Friends cant see my comments and iIf so, please send us a scan of your ID with a photo, such as a driver's license or your passport, so we can let the IT team know that you're the one reporting this issue. My account is not working and it is NOT up to me to follow any procedure. My money is taken and my account should be kept working. I am deleting my account and no further money must be taken.

my account is basically active and inactive. active because i still see my profile and my friends online. inactive because i can't chat with them. they can't even find me on my account. pls i will like to know what happened

My sister Trudi was very active on TWOO for the past year.
She recently passed away, and she asked me to contact her friends after she died and let them know what had happened.
She was very popular on TWOO and had many friends.
So I started sending messages to people. The only problem was, was that they were going through, but they were not being received.
What's more, I tried to write to TWOO 4 times now, and they just either ignore me, or they aren't getting my messages either. So what am I supposed to do? How do I contact them?
I am extremely upset about this, as my sister would be, and I don't know what else to do.
Every email or way to contact them goes into my sent inbox, so this is a complete waste of time.
Her membership is active until December, so why is this happening?
No-one is giving me any answers.
It's like she just ceased to exist.
She used to get dozens of visitors each day on her account, but I checked and all of a sudden, all traffic stopped 43 days ago.
I want an answer to this and I want it now.
She would be very upset knowing the mess that TWOO has made of things.
