrible poorly trained employees doing whatever they want to other people's hair!

Supercuts haircut and broken necklace

I went to the Thornton Supercuts on August 11 to get a cut for which I had a photo. I was asked to supply a photo of the back of the cut which I did. After over 2 hours in the chair my hair had been cut much shorter than the photo and three stylists tried to get it right. When I began to cry the manager told me she would help but had a client so she couldn't do anything. I was there for over two hours and the manager has the audacity to tell me she can't help because someone that just got there sat in her chair!? The cut was so bad it was free but in the mess of stylists one of them clipped my necklace and repair to the chain will be around $75. After contacting the GM via voicemail she didn't even call me back. Instead she called the manager and had her tell us that it wasn't their problem but they would cut my hair again after it grew out enough to fix it. Are you serious?! This is not ok. Please help.

Supercuts failure to use disinfectant resulting in herpes being transmitted

A few weeks ago, I had a haircut at SuperCuts in Mahwah, NJ. The stylist, Rae, used a trimmer that had not been disinfected. As a result, I developed Herpes virus blisters on the back of my neck where the trimmer was used. The blisters were horrible, very painful, and required that I spend money on doctors and medication. I am told that now I will have the virus for life! This is absolutely terrible.

Supercuts haircut

I went home with a haircut that's not to my preference and that's ok because sometimes we get a haircut longer than usual. but today the day after I wash my hair and notice gobs of hair too long and uneven on top, so I had to cut some off, a gob of hair in my wastebasket. Supercuts won't give me a refund, and they want me to wait 48 hours with an uneven haircut that's humiliating.

Supercuts Salon manager

Dear Supercuts,

I've been a regular customer at the [location removed] branch for about a year and have always been very pleased with the service provided by [name removed] . However, I wasn't particularly impressed by the manner in which I heard the salon manager addressing [name removed] last week (Thursday 27th July) while she was washing my hair. Her tone was rather condescending and unprofessional. It made me feel uneasy and sad that someone who is doing their best is spoken to in such a way, especially in front of customers.

I would like this behaviour to be addressed.

Supercuts haircut

I asked for neckline with sideburns. What I got was way too short in back, hair will not lay down. the left side is longer than the right side. Neither side has side burns. The left side burns is not even there I assumed the stylists in your employee knew how to cut hair. I was sure mistaken. This is the worst haircut I have ever received. I will be sure to let everyone know where not to go. I am adding photos.

Supercuts hair cut and style

I want to get my hair cut and styled on 7/7/2018. I told the stylist, a gentleman, that I wanted a wash, cut & style. I am 69 and short. I had to tell him 3 times to lower the chair so I could get in and out. He proceeds to take a water bottle and spray my hair and then he barely cuts the end of my hair. I then told him to use the clippers on my back hairline. I then reminded him of the hair wash which he said he forgot. He then blew dried
My hair. I told him I wanted him to use the curling iron. When he was done with the curling he ask if I wanted to combed it out or left alone. I literally had to take the brush from him and and style my hair. He also made a negative comment about the other stylist that was next to him. I left with my back neckline with hair down to my blouse top. I called on 7/8 & complained to the manager. I also talked with your complaint rep. by phone. He indicated I would hear from someone from your corporate office within 48 HRs. I still have not heard from anyone and I want my $42.00 sent to me. I had to go the next week to have my hair cut. Supercuts false advertising

Westwood Supercuts in CA

Supercuts advertises haircuts, hair styling, shampoos, hair coloring etc. But they tell you their standard haircut time is only 20 minutes, and if you need more time, they ask you to leave and never return to that store.

My service had been averaging 60 to 90 minutes for more than a decade. A new supervisor, Marlyne Garcia Gonzalez, said that my haircut took too much time. But my terrific stylist had said that if I needed the time he was happy to comply. Marlyne told me it was my fault because I should have just left.
