These guys were wonderful! I went down to test drive a *** I saw online and ended up purchasing it that same day. My sales rep Juan was such a pleasure to deal with! Him, Brandon, the finance department...all wonderful! Very pleased with my purchase and experience! 5 stars for sure! Thank you!

Came today to check out a car today that I had seen online. I was a bit skeptical at first. Miguel showed me the vehicle I came to see and started the finance process with me. I was not sold on the payment so Miguel brought in the sales manager Brandon. Brandon was super helpful and was able to get my payment where I wanted. I am walking out with my dream car and I am so happy! Both Brandon and Miguel went above and beyond! I have never been here before but I definitely be back.

2021 Subaru Impreza
Purchased a 2021 Subaru Impreza on June 19th. It was not disclosed that the A/C does not work and we were given a Valet Key for the car and no remote entry transponder key (FOB). Every time we unlock the door, the alarm goes off and it would not stop as we don't have the fob. It's going to cost in excess of $400 to get a key fob made at the Subaru Dealer. Not sure of the cost of the A/C yet. This should have been disclosed as it would have changed our decision to buy this vehicle - we would have shopped elsewhere. This was a high priced vehicle and although they are sold "AS IS", the decent thing would be to disclose the issues so that a customer could determine if they want to go forward despite the issues. Seems very shady.
Desired outcome: Would like to be reimbursed for the key at the very least. Not sure about the A/C yet. That cost is yet to be determined.

They ran my credit with out my permission under false pretenses. I ensured with the salesmen 3 times in front of witnesses that my credit would not be run if I provided information in the salesmen phone.

Subject: Car Warranty Purchased through dealership Sharpest Rides To whom it may concern: I'm emailing this correspondence due to my warranty on my vehicle having expired due to my car reaching the mileage limit! I am having a terrible time having the extra amount that I am paying on my car payment due to the warranty being removed! I have spoken to *** (dealership/Sharpest Rides), *** (lender) and *** (warranty provider). *** and *** have reported the cancelation due to the mileage expiration needing to be completed and info sent to *** in order to adjust the car payment showing minus the amount of the warranty! My current car payment is 308.47 the monthly amount of the warranty is about $50/$60! Complaint: I am paying an additional amount on an expired car warranty purchased through Sharpest Rides. Who has provided documentation that the warranty has expired. But, each party ***, sharpest rides and *** Protection will not cancel the warranty and/or provide documentation to *** to remove the additional that I am paying on the carnote monthly. However, *** and *** have both instructed that sharpest rides has to provide the documentation and/or make the change. But *** (Sharpest Rides) instructs that I have to complete this through the lender. The lender is saying since I purchased it at the dealership Sharpest Rides? I am paying an additional monthly amount but I do NOT know where this money is going? Or how its being applied? I have the warranty contract from *** and documentation from Sharpest Rides showing that the contract/warranty has expired! Warm regards
Sharpest rides took my car illegally back and was to be auctioned on the 3rd June which did not happened it was finally sent to auction when we went to get a copy of the sale my wife and I were treated very rude and threatened with physical violence and they refused to give us a copy of the bill of sale they had the car listed at the dealership for 15k to which I had already paid 11k I want the man ( we have video) who threatened me and my wife to be terminated and he laughed and told me to "" go get my lawyer if I could afford one "" which I will be doing if he is not immediately removed and I also receive the bill of sale and outright apology from sharpest rides

Bought a vehicle from Sharpest Rides and signed stating that the sale was contingent on the fact that they would fix a rattle and jerking motion. They said they fixed it but we immediately realized they didn't. We took the car for a diagnosis at a Transmission repair shop and they told us it would need a new transfer case and work to the transmission. Took it back to Sharpest Rides and they told my fiance that they would give us a rental and get the car fixed or put us in another vehicle. They did not have a rental car like they promised, so my fiance had to take an Uber back and has been without a car for a week. They are completely unresponsive now and we have no diagnosis after a week. It is an easy inspection and something their maintenance should have caught immediately, meaning they sold us a car with the full knowledge of the issue. I have asked multiple times for an extended warranty, a rental car or even just an update on the diagnosis without any luck.

We bought a car over a year ago from sharpest rides financed by them. We have been on auto pay the entire time. Now we are being notified by pivot rock a third party company sharpest rides sold our debt to threatening to repo the car over a $80.00 Insurance scam that was never included in our original agreement with sharpest rides. Both companies have refused to address and correct this issue as a good standing customer who has never missed a payment or lapsed in my insurance. We are not upside down on this auto loan either the car is worth more than what is owed left on the loan so there is no reason for a company to force me to pay for separate insurance to cover them. When then car is fully covered by my insurance company. No one who pays their auto loan on time for over a year should be Threatened with repo over a fake $80.00 charge.

The sale person Michael Sena said that it was minor and that they,[the sharpest rides would take care of the issues. They even put it in my contract. I showed up at the sharpest rides on friday 7/23 to setup an appointment for the diagnostics check since no one called me as promised. I was sent to Jiffy lube on the 24th for the diag., the jiffy lube ran the diagnostic but said he couldn't print out the result. So i had him write them down, he would only write down the 2 "P" codes which stated that there was a Mass air sensor and Transmission problem. I took the codes straight to the dealer. I talked to a saleman there named Bill Peck at that time and he referred me to there service dept manager Frankie for repair. My car has been sitting in service from 8/5 to this point.My car has not been worked on. Frankie didnt know if car was there, he sai

I purchased a vehicle from this company in September
I purchased a vehicle from this company in September . At that time they promised in the paperwork to provide a new tire puncture kit to me, since these cars do not come with a spare tire, and it was missing from the vehicle. It is now 6 months later, and after repeated attempts via both text and phone, as well as being promised it would be "taken care of" multiple times (the most recent being March 3rd). I still have no tire repair kit, no indication of it being ordered or shipped, nor a time frame to expect it to be shipped or received. The Tire kit retails for $497.50 LINK = (***) and is carried at the local Infiniti automotive dealers. I believe I have been extremely patient and understanding and that the dealer should immediately supply the kit, which is locally available, and preferably that they issue me a check for $542.00 which would only include the price of the part + tax, and not ANY compensation for my time and efforts to get them to fulfill what was promised.
