Service
We visit Tim Hortons at 183 Exmouth St. in Sarnia Ontario regularly. We also get the same employee regularly. This employee is not a happy person and shows it with her her customer service through her voice and facial expression. Although I understand we the people are going through hard times in today's world customer service should prevail. For example...

I ordered donuts for my colleagues and when the cashier was serving me not only did he go from the cash to putting my donuts in the box but he did it with his barehands without washing them, nor did he use a wax paper to pick them up… when I asked him to change the donuts he refused and told me to take them or take nothing.. as a former supervisor at Tim Hortons I am very very upset and disappointed.

Today I made a purchase via the drive through in Cumbernauld Glasgow, time circa 315.
I noticed that the serving staff were not wearing gloves or masks. The guy who brought me food was scratching his beard and face, no mask, no gloves.
The other staff were not wearing masks or gloves either.
received my food and promptly put it in the bin. In these times of Covid im appalled at the lack of general hygiene.
I certainly wont be back.

Decaf Coffee
I ordered a decaf coffee at my local Tim Hortons on Gateway Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba. During the month of August I had noticed that the coffee tasted "watery" like they had accidently reused the grounds.
Then, my girlfriend and I went in for a sit down coffee. I was able to view as they made her coffee and noticed that they did a shot and then added water and stirred.?
When it was my turn, I asked what they were doing. The young man said it was a shot of Expresso, topped with water. I told him that's not how you make decaf coffee. He shrugged his shoulders and walked away.
The coffee was awful. That watery coffee taste. Now I know it wasn't an accidently thing. They have been making it this way for a month now.
Honestly, is this to cut costs. Don't have to pour out the un served decaf after 20 mins. Shame on the new franchise owner?
As 20 years of going there, I am taking my coffee at McDonalds. The ambiance is not as nice but at least the coffee tastes like it should.
Desired outcome: make decaf coffee like you are supposed to!
Quality
Nasty fresh egg. Not really thought was a good example for your new breakfast sandwich.
Coffee
Hello, for a very long time we were preparing coffee, rude employees, they spoiled my mood, I was standing at the counter to pick up coffee, I would have fired all the workers there who worked on 1 afternoon, September 5, Sunday, I am still angry

Food poisoning from bacon potato soup
On Tuesday, August 31st at 6.40 PM (Approx) I ordered a bacon potato soup regular size from the Tim Horton's at Vancouver Int'l Airport. We said goodbye to our son who was leaving for Halifax, NS. On the way home I started to feel unwell. I could not eat dinner when we stopped off on the way home and ended the evening vomiting up all the soup at around...

This is the final blow for me.
I have put up with the Guelph store corner of Imperial and Wellington for a long time. I have gone 5 days a week for over 3 yrs. always drive Thur.
I am not Exaggerating 3 out of 5 they mess up my order.
My order is the same every morning
Med double double coffee
Med reg orange pekoe tea
Chocolate glaze donut
Chocolate chuck cookie.
How easy is that?
Apparently not easy at all! I get 2 teas, reg coffee, 2 chocolate glaze donuts. It goes on. It's a joke but after stopping at one of your stores August 28 2021. At your east bound on site location in west Lorne. I draw the line. I am not just going to let this go.
It's was a extremely hot Saturday. I was on my way home and really need a sugar rush. I stood in line for over 10minutes wish is understandable.
Asked for small double double coffee and a honey dip donut.
Went back to my car started driving back to Guelph.
Opened the bag. I was disgusted. I got a honey crueller well they got the honey part right.
Now understand I also ran a Tim Hortons in Guelph for 10yrs and I am well aware of how the product is supposed to look like.
This donut felt very heavy looked like it was cooked in oil which I know you don't do. It must of sat in the glaze all morning. A honey crueller is supposed to be light. When you bite into one it should be airy.
This I can't even describe!
Picture below. I needed something to tie me over what I got made me sick.
Tim Hortons is a multi million dollar company.
You would think that the two most important products you are famous for, you can't get it right!
Understand I have seen how even your corporate store in Hamilton runs. Not impressed….
Word of mouth goes a long way…
Start focusing on your owners to teach there staff the proper way. I just wonder how many others got the same garbage you sell.
I have never complained before, As I said that was the final blow for me!
I hear McDonalds makes a good coffee. Looks like it's time to change..
Desired outcome: Train your owners. Perhaps they can train their staff.
10 minutes is two words not one. See even you make mistakes.
Rudeness at the Tim Horton Store in South Bloomfield, Ohio
Tim Horton's South Bloomfield, Ohio
Manager: Jeremy, very rude
Employee: McCayla on morning shift very rude drive thru window
How long have I been going to this store: Every morning for 2 1/2 years
Will me or my friends go back to this store: Absolutely not :(
Hi my name is Lee Ann and I have been going to the South Bloomfield store for 2 1/2 years before work and on the weekends. I Loved this store because it is on my way to Columbus to work. There was a manager there named I believe Freida and she and her crew were wonderful. Then Freida got transferred to the TH store in Newark, Ohio. So sad to see her go. Again, she was great. The food and coffee were always fresh and the staff was wonderful. Then another gentleman took over the store ( not sure of his name) but he was really good too. They said he left to take another job. Then the new manager named Jeremy came. Th
e store looks dirty, some of the old crew is still there and they are very nice but he has hired a lot of new employees. One in particular named McCayla. She has no personality at all, very rude at the window and I got upset one day because they messed up my order bad in the drive thru. I drove back around to have them correct my order and I informed McCayla that she was very rude and she is still there and continues to be rude. She should not be working the window. She does not say thank you and when she knows that I am coming through the drive thru she talks about me to other employees. I heard her a couple of times. When I talked to the manager Jeremy about her he just acted as if he did not care, did not apologize. I went to the Circleville, Ohio TH this morning and seen some of the old crew working there. I asked why they had left the TH in South Bloomfield and they said because of the management that was there now. I ask if it was Jeremy and they said yes. I just feel the need to let you know and not trying to get anyone fired or I am not trying to get free food but they is upsetting considering I have went there almost everyday in the last 2 years. The store is not the way it used to be and I just wanted to let someone know of this I Love TH and will continue to go to a different store as I refuse to go back to South Bloomfield.
Thank you for your time,
Lee Ann Webb
Desired outcome: Just would like for someone to be aware of my complaint
Coffee
Hello,
I went to tim hortons this morning off of Hilliard Rome road and ordered a coffee with one pump of Carnell sugar and cream was asked to repeat this literally five times! Finally get to the window to pay and I also ordered a breakfast sandwich and I activated a reward for it that she would not let me use. Stated I can't even though I have used three rewards prior at the tim hortons off of Robert's. I pay snd leave yet home there is nothing but cream in my coffee after saying the order five times. This coffee is disgusting and that interaction will make me never go back .
customer service and rewards app
i have a complaint about the Windsor, Nova Scotia tim hortons. i have had a couple issues with the rewards system, but other times it works. i order a 2 can dine meal for 7.99 plus tax, i have already activated the deal, i get to the window and their scanner didnt work, multiple times. Rather then offer the deal anyways they refused to honor it and asked me to pay full price or they can take part of the meal away .. so i asked for the manager and she wasnt willing to deal with the situation so then i ask for a number to call to make a complaint. She said that they are having issues with the app/ scanner.. but why would they not say that at the speaker ? when you have customers expecting to save money and use the rewards it should work and if it doesnt then they should honor the deal anyway, needless to say i couldnt afford the full price but i had to spend it anyway. i am not impressed.
Desired outcome: i would like some kind of compensation for my inconvenient as this is the second time this has happened to me at this location. never had any issues at other ones
New sandwiches
Went through the drive thru—ordered the new sandwiches as seen on tv—they looked really good—surprise—the ones you get are not like the pictures—sure expected better—what can you expect from Tim Hortons—better than what we got
Slow as [censored] never open when you’re supposed to be
There is supposed to open at five every morning now they're opening up at 530 drive-through had 20 cars waiting 15 people outside waiting to get in for coffee did not open the doors at five always like that in Boutouche NB really if they can't get up to go to work in the morning fired them all it's getting really ridiculous waiting half hour for coffee when you're supposed to be already open

Read full review of Tim HortonsCustomer service for lost or stolen card
Called this number a few minutes ago. The girl who answered was unhelpful and very rude. She did not resolve any of our issue, which was a lost Tim's card.
So she's told my wife to call tonite because she's very busy and was about to close. Lol, which is unacceptable since this is a two minute question that can easily get solved.
I'll tell everyone I know about this experience and influence then not to patronize the brand.
I'll also post this on several boards I host
Service
130 th Tim Hortons Calgary AB a supervisor at the store name of Diane is rude arrogant and disrespectful to the customers and staff. I have had several times when I go to this store regularly. The only time I have my order messed up is when she is working. When I have gone back into the store to have it corrected I am basically told that they didn't make any mistakes that it is my fault. I have been there when she has been yelling at the staff. This normally happens to the new or young people working there. I complained once to the owner and I was told that She had been working there for years and if she said I was the problem it was my fault. I go to Tim's 3-4 times a day. I spend at least 25 dollars a day. This happens to be the closest store to my house. I will never go back here again. That attitude is not going to be tolerated by myself and if I was an employee I would sue.
Desired outcome: Diane should lose her job
Quality of food made
I order a breakfast bacon wrap on aug, 22/21, i got it with very little food inside, and it looked like the person just threw it together. Tim Hortons charges enough for the wraps but it is not worth the price paid, this is not the first time i ordered a wrap and all of yhem are the same very little inside
Please fix this.problem
Thank you crystal
Bad management
My Daughter worked at the tim hortons in carstairs alberta for one month the management there has no people skills and are just down right awful to there employees the turn over is so high there it's a wonder they are still open these people must go she enjoyed working there but the managers where to much and she had to walk out during her shift you would think corporate would see the high turn over rate and do something about it
Desired outcome: Fire these managers
