steak undercooked and chewy the second time.
I have been to alot of TGIFridays in Houston Texas as well as your fridays in Panama in albrook mall needless to say its my favorite place. I moved here to Syracuse New York and have been to fridays twice at Destiny mall. The first time food was ok but this second time i got burned potato skins over cooked pasta and a steak that was rare for my wife. My wife being pregnant can't eat raw under cooked meat. They took it back and this time the meat was so chewy my wife couldn't eat it. Again this is my favorite place to eat but this experience was an utter disappointment. I been eating at fridays for more then 20 years and never had to complain till now. I paid my bill and even tipped my waitress who was horrible but because i know they need to feed there families i always tip no matter what. With this I don't think i will eat at Fridays here in syracuse any more.
adding incorrect items to the bill
i visted TGI store 12543 state road 535 Orlando after a fun filled day at disney land only to br let down by the lack of service provided in your resturant, firstly are waitor luis walked off before taking my ordered which normally could be forgiven if it wasnt for the fact we where only a party of 2 🤔 secondly i asked for another refreshment as my dinner came out but it didnt appear till after i had finished, he came over and said he had forgot 🙄 thirdly and most of all more importantly after being given the cheque the bill had an extra item added on! it sure didnt look like a 'mistake' as it had in brackets ( DO NOT MAKE) if its not suppose to be made why do you have this option on the till?! and if it was a simple mistake from the server then why not erase that item from the bill? there was no apology no explanation and it has only left me feeling that this particular TGI trys to take advantage of tourists 👏👏
Any form of explanation would be greatfull if the employee reading this can do 3 things the waitor should have done that night CUSTOMER SERVICE, REMEMBER and EXPLAIN MISTAKES.

unethical behavior (rude)
I ordered the pasta dish that I’ve been ordering for years. It came out wrong. It had peas in it. Not just a few peas, but loaded with peas. And I hate peas. I picked up the menu and confirmed that I hadn’t misread the description. Nowhere did it say peas. I motioned the server over and told her about the problem. She had a great attitude and was happily going to take care of the situation. But, just about then, the general manager named (Mohamad Sayed) who had been observing, stepped in. I had never seen this manager before. He didn’t apologize, and instead told me that they have two chefs and that this one likes to put peas in the pasta dishes. He said that most people find that the peas are a pleasant surprise.
Ah, that explains it. A pleasant surprise – not for me! And I nicely told him so. He just stared at me. I could tell how uncomfortable the server was at this interaction. She wanted to do something, but the manger had taken over, and he was blowing it.
Eventually, the manger asked if I would like to get a different pasta entree. I asked if they could make the same dish without the peas, as was on the menu. He finally took the dish away.
service
Hello, on 8/27/17 I visited your restaurant at 125 White Spruce Blvd. Rochester, NY 14623. This was the most horrible service I have ever experienced in my life. I arrived to the restaurant at 5:10pm. I did not receive a drink until 6:30pm. Our server, Victoria, was very new and needed assistance for the large party we had. The manager heard us complaining and stood by and watched as Victoria struggled to meet our needs. As a former waitress, I know the manager should have stepped in to assist her. This was not Victoria's fault. She tried her best and remained calm and smiling the entire time until the manager told her they both might get fired for the service provided once they spoke to April. Anyway, we also did not receive our meal until 9pm which came out with the appetizers. I was skeptical about eating the food because I didn't understand why food would take so long to prepare. There were so many other issues that night but I will call corporate personally to discuss. I will NEVER return to this location ever again. I am highly disappointed.
disappointing service
I was planning to see my friends at TGIF, Hazlet, NJ, on 8/8/17 and couldn’t wait to have a nice food and drinks, but the result of this was a bad evening with a bad food.
Seriously I didn’t even expect that everything would be so bad, even the service itself. The waiter was busy the whole time and forgot to bring some of the orders. After all he brought me a medium rare steak, which was obviously overcooked.
They didn’t compensate anything and I had to pay for this.
That really ruined the evening. Thanks for nothing.
manager drug abuse.
My boyfriend and I go to the Fridays in Riverhead New York once in a while and there is this one manager who always was sniffing and acting very energetic but in a negative fashion. We both inferred that he was on drugs. A few days ago we saw him go in the bathroom so my boyfriend followed him in and heard him in the stall snorting and then came out and continued snorting and wiping his nose. We believe he is on cocaine. We asked a waitress what his name was and they said it's Jonathan.
endless apps
We ate at Friday's Wednesday night on University Drive and Pines ! We sat there for awhile then was finally served our waiter was very nice ! We ordered potatoe skins and bacon nachos ... after about 20 min our food came out the nachos and skillet was ice cold and my potatoe skins hardly had and potatoe and the sour cream was totally liquid! He apologized so we ate the 4 potatoe skins and waited another 15 min for the nachos to come out cold again ! We followed that w boneless chicken balls didn't look like your commercial and we got meatballs they were so so ! Way to much time to wait for food and was very dissatisfied and disappointed! We don't go out to eat very much because of our budget ... based on this food we would not revisit Friday's for along time 25.00 thrown away ! I very rarely complain but I felt it was necessary that you were aware of this!
Thank you

salmon burned shrimp I ordered missing manager was rude on handling my complaint
I visited the greenbelt location on a pick up order arriving about 8:45pm upon getting home I noticed my shrimp that I added extra paid additional for were not in my order my salmon were very burnt adding the taste no flavor. I contacted the store 11:01pm speaking to a manager by the name of Andrew I said good evening explained my issue ..immediately this gentleman #manager cut me off speaking told me in order to get my good I'd have to come back tonight being old food. ...he never apologized at the fact my order were completely wrong as well terrible he clearly were defensive and would not let me speak he told me I sounded distorted " that is when I told him inwould be ending the call he were rude as a customer who comes to TGI" I were very offended at the manner I were spoken to I spent my money didn't receive my whole order and the salmon I had were burnt" I shouldn't have gone thru this manager who market a big company to speak to me in a manner stirring me away from going again I'm totally lost for words something truly need to be done of his conduct on conflict resolution. I'm currently at work a no food not as I intended
Please fix this matter
The interesting thing about your complaint... I have been emailing TGI Fridays customer service for three months about the Greenbelt staff knowingly stealing from us. They knew the order was short an entree because they dropped it on the floor and decided not to include it when we picked it up. They told us this when we walked back in to say it was missing. So they let us pay for it but knowingly didn't include it. We stood there when they finished our order. When we got back to the hotel and opened the bag, it was obvious they gave us the entry that had fallen on the floor! We had ordered two of the same meal, the one which fell on the floor looked like it had been dropped from the roof. I have been emailing customer service about this for three months with them saying I would hear from this manager immediately. He has yet to call. My only regret is I did not get their names to report them to the police for stealing from me knowingly.
service
It's been a while since the last time we ate at TGIFriday's# 2674. We don't usually go to Aurora, IL. 622 Jordan. First, I went to the bathroom waiting for our table to be cleaned. As soon as i sat down waitress asked me what should i drink? I looked at the menu and told her what i wanted. Then asked what do we want for appetizer? We just sat down not letting us have a minute to look at the menu. I told her, "please give us a minute for appetizer." She came back minute later and gave her what we want. Then, gave her our order for our entrees. Drinks came in didn't give straws for my kids, kids drink have covers. It's ok to forget and the. Appetizers came no appetizer plates. I asked her for straws, plates, and napkins. Then, 10minutes later our entrees came. As soon as our food sat on our table every minute she asked how's the food? She asked us litterally 6times. We had 5bites of our food and asked if we want any desert and we said, "no" and then she said to go boxes? That part really pissed me off. Is she in ahurry or something? I din't even mind about not having all our needs then kick us out. It was around 6pm. Then i said yes. She came back with 4 small square box. Our plate is still full she didn't let us eat. Then i asked do you have bigger box this will not fit. Came back with just one regular size to go box. I don't know if this woman have any common sence or what. I told my husband, "you know what give her small tip." This is not right. We weren't even rude to her or anything. When we asked her for things, we asked her politely. And that should've been there automatically (appetizer plates and straws). We never give bad tip. But that was the first time we did it. She's lucky we still gave her some tip some may not even give anything or even complained about how she treated her guest. I really hope she doesn't do that to all of her customers one of these days she will get it. Thanks
money back
On April 22nd, I order online through TGI Fridays website
Address: (14891 Biscayne Blvd, North Miami Beach, FL 33181)
When my husband arrived they had no idea that they were accepting orders online, they said that I was going to receive my money back to wait until Monday or Tuesday. It is almost Friday and TGI Fridays is my FAVORITE place to eat. So I want my $40 back and the fact I needed to wait and send an email is ridiculous!
customer service
I went to the Massapequa location tonight with my girl friends and we were extremely disappointed! Our waiter, Steven, seemed to have an attitude the whole time, acting like we were bothering him. I ordered the chicken tostadas nachos and they were cold. When he came back I told him I would like to order a house salad and he sort of rolled his eyes. My friend ordered the brownie obsession sundae and it came out mushy as if the brownie was not even cooked! I came to your location tonight expecting to have a nice night out without the kids. We left disgusted and on the edge if we will ever return.
tgi friday's snack size honey bbq wings
Hello, I've purchased several boxes of the TGIFridays Chicken Wings Honey BBQ for my family, and we opened on last night to heat up, low and behold we believe pieces were missing. There were only 4 wings in the flavor mentioned above, but in the Hot Wings, there we 6 pieces each.

tgi friday in round rock, tx
I took my daughter to her favorite restaurant for her birthday this evening. We waited 30 mintue for drinks and over 50 minutes for our meal. After 55 minutes we finally asked for our check. The manager offered to pay for half the meal. The server brought the food without a to-go bag and sat it at the opposite end of the table with only half the original order and no to-go bag. Needless to say we left all the food at the table and paid for drinks.
Will never go back or recommend.
zero service
We were at the maple grove location in Minnesota. After waiting 15 min for a table we were seated and waited another 20 before we just got up and left. Nobody as much as said hello. No excuse with empty tables and on a Sunday afternoon. Two other tables seated shortly after us had to complain to the hostess for they had zero service as well. We decided it was faster to take are business elsewhere. And we will not be returning to that location.
bad service
This actually occurred last night (2017). My family took me out for my birthday last night to your Bensalem restaurant. My sister immediately informed the hostess that it was my birthday. The hostess extended her birthday wishes and seated us. Our server Amanda then walked up, and my sister informed her as well. We then ordered appetizers and drinks. The drinks were served within 10 minutes, but the appetizers took a very long time, at least 35-40 minutes. Amanda never offered to have a group of other servers to sing Happy Birthday. To make matters worse, she told us that Friday's doesn't offer a slice of cake to the birthday person, but she could offer a brownie or cheese cake. I chose a slice of cheesecake. She never informed me that she would be charging us $6.90 for it. We questioned about the non singing of Happy Birthday, she stated that the hostess never told her Also, upon us paying for the check, we told her that we would pay half in cash, and the other half credit. The bill was $103.19. My sister paid cash, and I used my AMEX to pay the balance ($53.19). However, I checked my card and discovered that it was charged $63.83. Amanda also refused to honor my sister's Friday's Rewards Card, stating that she could only add points. She turned what started out to be a festive evening into a complete farce. I would like for for you to return $10.64 back to my AMEX card. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
It is ridiculous to be upset that they didn't sing to you. You need to ask for something like this, not just assume they will do it for everyone with a birthday. In fact, some people prefer not to be sung to.
customer service
I dined at the tgi fridays at 211 w. 34th st in nyc with my family on saturday january 7, 2017. The service was absolutely horrible. Everything I ordered came to our table as a wrong order. Our server was not accomodating at all. My bill came to about $80 which is a lot of money for horrible service. The server was rude and the manager was no better. I asked for a strawberry henny & peach sangria and was bought a coke. When I told the server this is not what I ordered ge replied "well we don't have any frozen drinks. " I told him that is not a frozen drink. He went back and forth with me and I ended up just having water. I asked for a well done burger and was bought a medium rare burger about 45 minutes later. We were told the wait time would be 15-20 minutes, we waited an entire hour to be seated. Just horrible!
food
All I know is that myself and my two toddlers are still sick from the food that we had two days ago and we haven't eaten anything else since our meal there . I spoke to the manager and he said that we can't prove that it was their food that made us sick. However, he did state that they have had a couple of complaints about their food with they've been taking extra measures of precaution. I don't think that he meant say tell me that they have had previous complaints about the same Thing.
gift card
I bought a $50 TGI Friday’s gift card, when I went to use it I was told it was already spent and another TGI Friday’s location in Florida. After contacting TGI Fridays several times and providing them with personal information for the supposed investigation they were going to perform. Finally I was promised a replacement card in 7-14days. After the maximum wait time passed and I did not have my card I started contacting TGI Friday’s again to find out why I did not get my card. I was totally ignored which means they never planned on investigating my case (They never provided me with any evidence that they did), or replacing my card. The runaround, false promises I got, and now ignoring me is just their why to make me go away.
steak, spinach, shrimp, service
My husband and I was at tgi on saturday 08/27/2016. We were out with 4 other family members celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary. I must say that after the service that I received I have no intentions of ever going back to fridays. This was my choice because I loved there food. Neither the food nor the service is the same. First they waitress brought someone else order. Than after waiting on our drinks they said that they were out of the wine that I had ordered. I had to wait for my wine as if I just ordered all over again. I mean it was a celebration, we had to wait to have a toast. The shrimp for my dinner was supposed to be sautéed it was fried. That shrimp was suppose to be cajun and it taste like dirty grease. When they did bring the "sauteed shrimp" it was horrible, it was plain stemed shrimp (Not sauteed at all). The steak was very dry. The spinached was not fully cooked. Last but not least the plate was hot and the food was cold. I had to send it back and they brought me the very same food and it was still cold. That has been the worst service that ive ever received in any restaurant. This was the place that I choose to cellebrate my annivesary and up until my visit to tgi I was having a beautiful day, I will never eat at any tgi fridays again. I cant even give it any stars. I am very disappointed.
Sincerely,
Valeet dowling

poor slow service & wanted me to pay 3 times!!!
This is the WORST customer service I have ever experience!
I asked a couple friends of mine to meet me at TGI Fridays after work on 6102016 at 6pm. Previously, I have had only positive experiences and did not think it would be any different at their Greenbelt, MD location - Store #1759 - I was GREATLY Mistaken!
I arrived earlier than my friends and choose to wait at the bar ordering a few drinks and an appetizer. Once my friends arrived I moved to a table near the bar and approached the bar telling them that I did not leave and was now sitting at a table. I requested my check be charged to the table. Eventually, a waitress came and stated I needed to give her a card to 'hold' my table. I asked if I could just give her $80.00 in cash which I did. My tab for 3 Komakizi's and an appetizer was only $34 and some change. She brought me my change and I gave her a $15 tip. She was the same person that was serving me while I was waiting at the bar and was very pleasant.
After my friends arrived they ordered food and drinks at the table on my tab since it was my treat. Once we were done, I asked two different servers for my check and still waited for 20 minutes. Incidently, every time we ordered food or drinks the servers for the table took a very long time to respond. I asked for my check again and no one came. Frustrated, I went to the bar, requested my check and I paid it. I did not pay attention but in hindsight realize that the second check that I paid was for the same amount as what I paid previously (paying twice for the samething). I gave her a $6 dollar tip because the service was not as pleasant at the table. My friends and I walked outside. They smoke - I do not. While outside smoking the manager, Patricia Headin, and a police officer who I believe his name is Officer Torres come out and asked questions. I told them I paid my bill and if I was trying to walk out like they were accusing why would I stand here outside waiting for my friends to stop smoking. The manager Patricia told the police officer that was there I owed $76 and she did not want to deal with us. I explained to her this would be my third time paying and she should check her records, ask a server, waitress or someone to corroborate my experience. The officer said he would arrest me for theft if I did not pay the additional amount. I was pretty mad at this point but refused to go to jail over a $70 dollar bill especially since I had more than that in my pocket. It was the principal of the exchange. You embarrass me, pull me back into a store like I am a criminal, accuse me of stealing and then tell the police to get rid of me and not even investigate what I stated.
I paid 3 times that night!
TGI Friday's owes me money. They robbed me. Bullied me with a police officer and was borderline racist. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, file a complaint and post my experience on various social media outlets as possible. Do not patronize TGI Fridays especially the Greenbelt location where Patricia Headin manages.
