I ordered the product on Wednesday 08-11-2024. Product was delivered on Friday 10-11-2023. Realized the fridge does not work, logged return on Saturday 11-11-2023. First collection,was scheduled for Monday 13-11-2023. The driver arrived with a vehicle that was too small. So it had to be rescheduled to Wednesday,15th. On Wed 15the no driver arrived. It was escalated and rescheduled for Friday 17th. Same situation. It is now Tuesday 21st. And there has still been no collection. I've spoken to several representatives - Kamva K, Liam R, Moegsiena S, Sinazo V, Sibusiso S, Aiden L, Amy K and still no resolution. I want the item fetched and my money returned ASAP.

Company purchased a HP 250 G8 6S7U5EA 15.6' Core i13-1115G4 8GB RAM 256GB SSD Win 11 Pro Laptop in September 2023; however, on receipt it was apparent that the item was a used item and on further investigation the serial number on the item did not correlate with that of the item's box. A return was logged on 20 September 2023 for either a replacement or refund of the purchased price of R7,999.00 (Seven Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine Rand).
The item was collected on 21 September 2023 and, following which, no communication nor replacement of the item / refund of the purchase price was received by the Company from Takealot.com. The only information obtained was recorded in the Returns Tracking, on the Company's account with Takealot.com, wherein it is recorded that the item was received at the "return evaluation facility" on 22 September 2023 at 09:48 and the return concluded and cancelled on 16 October 2023 at 13:33.
The Company has duly attempted to resolve the issue with Takealot.com however all attempts have been to no avail.

I had received the book I ordered with a torn page. I returned it the following day and waited for a response.
I saw that after 5 days it was concluded with no communication to me, and I have since been trying to get a response. Every time I communicate with someone they tell me they will look into it but then simply close the request.
On one of the requests I did the agent told me they received a seat cover and asked me if I have the book.
I have no idea what seat cover he was referring to and think that there was a mistake at the pickup point with the return.
I have since unsuccessfully had 11 experiences with agents where they close my request once I explain this to them.

Takealot says my order has been delivered but I have not received it.
I bought a laptop and tablet and was told they would be delivered on the 15th of November. When the order did not arrive I checked online only to see that it stated the order HAD been delivered and signed by a Colleen 'a family member'. There is no such person here and no order has been received. We have phoned all over our area and driven all over to see if anyone has received it by mistake. There is nobody in our are by the name of Colleen. I have emailed takelot 8 times and been told 'they are looking into it'. I am very upset as it's a lot of money for me, a foster mother. These are for 2 of my new foster children for schooling and they are supposed to be sitting exams.

I ordered Astrum Neckbands in October at take a lot South Africa.
After receiving them the product quality is not good, so I returned them back sealed for a refund. Refund was declined after 2 days citing that the package was damaged. I informed them via email that I gave the driver the package in good order with no damages. Take a lot is requesting photos of the package before it was handed over to the driver. I advised them that the driver was suppose to take pictures as I did not have the images requested and the package was damaged during transportation of their driver. Take a lot is refusing to give me my refund. They sent the product back to me.

1. On or about 24 October 2023 she purchased a gate motor from Takealot.
2. The amount of R6999.00 was paid.
3. The moto was then installed however it had issues.
4. She returned the motor and left some of the other parts as they had been mounted to the ground and they requested all the parts to the machine.
5. She eventually returned all the items in the same week and she was advised that the matter is attended to.
6. She advises that Taker a lot has been taking her from pillar to post with no assistance.

On the 12th of September I received my orders, but I decided to return the printer back with everything all accessories included inside the box, but changed my mind the same day then I requested for a cancelation but they replied late while the courier guy has already taken the printer. I waited for my refund until mid October, then I decided to call customer service they promised to help me to help and told me the printer is at the wherehouse,they kept on sending me emails promising to help. I called them several times until to day when they send me an email saying there's a shortage of accessories. I'm 100% sure everything was included inside the box. The shortage of the accessories might be caused by a long stay of the Printer at the wherehouse.
Desired outcome: I'm kindly asking for a refund or the Printer with all the accessories, as I returned it with everything included.

I ordered Case Candy Frosted Shockproof Cover for iPhone 15 Pro, but the case is too big.
I logged a return, and it was going to be collected the next day. I called to check if I can buy another iPhone case while I wait for the delivery, then it can be delivered for free, (because there’s already a pickup at the same address. But after speaking to a consultant for 40 minutes, and refused to transfer me, she hung up. I was supposed to receive what I ordered today but I didn't receive it. I waited and waited for a long time. I wasn't even concacted by the delivery guy or company whatsoever. I only saw after 17h00 that my delivery was rescheduled for tomorrow because I wasn't available at my pickup point (of which I was there) and I wasn't even called nor sent an sms. Since Imy daughter returned printer to takealot last month we didn't receive any money back nor anything.
We have tried several times to call the company but they keep on promising to fix the problem, until to date nothing happened.
At least if we get the printer back or money but nothing is happening. It means I've lost money. I will never order again from takealot.
