On the 1.6.2023 I had a booking to collect my item at a takealot dc. When the product arrived by me on the 6.6.2023. I noticed it was the incorrect item I contacted takealot and they came to fetch the item. Now it has been 3 months I have logged complaints about the incorrect item been sent back to me. But according to takealot the correct item was hands over to the courier however they cannot send me a picture because they cannot sent me another seller’s information. If they handed over the correct item how on earth would I be another seller I am then asking for information / pictures from my seller account. But it seems takealot cannot grasp this fact. So I am now left with no product the courier was able to provide me a pic of the item collected but not takealot. This whole issue is a contradiction with them. A simple question if u gave the courier the correct item as they claim then I should be able to get a picture of this. However they keep saying they cannot send me a pic of another sellers item then they didn’t give me the correct item and my item is still there somewhere.
Desired outcome: I want my item back or to be refunded for the lost item
