My friend and I ate at tgi Friday on 26/07/19. We both ordered half rack of ribs meal each. The menu stated it came with apple slaw and corn on the cob. Our meals came consisting of two items of
ribs and chips. I asked where the sides were and was told we had to order them as extras as they only came with the full rack of ribs. The menu was taken so we couldn't check. But if we'd bought sides im sure it would have been same price as buying the full rack. Since then I've checked online menu and nowhere does it say that the half racks do not come with the slaw and corn. We went home hungry still and very disappointed.

It's outrageous that TGI FRIDAYS doesn't take the updated ID format given by the state of NC just because it isn't horizontal. It's not like I have an option when walking into the DMV. They give you the updated ID therefore if the ID isn't expired and is up to date with NC regulations then it should be accepted. Everywhere else takes it, why? Because it's a standard NC ID. Most people have the updated version if this ID. So, why not accept if it's up to regulations? So, A. You are losing money by not accepting this form of ID and B. Your rule book is out of date. All I wanted was a Mojito.

I am currently sitting in the TGI Fridays in southhaven and the service is horrible, my food was cold, I order chicken nachos and they took the plate and put in the microwave and warmed up my food, THAT IS A BIG NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!!! Hello I'm very upset and I'm at the point where I'm not gonna visit Fridays Anymore. I visited The TGIF Friday's location in Springfield Virginia and I was overcharged For my food I had a gift card for $25 which I used however the balance was 2329 and when I woke up this morning I saw they TGAA Friday's had charge me 2829 I have the copy of the receipts the one did I sign like the copy that I leave at the restaurant and the original receipt as well the bill came up to 3997 plus with the $25 offSo I disappoint And I'm confused. I need some way to fix this problem and soon because I'm at the point where I don't even want to visit TGI Fridays anymore

I arrived at the restaurant at 11: 02 p.m. I sat down at a table and waited a few minutes for someone to help me. Two waitresses came out. One waitress asked the other one are we closed, the other one responded, I don't know go check with the manager! Several minutes went buy. She came back and said they were closed. I ask did they close at 12 a.m. and she said yes! I just left! I left around 11:20 p.m. I know things happen, but my time is valuable and I feel they wasted my time! Poor service!

Hi on visiting your restaurant in Meadowhall Sheffield on Friday 5/7/2019 around 2pm as a treat from my daughter I ordered the bucket of bones... on returning home I become violently sick and developed classic signs of food poisoning this continued through the night and into Saturday and Sunday, which in effect I couldn't go into work on the Sunday night as I'm a night worker... I don't complain and have had some lovely meals in your restaurant in various different places... I just felt and wanted to make you aware of what happened.. my daughter had something totally different to me and was ok..

Went this evening and Asked for Medium Rare it came out grey with zero color and looked boiled . It was so gross. Manager came over and first thing she said was I wouldn't get the steak. All week they have been coming back and no matter how long we cook them they still don't get color. I can't comment on that comment as I'm speechless. I know it's "new" but sounds like they need to take it off the menu until they figure it out.

This is the 2nd time i have sent this complaint in last 5 days and have had zero response. Whilst visiting your store in liverpool one as a treat whilst on a trip from belfast i was very dissatisfied with the food. My husband ordered ribeye steak which from my seat i was able to see under a heat lamp for 20 mins, when it was finally served i drew the servers attention to this and she did offer to get a fresh one but as we had already waited 45mins from ordering to service we could wait no longer. My order which chicken fajita which when arrived the chicken was cold in places which as i am sure you aware should all have been at the correct temperature for food safety purposes . Also we where looking forward to coffee but could see the coffee machine from our seats and the frothing wand was filthy with steamed milk stuck to it and not a cloth in sight, which suggested to me it is not cleaned on a regular basis.

On Wednesday June 12, 2019 my husband and I visited Fridays on Evans Road in Melbourne Florida. First of all let me say he is handicapped. We arrived at the entrance at 5:50 only to stand there for about 2 minutes. Finally we were taken to a booth and told our waiter would be with us shortly. Almost 10 minutes later I went to find the fellow that had seated us to let him know we hadn't seen a waiter yet. He called to someone and she came over a few seconds later all full of apologies and said she didn't know she had our booth. Her name was Emily and the number beside her name is 138 if that means anything. She took our order . It took at least 20 minutes to arrive. My husband had steak and shrimp and could barely eat any of the steak it was that chewy. We didn't bother to let the waitress know because everything to this point had taken so long. Then we waited for the bill which was $26.63. We gave her a $50 bill plus a gift card we still had a little over $5 on. Now we waited again for the change. When she came back she said I owe you $6.84 but don't have the change so I'll give you $7. My husband said I gave you $50 plus the gift card. She looked at us and said oh thats right I'll be right back that she had to go to the bartender to figure the right change. That took about 5 minutes and then she said I owe you $28.65 and my husband agreed. Then she left again for about 10 minutes and whe she returned with our change she gave us $28.10. We didn't bother to correct her and did not leave our ususal 20%.
Now mind you the restaurant had about 4 tables with customers that we could see. It definitely was NOT busy so why did we have to wait from the time we entered till the time we left. We were there for almost 90 minutes. And as I said before my husband is handicapped and the sitting and waiting took a lot out of him.
It would be nice to receive a refund but we don't expect that. Why did we have such an awful experience that night.

I'm appalled.
I don't usually do this but since I waited for food and then my check for what totaled to be over an hour, I think maybe this time it's worth it.
The room was void of people save for 2 tables. The entire restaurant was quiet. We had reservations for 6:30pm. Now, nearly 2 hours later -one of which was spent as previously mentioned- I am leaving.
There were 5 adults and 2 children that got the same meal. (We ate all of our food in under 20 minutes)
None of the adults had special orders, literally ordered menu items as is, and this was confirmed several times by our waitress and the meals still came out wrong. 25 minutes AFTER we finished eating, our checks finally arrived -ALSO WRONG. Which then took another 20 minutes to correct! We also attempted to use a coupon for a free entre, which didn't process through the system properly and instead of apologizing for the delay and inconvenience the manager thought we read the coupon incorrectly and asserted such thoughts toward our whole table. Upon reading the actual coupon, the manager realized her error and still never apologized! I'm totally appalled and will never come back but I'm not resting until the people responsible know what they've done and how poorly they have treated their guests!
The excuse from the waitress Arielle was that she had just left a bartending job-- as if that's a valid excuse for ignorance? Every single person I know will hear about this.
I will absolutely be going straight to whomever will take this seriously, and if not resolved will contact better business bureau, because the Saratoga branch of T.G.I Fridays should be shut down in its entirety until they can train their staff! Disgusted!

we have just received the worst service and cold food at the Bristol Cribbs causeway T.G.I.'s. On having to raise the complaint to the restaurant manager we received what we felt was a complete lack of empathy and a can't be bothered attitude. Tiffany really did not care and should not be working in management. It was a friends birthday and we all are at different times due to a food re order. Not good! The final insult came when we requested the bill and was expected to pay full price. We have no issue paying full price and tipping good service but not cold late food and bad service. After complaining further Tiffany left our compliant to our young server James who did his best but was noticeably embarrassed by her lack of customer service and management of the situation. James took the complaint back to her and she offered 25% off the bill. What a joke. We will be taking this digger and are disappointed as regular customers with T.G.I. I visited TGI Friday's, Royal Exhange, Manchester, Cross Street, M2 7DH with three friends, whilst visiting Manchester on Wednesday 29th May. We arrived at the restaurant which was very empty. There was a large amount of tables available, however, the staff said that they had all been booked. If we wanted to wait then the wait time was one hour and a half. We decided to wait and have a drink and appetisers at the bar as this is what we were told we could do. The restaurant were clearly extremely short staffed, we waited for 35minutes at the bar before being served. One person at the bar told us that we could order our appetisers and then another member of staff said that we couldn't as they were too busy in the kitchen. We waited for 1hour and 15minutes before being called to a table. During this time none of the empty tables filled with bookings. This led us to believe that the reason that they were empty was because the restaurant were extremely short staffed which is unacceptable. When we got to our table we were served quickly and efficiently. I then went to the toilet which was a very unpleasant experience as they were in unacceptable conditions for a restaurant. I have taken photographs of the toilets. Our food then arrived, the starters were lovely, however, two of the mains were not very nice. One person had salmon which was extremely over cooked to the point that it could not be eaten. I had pasta with shrimp, however, there was only 3 little pieces of shrimp in the big bowl of pasta. We ended up being in the restaurant for about 2 and a half hours in total. During this time none of the empty tables that were supposedly booked got filled. This was really disappointing experience for us as all 4 of us love TGI Friday's and will often choose it as a restaurant to eat at.

The waitress was not very frienddly and had an attitude. The manager on duty was not friendly either. We had an email to use a coupon [protected]. My boyfriend who is also military had his id. We were suppose to get a free entree. Before we could even look at the bill the waitress took it back to apply the military discount. We understand that only one could be applied but she should have told us that before she applied the military discount. We told her we would rather use the coupon. She refused to adjust it. The manager came and she refused to adjust it as well saying she could not adjust the bill after she applied the discount. she was not even apologetic. We told her our chips were stale for the spinach dip, my burger was burnt and well done instead of cooked medium-well and we had to wait over 20 minutes for the check. Both of them off handling said we could use the coupon later. The coupon expires tomorrow. I am sorry but this was a date night for my boyfriend and I. We don't have extra $40 for a dinner date and money for a babysitter to just come back tomorrow to use a coupon they should have honored today. Best part of the whole thing was that this is memorial day weekend were you are suppose to honor your service men. Neither one of them even thanked my boyfriend for his service to this country. This was a horrible experience. We haven't been in quite a while and we will not be back based on this encounter.

We have been to your meadowhall restaurant at sheffield today to celebrate my husbands birthday. We have been several times before and I ordered the grilled salmon as I have many times, my husband ordered the ribeye steak which he said was lovely. I was so disappointed with the size of the salmon. The size was ridiculous for the amount you charge, it was the size of a piece of salmon you can buy in a supermarket for around 2.50 per piece not what I expected from tgi's. I have had the salmon a few times before and it has never been so small. To charge 16.95 for the size of a child's portion is not acceptable.
