I received delivery of a couch that I ordered with Takealot on Monday 13/11

Upon delivery I opened the couches to be able to see and explain to the delivery guys how/where to put the couch - I then noticed that the couch is two different colours and two different types of materials
I immediately called the call centre & logged a return
When the truck arrived the next day( tuesday 14/11) I was told by the drivers they cannot take the couch back for return as it has been unwrapped - how else is one supposed to see that the wrong item has been delivered? smell perhaps?
I again called the call centre and they told me It is my responsibility to re wrap the couch - I advised that I will NOT accept this! the incorrect product was delivered so it needs to be corrected by takealot - I am a woman alone and must now be expected to wrap an entire couch on my own after it was incorrectly delivered by takealot?! what a joke!
after many conversations with various agents and apparently a supervisor, i was told that they will send an assistant to help with the wrapping of a couch and that the truck is still in the are and will come back today - the truck never pitched and collection was scheduled for Wednesday 15/11 - once again after many follow ups with takealot I was promised the truck was on route to me and I was the next stop - yet again the truck never pitched!
We are now at Thursday 16/11 - once again after many attempts at trying to find out if the couch will be collected today, not person I spoke to can tell me what is going on - yet I keep receiving emails that the collection is scheduled
i have now been sitting at home Since MONDAY waiting for delivery, and then collection of the incorrectly delivered item - some of us actually work for a living and cannot sit at home waiting trucks all day!
I was eventually given a number a manager at the jhb warehouse by the name of GEORGE TEFU - what a surprise that after 3 attempts at calling george, there is simply no answer or the call gets cancelled
What kind of operation is takealot running? this is absolutely shocking! This bussiness take responsibility to supply and deliver furniture but when the wrong item is delivered hands just get thrown up in the air and it gets made to be the customers problem? - how do people get paid for not doing their jobs! must be nice to work at takealot
I cannot even order new couches because the wrong ones have not been collected
Desired outcome: I have requested a full refund for this couch purchased
