Tim Hortons Service

I was at drive through waiting for my order to be taken, I heard a faded "hi" but assumed she is collecting money at the window. After a 1 minute I heard "do you wana order or not". At this point, I told her first of all it's "Welcome to tim Hortons, may I take your order please." She said you don't know to tell me. What you want to order? I was very upset but I went ahead with my order. She punched it exactly what I ordered, at drive through I got wrong order. I parked and walked inside. I had to tell them multiple timed I want ice coffee extra sweet. One worker said you can be polite. I was very angry at this point. They messed my order, I wasted my time bringing it in, didn't understand what I am asking for, now she said I needed to be polite. Very poor customer service. 7288 Kingeorge hw

Tim Hortons Cold tea

I have been going to Tim Hortons, at 1410 Elmwood Dr. for almost 20 years now. In the last two years I have had a hard time in getting a hot cup of tea. I have talked to the staff, the manger, Once I got mad about it because they joked about. Because I got mad about it, I was asked to stay out of the store, and only use the drive throw. So I did and still got warm tea. Seeing that in the last to years of warm tea, Knowing that all staff can not be that bad at there job's I am now starting to think that maybe some staff are doing this to me on orders of some one working in that store. It's been going on now for two years now. You guys may not like me, that fine. I have a right to a Hot cup tea, don't I. 75% in the last two year it warm. T

Desired outcome: To be able to get a hot cup of tea.

Tim Hortons Breakfast wrap meal

I used a Tim hortons restaurant round the corner from where I work I ordered the breakfast wrap meal, so I got half way through my meal before I realised it had green mould on the wrap. I was so disappointed and disgusted with what I saw I felt sick all day in work regarding this issue, I have heard such nice feedback regarding this restaurant so I decided to try it out for my self. What a disappointment

Tim Hortons App

I have pages and pages of all of the attempts I have made to get my TimCard corrected in the app. Since July of 2020. I have even filed a complaint with zero response from the company via BBB.

An employee threw out my card without asking me first. I need my new card linked instead. I know it is possible because this is not the first time an employee threw out my card without asking first.

I work during the day in downtown Winnipeg, I get coffees from Tim's. The Dark Roast has been changed. I used to get it all the time, now I don't. We go to Corry PA Tim Hortons just about every Saturday, up until last visit on 2/27/21. The lobby is not opened due to Covid-19 and have no choice but to use the drive thru . Everytime I go to my local tims and use change they keep my change from 5cents to a few dollars I have to asked them for my change, yesterday I ordered a small ice cap I asked how much he told me 3$ I went today and used my card it came to 2.30$? Tim Hortons Service - racial profiling

I walked into your Tim Hortons store on Sandalwood and Chingousy in Brampton Ontario on Friday Feb 26, 2021 at about 8.10am. It took some time before I was attended to but that was fine as I understood it was rush hour.
A Lady came up the counter and started taking my order. At some point she behaved like she did not understand what I wanted, then another Lady approached her they talked, and I thought she came to help.
Then this lady who was assisting me walked in to the back with the box she was using to take my order. The second lady asked me if I came in here yesterday and paid with some bills for my purchase, I told her, no it wasn't me, she insisted a second time saying you are the one, I still explained to her calmly that it can't be me as I only left my home yesterday morning to drop my kids at school again she said a third time that it was me at this point I got furious. Then a man walked out from that back with the first Lady who was attending to me and the second lady started telling him she is the one about the incident yesterday who gave us bad bills. I screamed that was ridiculous I just told you I wasn't the one and you are insisting, then the man (store manager) now said no one is accusing anyone of anything etc. I responded she is because she is insisting I was the one who gave bad bills yesterday.
I have never been embarrassed like this in my entire life; this is a pure case of racial profiling. If I did not start screaming, I will be accused of a crime I never committed.
Tim Hortons is a big Franchise and can afford Smart Money counterfeit Bill Detectors in all their stores, I will advise your Management does this rather than having your staff embarrass black hard working persons.

Store #4335. Showed up at 9:45pm on Feb 23, 2021. All the lights were on and employee(s) were inside. Store closes at 10pm. Tim Hortons App

Logged out of app when transferring to new phone. When logging in I needed verification code. Said it was sent but I never received. Contacted someone via email and was told it was tech issues and to set up new email they would transfer money and points to new card if I send new email address I did that 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing since. I had approximately 25 dollars and 640 points on my old card.

Tim Hortons Wrong order

I have ordered egg belt on everything bagel. I have found there is no egg in it which is totally wrong order. This place is my regular and many times it happens when we order. Please train your team and give right order for which customers pays.

Tim Hortons Ripoff and transfer of points from one card to another

1st problem : my card number is t9mt-kc9v-7nb4. I had 310 points. I bought 1 coffee and was deducted 300 points instead of 70.

2nd problem : my girlfriend's old card number is 0g0v-9x7z-djl3. The new one is 4y31-f8c1-1u77. The points on the old card need to be transferred to the new one.

I have been calling for the last 3 weeks. Every time i'm told they will report it and someone will get back to me. Nobody does.

Desired outcome: Correct error

The Tim Hortons in Cambridge is the armpits of coffee shops. I have been getting Hot Chocolate that is 3/4 full, Coffee that taste like it is watered down and I mean watered down. If one woman is not there by the name of Linda the service and products suck. Something needs to be done to improve this location. Maybe I will have to start going to Starbucks.

Tim Hortons Service

All 4 Tim Hortons locations in Aylmer sector of Gatineau, Quebec are owned and operated by the same owners (a married couple). The service at all 4 locations is in lack of better words... HORRENDOUS! The wait times at the drive thru are ridiculous. Twice this week I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru. One location 27 minutes waiting and at another 37 minutes! That to me is ridiculous. All 4 locations are always short staffed, broken equipment or shortages of products causing me to have to go out of my way to go to another location. Last night visited the Vanier road location where I ordered 3 large coffees and 7 breakfast sandwiches. Once I got home found out the coffees were steeped tea even though the proper order was displayed on the lids and all the sandwiches were cold. I called to complain and was told that they were closed (earlier because of Quebec curfew) and that there was nothing that could be done. I said I was not happy having ordered 3 coffees and had been given tea and 7 cold sandwiches which were supposed to be hot. I was told to call head office if I was not happy and was hung up on. I would like the owners of these locations to be held accountable for the way their employee treated a customer.
