UPS over-the-road driver

My complaint is regarding an over-the-road driver in a UPS cab on Friday December 1st 2017 at approximately 5:40 to 5:45 a.m. on the westbound side of I-30 between Saint Francis and Jim Miller in Dallas Texas. I was on Interstate 30 from President George Bush Tollway and the second left hand lane. The truck came up on to my rear end of the car and Flashed their high beams at me, in which I took off my cruise with a tap of my break. At which point they stayed on me and Flash their lights again. At that point the truck passed me on my right side and as they got to the front of my car proceeded to cut me off in the lane. Had I not moved immediately to my left, without knowing of any other car in my way, had been an elderly, or a young inexperienced driver, the outcome could have been fatal. This early in the morning there are three other lanes that this truck driver could have gone into well before he got up on my car. I have a small Kia Soul. I was driving the speed limit 65 to maybe 67. I was not driving 50 or 55 or even 60mph to cause this individual to do recklessly what they did. The cab was only UPS however the trailer had no distinguishing UPS markers nor a truck number that was visible on the side or back that I was able to take down. Therefore I am not sure if this is a contract driver or an employee of UPS. Either way, I would seriously suggest a discussion for future highway safety so that UPS is not paying out in a lawsuit for a death that could have been prevented.

UPS reckless driving complaint

Hello, I'm not sure where to file this complaint.

November 29 2017/November 30 2017

For the past two days, when driving home I've met a UPS truck, at approximately 4:30PM. At one point, we were in a zone where the speed limit is 80KM/Hour, and then next time it was at a 50KM/Hour zone. Both times, he was driving so far above the speed limit that I pulled over to the shoulder of the road out of fear of being hit. Especially the second day, speeding in the 50KM zone (likely going 80-90KM/hour) in an area where there are lots of children was very disconcerting.

The areas were located:
Nov 29 Route 560, Jacksontown, NB, Canada at approximately 4:30PM
Nov 30 Rte 56, Lakeville NB, Canada E7K 1W8 at approximately 4:30PM.

When I brought up the incident at work, other co-workers agreed that they have met the same truck speeding excessively in the same area.

If there is any way please address the issue with the driver out of the safety concern for our community.

UPS delivery driver

The blonde has been the driver in our neighborhood off cavanaugh rd this week. Me and my neighbors have all had packages delivered this week. I heard her yelling at the neighbor next door yesterday. She has a terrible attitude. She goes entirely too fast in the residential area. We asked about a package while she was delivering a different package bc the tracking said it was on the truck too. She was loud and belligerent and said she didn't have it or time to mess with it. Drove 1 place up and ended up getting out with the package. She didn't apologize or anything. Although the package did not have a signature or any other requirements and it was asked for the other packs she demanded to see id. I also watched her toss a tv upon the back steps of the neighbors house. When I said hey. She turned saw me. Picked it up and didn't say a word. The owner saw this as well. . Now I realiZe this time of year is stressful and hectic. But she is in a customer service position and lacks all the necessary skills to work with the public. There is no need to be rude and hostile. Her helper was not with her today but has been the last 3 days. He's young and dark headed. Pale skin. Slender and prob 5 ' 5. He is professional and nice. The truck number is 8655766. I recieve 0packages reoccurring so I don't want her to retaliate or deliberately damage our items.

UPS package handling & care

Driver pulls up, I wait on porch while he is in back of truck rustling around, & I see a white bag tossed to the front of truck, then a small box, then a few more bags, and another box.
I counted 5 times a parcel being thrown ftom the back of truck to the front passenger side!
This is unbelievable! It was a small older man in mid 50s or 60s. All i got was the number on driver side of truck 675491.
Shortly after noon my package was delivered, in New Cumberland W.V.

UPS driver

The driver today 12/1/17, he has delivered many times prior, USDOT# 021800, first name Reggie, is so rude. He has come into our office many times talking on his bluetooth. When spoken to or when speaking to us he is very abrupt and condescending. He was training a young guy today and he was border line abusive to the young man and had him carry nine packages without a hand truck which took too much of our time and theirs. The trainee, by the way, was very respectful and kind. He is never friendly! The driver that normally delivers is the kindest, most friendly person ever. He is indicative of what a UPS driver, or any service person should be. This should be addressed immediately.

UPS lying from ups personnel on shipment status & being screamed at by you personnel

UPS,

I am so disgusted with the customer service I have received from your personnel and I am not going to stop writing/calling until I receive immediate resolution.

Tracking# 1Z4E37X00303059896 was supposed to be delivered to my residence today. I placed the order and the shipped paid for 2 day delivery and that is what is expected.

I called [protected] this morning to confirm that this item would be delivered today.

Your representative Kathy [protected] told me that my package was sitting at 3 Whipple Street, Nashua, NH and had not been sent out for delivery and I could go and physically pick it up.

I arrived at UPS 3 Whipple Street at 9:45am and was informed by 2 ladies at the desk (they were nice by the way) that my order was not there, and far as they could tell never arrived and was never scanned as being delivered.

They had me call Kathy [protected], and she sits right in the building behind 3 Whipple Street so that we could all get on the same page. I put Kathy on speaker and she refused to talk to the 2 ladies out front and demanded that I take her off speaker. She stated "I will not speak with you if they are on the speaker phone".

Kathy placed me on hold and then stated that she spoke with the actual driver (twice) who was to deliver this parcel and it was on his truck, was now out for delivery and she apologized for having me go to the Whipple Street location.

I left Whipple Street and headed home to wait for my delivery. I got another call from Kathy and she said:
"You are going to kill me, your package is sitting in our Chelmsford, MA "HUB" location in a trailer and you will not put your hands on this package today. I was upset and felt that she lied to me. She then began to SCREAM AT ME and said there was nothing she could do and basically "too bad"! Kathy was extremely unprofessional and it should not be tolerated that she speak/yell at your customers. All I could hear her mumbling was "I can't wait to go home at eleven".

I then asked to speak to her supervisor who introduced himself as "Gary". Same bad, I don't care attitude who said "you will not be receiving your package today or any time soon". It's in a trailer with 100's of other packages AND they didn't get to it and I need to go because I am in a hurry to do other things".

I am so disgusted with UPS, am traveling next week and I want my item delivered as promised, today.

I hope someone can change my perception of UPS's Customer Service as it is unprofessional and the customer doesn't seem at all important.

If I ever spoke to a customer in that tone or abused and screamed at them I wouldn't have a job.

I expect to receive a response back from UPS within the hour and plan on continuing to pursue this issue until my package is received as promised.

UPS delivery delays, no corrective measure to ensure delivery

Online retailers and their customers expect that if you are contracted to perform a duty within a reasonable time frame that you do it with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.
My complaint is an ongoing issue with delays as posted by the courier "deliveries not made to remote areas on a daily basis". The latest, having paid extra to ensure that time sensitive and valuable items be delivered at a specific time so arrangements may be made to receive are often met with, exceptions 6 days in a row. Since this has been an issue in the past, and while witnessing the delivery vehicle in the vicinity, I cant help but wonder if this is just incompetence/negligence, disrespect, or corporate mismanagement.
I dont believe it is my responsibility to chase a package that you have undertaken to deliver, nor should I have to travel to the depot to collect it. UPS has been paid to deliver in a timely manner, and you have failed to do so on several occasions, and your customer service department may resolve single incidents, but where is the corrective action to prevent it from continuing to occur over and over.

UPS package delivery

I ordered several items from Black Friday and have numerous deliveries but today a man that lives 3 streets over and with a completely different house number...thank god called me and said that it was left in their back porch in the pouring rain and it is a security system for Christmas ugh I hope to god it works when I get it...this is the second time the packages have not been delivered to my house! The house number is on the front of my house on street that is easy to find...I'm not sure who the driver is but this is ridiculous! You have to drive past my house to get to where it was delivered. I know it's a busy season but seriously that is ridiculous... the address is 3227 Virginia Avenue in
Hurricane WV 25526 please get a new driver or someone who knows what is going on.

However the UPS driver was illiterate to say the least. He just put the box at the door of a residence on Fawn Trail, Longview, Tx. which is exposed to the public and could have been stolen. Thank God the resident was honest. When she got home she called me to let me know that my Keuric had been left on her door step. This is not the first time but the 5th time UPS has delivered my products the the wrong address. Someone is always at my home all they have to do is knock on the door. I will file as many complaints as I can to anyone who will listen about UPS and will take my business to another carrier. Enough is enough over 4 times is completely pathetic and extremely careless. There is NO EXCUSE. I feel sorry for other people who use UPS because they are in for a BIG disappointment and inconvenience of having to track down there product, contact UPS and wait once again for their delivery. It is quite obvious that UPS has very little regard for good customer service or just doing their job the right way.

UPS driver

I m getting tired of complaining about the driver beeping the truck horn in front of my house and he laughs about it when my dog is barking I've asked it to stop I've made complaints before. Well today 11/30 my husband was home and heard it. And he was out working on his truck and said the same truck and driver stopped on the street behind us and he did not beep the horn. I've made enough complaints

I am filing a formal complaint with UPS of Houston, Texas for resolution, root cause and for not fulfilling the obligation to deliver my UPS package 1Z13V17V4267749978 to me today, when it was scheduled to be delivered by 8:00 PM Thursday November 30, 2017. I was to receive a call within one hour from a UPS representative to discuss issue in full detail. This hour has passed with no phone call received. I would like to receive a call from an upper management representative to resolve this issue. This package should be expedited to arrive in Beaumont, Tx by 8:00 PM today 11/30/2017 which I am still expecting by end of business day for UPS.

UPS inadequate explanation of delayed package

Paid to have it sent 3 day select.
Delayed with the explanation:
Due to operating conditions, your package may be delayed. / Delivery will be rescheduled.
The package is sitting in Doraville, GA, United States 11/29/2017 6:21 P.M.
Original delivery should have been 11/30. Why can't it be delivered when it was paid to? Instead the delivery date is 12/1. Why? It's been sitting at your hub since 6pm 11/29.
Wait times to speak to a representative are ridiculous. It's a time of year you should gear up. Instead we get lousy service and no means by which to get an adequate explanation. Your service this year is worse than last year.
My UPS acct is [removed]
During this season, I will be using my FED EX account for all shipping. You are out of touch with your customers. So, guess what - your customers are leaving you...

UPS package delivery

I live in a rural area. Recently my packages are being left at the beginning of driveway. My drive is long and by leaving there the packages are exposed to fgge road and can be easily stolen. With tgge holidays and online shopping my concern needs attention. A recent tracking number is as follows, 1Z4E16280261291420. I have several outstanding orders and am greatly concerned about theft. Please contact the drivers assigned this area and request that packages be left on front porch.

UPS i'm complaining about the delivery and customer service

The delivery and customer service at 1457 E Victoria Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92408 is horrible. I been waiting for a package since 11/28 but it was rescheduled for 11/29 with out notifying me via email or text. The drivers are liars, lazy and incompetent, they said my business was closed that's why my package wasn't delivered but the address is for my residence. I waited again all day on 11/29 and I kept track of my package and it said "Out for delivery" all day then at 10 pm it said it was in process "arrival scan". The only way for me to actually get my package was for me to schedule a pick up. This would be the first and last time I ever use your ups services.

UPS delivery driver

My mom ordered a laptop as a gift for Christmas and it never came. I was home all day and left the house to go to the mailbox the time they said they delivered the package and nothing was there. My mom called UPS and they tracked down the driver and he told them he delivered it at our doorstep. I know he is lying because I was looking out for it all day and did not see it once. It makes me sick people would rather lie. UPS did absolutely nothing to look more into this and took his word for it. They have a theif working for them and they're taking his word for it. Now he's enjoying my mom's hard earned money and since he got away with it he will most likely steal again.

UPS bogus tracking information

tracking information shows that my delivery package is on time, to be delivered this date of 11/29/2017, in South Carolina. However, there is no indication that it ever left Texas; much less, arrived in South Carolina. And, worst of all, there is no way to get customer service from a live person; with the virtual assistant only telling me what I can read for myself. A company that will not provide customer service must know that their service sucks. I will avoid sending or receiving UPS shipments in the future.

UPS delivery promises

29 November 2017 - I pay Amazon extra to have my laptop delivered today, and Amazon chooses UPS for delivery. At 4:30 pm today (on the day it's supposed to be delivered) I decide to go out and trace it, since I've heard nothing from UPS regarding status and I usually would have had the delivery by now.

When I enter the tracking number, all that UPS tells me is that my package is "delayed" and it might not be delivered today. Really? You can't tell me any more than that? What delayed it? Where is it right now? Is it possible for me to go pick it up at the sorting warehouse that's 2 miles from my house? Is it out for delivery?

The online live support (15 minute wait) isn't much help. "We're adjusting plans to deliver your package as quickly as possible." STUPID. Don't treat me like a 2-yr-old. Tell me what the hell is going on.

More: "I am reall (SI) sorry, we do not have any updates yet when this package will arrive to the destination. However, rest assured that your package will be delivered as soon as possible." STUPID.

After I demanded some real answers, I finally found out that it WAS at the warehouse 2 miles from my house, and NO, they would not let me just drive over and pick it up.

These people are BLITHERING [censor]!

UPS, you have a lot to figure out before you get to real profitability!

UPS ups package: wrong information of delivery and notifications to pick up.

Today, Wed 29th November 2017 I received an email notice my package would be delivered at pick up point because I am not at home while I was staying at home to receive it (Customer was not available when UPS attempted delivery. Will deliver to a nearby UPS Access Point™ for customer coll - this notice showed on the system at 12:42).

Then I waited for the notice to pick up and received two notice email that the parcel is ready at the service point to pick up. (the notice at 14:54)

I came there at round about 6PM and the lady at service point (detail below) said to me that the package was not delivered to the service point yet!
This is supper annoying when I had to wait and then to walk there and back home in a very cold weather for nothing.

UPS ups driver

My complaint is about a UPS Driver who delivered my package and my grandmother's package last night 11/28/17 in Birnamwood, WI. My grandmother was home alone when he/she delivered the packages. She heard the door bell ring and so she went to the door and nobody was there. Then she saw a flashlight outside and didn't see a vehicle so she got scared and didn't answer the door. In my grandparents house they have a little indoor walkway between their front door and outside. Instead of putting the packages in the little walkway like delivery people usually do they left the packages outside and they were BLOWN across the road into the ditch. My grandfather found them this morning. We are lucky they didn't get blown on the highway, as they live right off highway 45, or that anybody didn't steal them! I'm very upset about this! I wish I had the drivers number and license plate because this is ridiculous!

UPS ups driver complaint

On 11/28/17 around 4 pm I was sitting in my car about to pull out of my handicap space in front of my house on N 7th street Newark NJ, a ups truck drove up blocking me from coming out, I signaled the driver as soon as he pulled up that I was coming out he told me I had to wait, so i said all you have to move up then he stuck his head out the truck and looked at me then got up and went into the truck. I said you have no right to block me, he said you have to wait yelling at me so loud my son heard him yelling and me yelling back at him to move, he was so loud and disrespectful my landlord came out to see what was going on. then I said to him im going to call UPS and file a complaint he yelled I don't f***ing care what you do. I got out my car proceeded walking to the back of the truck to get a picture of the plate number he pulled off real fast and i took off right behind him and was able to get the picture when he stopped to deliver a package 2 blocks down the street.
