I agreed to the membership in Thrive Market Inc. They said that it was no-obligation trial, but they asked me to pay for some of the services. When I understood that something was wrong, I emailed the owner and asked to cancel the trial. Unfortunately, they could do it only if I paid them. The whole company and their offers were lies and scam. Don’t fall for their offers and trials.

I wasj told my membership would be cancelled in 201i8 and here it is, a nnd tgey took out almost 6p0 dollars. Im on social security. and I can't aford that. what do I do to get a refund.?
I had money taken out of my card for "recurring payment authorized" when I'm not even a member and I didn't even buy anything. I need a refund asap and for all my information to be removed from Thrive Market and no further payments to be stolen from me or further action WILL be taken. Get back to me asap.
I haven't been able to use the website in a couple of months on my iPhone and iPad. It just says error 406. I have a membership and would like to use it. I don't have a website. I'm a customer who can't contact or visit thrivemarket.com
Why ya'll taking $59.98 out of money card for something I didn't buy. Don't worry today is the day for me I will get it back less than 2 hours.
I canceled my membership which I never used and requested from multiple agents. Their offer was free months I explained why I couldn’t keep my membership they were unsympathetic. Thrive does not put the customers first first. And gives them a hard time with the excuse the supervisor is not around.
VITACOST and iHERB offer better prices AND there's NO membership fee.
Paid for the membership and then the cart disappeared with over $200 in groceries. When I try to log in again, THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR A SECOND ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP!
SCAM ARTISTS and it's why I left in the past. They take the money and can't deliver. DON'T JOIN -- CANNOT RECOMMEND!
