I placed an order for delivery via takealot.com on the 3rd July order number ([protected]). On noticing the delivery date was too far I contacted takealot to cancel the order this was Friday and the customer consultant I spoke to (Luvuyo) advised me to wait until the order is in a shipped status to do this as the order could not be canceled as of yet. I canceled the order on Monday and to say I have gone from pillar to post is an understatement. I was advised the request has been sent to the delivery team (this was Monday no feedback since then) on follow up on Thursday advised the same thing. Finally got through to customer care which I had been struggling with was advised they need to wait for the courier to bring it back. All I want is my money back that's all not this back and forth
