Tonight i have just been hassled vexed and continually hounded by a lunatic idiot security guard . As i was about to buy some cheese and some other items pay with my tesco club card as i have done for years and go home after a long days employment ! i dont know who has employed this stupid idiot he continues to tell me not to touch the cheese and then tells me to leave the store my family make millions and millions billions of products for your company tescos i have a degree in customer service and retail management along with 60 world countries i have travelled to i have never been so insulted in my life in a shop in london my family are merchant navy and royla navy my grandfather was in the royal artillery 2 worrld wars

New delivery saver
Why did we bother. No same day delivery available told its only subject to availability. No next day delivery either told only subject to availability. Available slots less than before changes. Please tell me just how many slots a day are available what time of day are they released. Same for next day. Told to contact local store for information, told by them only head offices know. Is it head office that know how many to release. No one seems to know funny how they all knew what to do when they accepted our money up front. First three orders a total mess No 1 they thought we were on whoosh got cut off before order completed.. Tried again got cut off as they had got the start date of new delivery service wrong. Tried again tonight first delivery available Sunday.
Online delivery service
On Friday, 17th Feb 2023, I made an order for delivery from my local Tesco Express in Hanley. As I was busy, I did not see the email or text sent notifying me of delivery problems and then a total cancellation. The money was taken out- which put me in a difficult position, as I had NO food and no money to get food. I am on Universal Credit and do not have savings to help with this kind of thing. The only information I was given with how to rearrange a deliver was via the email, and then when I attempted to call the helpline, they both said the same thing- to go on the website or app, go to the order, and select 'add to basket'. These directions were not steps that I could take on their website or app, they did not fit anything that I could see on the website at all. I copied the previous order into a new basket and made it again, assuming this was what I was supposed to do. I waited for delivery on Mon 20th Feb 2023, and when it had been an hour past the alloted delivery time and nothing had arrived, I called the helpline and was informed that the payment for it was not taken. I was not notified that a payment would be attempted if I was trying to reorder a failed order, and neither was I informed until the delivery was LATE and I CALLED IN MYSELF to investigate. I explained the situation, the order was cancelled, and I was also refunded. I made a new order on Wed 22nd Feb 2023 for the following day, Thu 23rd. The exact same thing has happened- the order was inexplicably unable to be delivered, and I have to either pick it up myself somehow, even though I do not drive and that is why I get delivery in the first place. They took the money and I am again without food in the exact same situation. I have spent most of the week extremely hungry. This is unacceptable.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and explanation as to why communication and delivery has been so terrible.

I purchased some doughnuts from AYLSHAM yesterday (4/2/23) and found a shard of glass in the jam while chewing it did cut my roof of mouth

Tesco Redcar Petrol Station
What on Earth are Tesco’s playing at at Tesco Redcar petrol station. For months now half the pumps out of operation.
As you drive in, cones in the middle of the road. No signage or reason why. Some pumps with the out of order signs on, some with cones and some with both!
Morrisons on the other side of the rad have all pumps open. With no issues.
So please in future educate your staff to put signage out as to which pumps are in operation and going forward sort the pumps or your supply issues out.
Desired outcome: Just operate the petrol station as it’s supposed to be operated

I have just purchased the attached Eaton Mess Finest Range from your Waltham Abbey Store . Thought I would treat the family ,so I took a taxi to the store and one back home ., It is not far, so only £10 . On my return home ,you can see from the images nearly half the item is missing from both items in the box . You can imagine my disappointment and a little anger when opening the box . Yes , I guess I could have returned the item ,but it is then another £10 on taxi fares .
I must ask how this item can make it on to the shop floor , do Tesco not employ Quality controllers . In these really difficult times , one would think that retailers were trying to keep the loyal customer base , not sell them the so called Finest Range with half the item missing and not only on one item but also on the second item in the box . Maybe this is now how you sell the item with half missing . But again ,I must ask do Tesco not employ people to QC Items whilst on the production line and prior to being packed ,then prior to be placed on a shelf , obviously not . Hopefully you can pass on the images taken and discuss with the manufacturer so you don’t loose another loyal customer .
Perhaps if you can find time to reply .I would like to know how such a poor quality item can reach the shelves of a major supermarket .

Hello,
I have never written a formal complaint to any supermarket before but I had an experience in one of your stores this morning which has prompted me to type this complaint.
We were in the Kingsway Dundee, Scotland store today and I needed to use the toilet. The experience of using the toilet was pleasant enough but I was left confused, dazed and quite dirty after attempting to clean my hands. There are these new automatic hand cleaning things mounted on the wall which I assume have been installed to save time, money and space. They have the added bonus of making the place extremely unsafe and filthy.
At first I was confused because I did not see any sinks. After a moment I noticed the things on the walls which looked like hand driers and then read the sign above which indicated that it was indeed a washing system. I dutifully placed my hands into the hole. The soap squirted onto my hands which was efficient enough. The water ran for about three seconds. Before the soap was rinsed off of my hands, air very slowly began to blow but the angle was wrong and when it picked up speed after about two seconds, the water blew into my face. This only lasted for another second when it stopped. With hands still wet, another dabble of soap dropped onto my hands again followed immediately with more water and the cycle just kept repeating.
Being the amiable person that I am, I wanted to believe that I just stepped up to a faulty machine. However, I looked around which is such an uncomfortable thing to do in a public toilet. What did I see? I saw three other women with the same dazed and annoyed expression on their faces as my own. We all had sticky wet hands and none of us felt clean. A woman knows when her hygiene is not up to standards and we all shared the same mortified and helpless moment at the same time. I looked around and there were no towel dispensers or regular sinks which really would have remedied the situation. What I did notice was that the floor was wet and a small child slipped as I was leaving. The door handle was wet and sticky and the other women all did as I did upon leaving. We wiped our dirty, sticky wet hands on our own clothing.
When I left, I spoke to a staff member about the situation. Her response was something along the lines of, "I've never used the public toilets. We have staff toilets which have normal sinks." I asked her to pass along my complaint. She told me to go to the service desk to relay my concerns. I did so but as there were about ten people in the queue, I just left. It wasn't worth my time to wait just to complain. Again, I'm an amiable person so did not want so many people to witness my complaint.
I came home and attempted to e-mail a complaint to Tesco. The e-mail I received in response stated that the complaints link was no longer used and that nobody would respond. I was redirected to Tesco's website which has no place to place a formal complaint.
My rant is over now. Hopefully someone will remedy this situation. Also, if Tesco is going to be installing these in other stores, Please Do Not. They are useless and I predict a lawsuit if someone slips and harms themselves.

I am emailing today regarding a situation that took place in Tesco express in Caerleon, this place is near my house so I often go there to buy bits and I am a regular customer, there is a staff there called Morgan who acted very inappropriately with me. He was rude and argued with me and behaved out of order. I was in the store around 14/11/21 8.30pm I'd like to let Tesco know about how rude their staff members are.

The product I order during online and when the item delivery to my home the price is different. Why same item different price. I called your customer service they say cannot refund the amount and only can return the item. What is the reason for that? Why don't you just do the refund since now is MCO

Pada 28.7.21 7.30pm sy beratur utk buat pembayaran di kaunter 4 tetapi cashier berbangsa india mengatakan caunter cloused so sy pergi beratur ke kaunter sebelah nye.. Dlm masa menunggu sy melihat dia masih mengambil costumer yang lain.. Saya tanya cashier tu.. U cakap nak tutup kenapa u ambil costumer lain... So dia bole jawab I nak balik cepat kak.. Item delivered not accordance to order
I have been Tesco menber card holder for more than 10 years. During MCO I bought quite a lot worth Rm300 to Rm400 from Tesco Mutiara Damansara. But always get item of different brand and mostly I was given tesco brand. And there were fresh item like prawn which I order in 1 or 2 kilo quantity, but I was given half kilo or less. So were most other item. I do not want to order many times. Thats why I order more. And twice I order yellow mee, but tesco gave me yellow mee which is very big not in term of quantity but the mee itself is of big size. Who eat that. Actually there are more than the above. Please remind the staff who take the order to read the order item properly. When I went there I saw these staff were in hurry collecting thing order by customers. When you rush you tend to make mistake. You take thing for granted. Those which you could not find you will say out of stock. I went there often before MCO and all the while I will get what I am searching for. Item are normally used everyday. They are always available. Please remind yr staff to take time to read follow what customers want.
Bad customer service. Managers wfh in essence is on leave.

Delivery was on time on a Monday. But there were missing items alrdy paid for which I just realized next day.
Called customer service n they arranged delivery on Wed. Then it went all quiet. I've called CS 5 times and talked to them! Still don't know the status of my redelivery. Asked for supervisor/manager to call back. NO one called back.
It seems whn the agents said that supes/mgr were WFH, it meant they were on leave with pay I guess!
It's Monday again n a week has passed by without any news of my redelivery. No manager has called n I'm assuming no one will!

Extra puchong online delivery
Extremely rude delivery staff, he was not happy when I was deciding whether to accept the replacement of items which are not available.
He was asking sarcastically whether I am ordering for the first time, and I asked him "why, are we not able to cancel the replacement item?", he did not answer.
He had been putting up unhappy face and I looked at him, then he challenged me why did I looked at him, staring back at me as he started arguing, as if he is going to hit me. This is extremely unacceptable manner when I did not start the argument at all, but he behaved in provoking manner and later started the argument when I just needed to cancel an item.
Tesco should look into this very seriously, this can easily turned into a criminal case, with someone mentally unstable like this to deal with customers directly. Especially for a female customer dealing with him alone.
Lambert and butler original rolling tob
I'm puting to you as i've smoked lambert & butler original rolling tobacco for many years now for the taste & smoothness of it. But the last 4 of the 50 gram packets ive bought it found lumps of tobacco leaf in them & feal im not getting what i'm paying for. And strongly considering changing brands. And had to buy another brand today incase I got lumps of leaf again.
Bad service unable to get refund of missing item for more than 2 months
After being Tesco customer for decades, I have use Tesco click and collect service for the first time in 17.05.2020, unfortunately the bag taken from frozen item is tear off and I noticed some missing item when I reach home. I have call up Tesco helpline immediately, email and go to directly to Tesco Puchong yet failed to have my refund until now which is already 2 months. Really disappointed with Tesco service in handling customer complaints.

Hi, I'm a regular customer of tesco Ampang. Honestly I said, I'm happy shopping at tesco Ampang. One thing that frustrated me is why the management just put only one staff at the customer service counter on weekend where that day too many people came to shop. @koh, your complaint is very subjective. How sure are you the other customer did not pay extra for the extra stuffs? Please do not bring your complaints from a racial point of view.
