I am very unhappy and upset with the service that I got at the pickup point in Kathu. Our order arrived at Takealot Pickup Point Kathu

On Thursday, the 7the of September. I went to pick up the order (Order #[protected]).
As I got to the shop the very incompetent front desk lady told me that the order arrived with Fast and Furious courier service, but the manager decided to send it away because it wasn't a takealot courier and he wasn't going to take the responsibility to hold the Parsels there for us. Come on this is a takealot pickup point what does it matter which courier service brings it to the Brance,
I drove in 35km to pick up my order just to find out it was sent away. now it is rescheduled to come to the same pickup point on the 15th of September. Will the same thing happen again?
I had foldup tables in that order of R28 000.00 that was for a function this weekend. I lost that business and I drove 70km for nothing.
I want to know who is going to take responsibility for the lost we suffered as business because of the incompetence of a takealot pickup point manager?
I am very, very, very unhappy about this, is this how takealot treats their customers?
