My experience at the taco Bell on 92ndst between cactus and shea was the worst I have ever had. When I walked in there the lady at the register was rude. She made no contact to say hi how can I help you, she just kinda stood there. I went ahead with my order and advised that I do not want any cheese on the chalupe that i ordered because my friend is allergic to cheese. I told her several times I didn't want cheese on there. I paid for it and she grap the cash from my hands as I was telling her I had change to give to her but she didn't wait and then when I did get the change, she grap that to and she had to count it out what the correct amount was because she hadn't typed it in which took her awhile to do. She didn't give me a # so I would know what # my food was and I never recieved a reciept. So i figured it would come in the bag. When I finally received my order to go, I checked to make sure everything was there and it was but when I got back to work, there was no reciept in the bag, and when my friend opened her chalupe there was cheese in it and because I was on my lunch hour there was no time for me to go back to work so she was not able to eat it, she just threw it away. The other tacos that were ordered were correct with the stuff on them however they did not tast right...there were a little to soggy on the bottom.

I don't usually complain because I am in customer service for a prescription benefit service so I know how it feels to be yelled at, but this was just very poor service and I think that needs to be correct. I have in he past done the over the phone survey and I always rate it good but this was just horrible.

Ordered beef enchirito and received a bean enchirito, no beef at all. Didn't open it until I was at work and couldn't return to Taco Bell. Also could t get different food as I was unable to leave work for 9 hours. Had to eat it or go hungry.

Every time I get a Mexican pizza, the top of box is always smashed don't on to the top of the pizza and all the cheese gets stuck to the top of the lid. Well this time I asked for extra cheese and I got this instead... there is always something wrong at this Taco Bell

Refused to take my order on arbitrary reasons and forced me to receive a refund for my meal. Very rude and was not allowed to purchase food due to a random false accusations that the place would not tell me about

The 5 dollar box the triple crunch is not 5 dollars at the windsor locks Store # 029313. Its a national promotion. All taco bell stores should abide by it . it cost me $14.02. Instead of 10.something. I really am not satisfied with the product either ..Quality not acceptable.

Black male with dread locks is wearing a tank top instead of work clothes which is not appropriate for work, he also has his hair down in a place where you serve food.

I ordered a beefy Frito burrito with no rice and they legit gave me bread and nacho cheese i am highly dissatisfied he also didnt get us mild sauce like asked and no napkins he also didnt give us a receipt

I love this place... This Double Chalupa was nothing but bread... I understand it's not going to be stuffed but really? I ordered 2 of the promotions, and I am very disappointed in the product... I understand things can be a little off in the workplace but don't cheat a paying customer who actually loves I mean loves Taco Bell

The food that I got yesterday was cold it felt like it wasn't fresh and I ordered 4 of the potatoe buritos and usually when I go up to the store I don't get no problem but idk what happened but yesterday at 2:50 I got my food came home and I only live 8 mins away and my food was cold I was like what in the world

I ordered 1 steak quesadilla & 1 chicken quesadilla. I got 2 chicken quesadillas. I wanted a Mexican pizza, they gave me a taco salad with old produce & HORRIBLE smelling dip. I called them & they were rude as hell. I have pictures.

I went to taco bell ! After 15 min waiting they took my order was clearly 4 chalupas sub from beef to beans ! And when i come home to eat I find out that I have meat in my Chalupa ! I am veggietarian ! It totaly messing up my religious beliefs and the tacos were not full no tomatoes and no greens just shell nothing in it !

I specifically asked for no beans because of a food allergy and still received beans on my burrito. I could have been in serious trouble had I not checked. This is the second time. I have never complained before but this is crazy. One time was in ware, Ma. The new store. And the second was in worcester, Ma.

Took 20 minutes just to take our order. We were not done when she said "hold on", we then waited for another 5 minutes and then she came back...didn't have the first part of our order, and then we proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for our food, which was wrong.

I bought a Taco Salad today, 9-14-18 from Toledo, ohio, 3265 Laskey rd, at 10:35 am.The Taco shell tasted like it absorbed some kind of chemical, mabe a cleaning fluid or mabe insect repellant, it tasted awful & didn't smell right either .I just wanted to let you know, my order # 300195.Thankyou, Patricia Mead 4415 Elmhurst Rd, Toledo, Ohio 43613

This Taco Bell's drive in service is just unbelievably slow. Always regret stopping here. Today was the last straw. Even the pre schooler describes it as "slow like a turtle". Spent over 20 mins today when off hour. Between 3:00 and 4:00 pm. Definitely not fast food.

This place just remodeled their store. The food quality sucked. I don't know if they replaced the staff or what but the food wasn't made the right way and the amount of meat they used was so small I had to make one taco from 3. For a place to remodel and get worse I feel like I wasted 30$ on 2 or 3 tacos.

Today my fiancé and I had order Taco Bell from the one inside the York galleria mall. After we ordered and stepped away from the register, we noticed they were eating in the kitchen an did not wash their hands after. As well as an employee who went to the public restroom with her apron on.

I bought 2 of the crunchwrap boxes and they had hair in them. it was gross.. I tried to call but no one answered and it was to late for me to go back over there. I wouldn't have made it before they closed.. I am no where happy with it at all.

The lady who waited on us was every disrespectful and when me got our food our food was just laying on the counter and we never knew it was our cause their attitude was verybad

The service was so bsd I waited about 25 mins the tacos were cold and had no vegetables if I wanted fresh I had to wait about 5 mins and so I left. Not pleased at all I also purchased two original crunch sandwiches combos from KFC. Horrible and I had to leave to work so I couldn't wait. Customer service was horrible dufferin mall location

I bought a XML grilled stuff steak burrito meal and they gave me chicken instead of steak and there was maybe 3 pieces of chicken in it on top of it already being the wrong meat and I ordered a triple layer nacho and they put one drop of beans in the top corner and literally one line of cheese and red sauce and it didn't even cover 14 of the chips

When we got home, the tacos were not crunchy they were soft and sticking to the paper. When we called them they did nothing for us. The Tacos they were cold when we got them out of the box, the service was rude when we called them to tell them that they were soft and not crunchy.

New caney tx 77357 on 7/25/17 and when i open the package it had a long piece of hair on the package next to my nachos.
I return the food to the counter and the offer me to re make it and they apologize but still it was gross seen a hai on my food

I am writing this in regardes to Heather Ramsey, the new manager and Brittany Dye. I was on my lunch break and in a hurry. Brittany and Heather refused to make my 5 layer. It was over 10 minutes before I received my food. I want something done before this happens to another customer. My girlfriend is employed there and I am a regular customer.

Drive thru worker is very rude! Seemed as though she really did not want to be there. Got my order completely wrong! I have worked fast food drive thru before and you have to happy and give the people you serve great service. This person needs to be talked to about her attitude and customer service!

When I ordered my double meat chalupa and drink that was all I wanted. When I got to the window and paid for the meal it was not what I ordered. I did not request the meal which came with two Taco's. There wasn't much to them, no sour cream or tomatoes. Too the nacho cheese one was stale. My next meal should be FREE.

What gives employees the right to use profanity and call other people [censored]s while on duty and custOmers in a place of business. Customers do not like to here this when you and your family are eating.

I went to toco bell in Charlotte NC on my lunch break and got a soft toco with my meal. As I a was eating I bit down on something hard and broke my tooth. I had to go immediately to the dentist!

I came through the drive thru Saturday and a black female walked to the register wearing gloves and chewing gum. There should be no gum chewing on a line in any restaurant. Very Gross. I will not be returning to this particular location.

The lady at Selma, AL WAS SO RUDE said she couldn't give extra sauce I was willing to pay threw my food in the bag. Sideways my food was broken for not properly putting my food right in the bag. Everytime I come for Blue Freeze it's always NOT WORKING! Horrible customer e!
