UPS ups driver obstructing line of sight for pedestrain and driver at intersection due parkjng at red zone and block cross walk

Incident happend on December 4, 2017 at approx. 10:36am in front of Tapco Credit Union in Tacoma. (Delivery made 2 Tapco) 2802 6th ave. Driver is white male, at least 6ft plus dark hair. UPS driver was obstructing line of sight of an intersection for pedestrian and drivers Due to parking in red zone n blocking cross walk. Almost got in an accident.

UPS delivery/customer service

First you say my address is incorrect but FedEx can find it just fine. Second, my shipping address was changed without my request from CA to VA, the shipper only has the CA address so I don't know how they would have done that. I called to request the package be held in San Diego. I called again to confirm if it was available and was told it was at the pickup location then drove there to be told they didn't have it. Got an email saying it's scheduled for delivery in VA, I'm still in San Diego. I called the service number but they were useless. Worst service ever

UPS negligence of dispatcher/ups driver causing packages not get delivered

I live in Virginia Rd, Los Angeles, CA, 90016.
I have contacted UPS multiple times about packages status getting delivery status as "The street number is incorrect." Where as the address is correct. I do receive some packages from UPS without any issues. I have reported previously that the dispatcher is not sending the package with driver with correct route. I have put in complaints, been to UPS center few times, still the issue is re-occuring. This is making life miserable. Sometimes i receive packages, sometimes i dont. Please fix it.

Some example packages for which i had issues are

Where as below package didnt have any issues at all.

Address on all of the packages are exactly same. I dont have any issues receiving packages via USPS or Fedex for the same exact address.

UPS next day delivery

I Ordered a product VIA Amazon on 12.1.17, I paid extra to have the purchase shipped next day AIR I live on the East Coast. I recd an email from Amazon iNDICATING THAT That the package would arrive by 8:00 the next day.Now when I checked the UPS Site it indicated that it would arrive by 12:00 Noon. Like others whom have complained I lost an entire day and really needed the product being delivered by the next day, Needless to say the these clowns not only didn't deliver but then after complaining to Amazon the status page was manipulated to appear as though the package had not arrived at their shipping facility. These *ss *hole* are simply not given enough competition and this is what happens. This the second Instance in which this s*it has happened. I will in the future start to specify another competitor if/ when this option is available. Also can someone please explain to me why the **** does Amazon use call centers in place that cannot distinguish the dam time zone the customer is in.Or why in the HELL do the UPS Clowns have a chat client on their website that closes on Weekends before 12:00 midnight EST. *uc* them

UPS package delivery

On Dec. 2, 2017 around 4:00pm, a UPS driver (Caucasian male) with MD license plate that appeared to be 64S886, truck #666049, THREW our package which was a box of tables on our steps. This was witnessed by a visiting family member and the noise was heard by another family member. He appeared to be very upset. He was blocking the street and did not like the fact a family member blew their horn. It appeared he was taking his anger out on the family member by attempting to damage OUR tables. This is unacceptable!

UPS terrible delivery

Of course with the holidays coming up i did what millions of people do; i ordered my 3 year old and my 2 year olds christmas presents online. It is so much easier to manage everything with time by using the 2 day shipping. As busy as my family and i are i had payed for 2 day shipping through UPS! so i could track my packages and knew someone would be home on the EXACT time of delivery. Well not only were we home and outside waiting we watched the UPS driver go to out neighbors house ( who thank god were not home) we started to walk over their because i knew it was my packages and before i could get over their he sped off ! he had not only ignored our hands waving and us yelling but left my kids christmas presents on the front porch of our neighbors house! called to complain and got nowhere! meanwhile my other packages have not make it yet and it was getting late. was supposed to arrive before 8pm! i called yet again to find out what was going on and how come my tracking order has not updated. no answer called again and their was a delay and they did not transfer everything to a new truck. soooo now my 2 day shipping that i paid almost 100$ for on all my products turned into maybe 3-4 days and now 5-8 days! i am so frustrated as i have had to take time out of work and raarange my schedule! UPS SUCKS! btw my house is right on the highway in plain sight we only have 2 nieghbors in the middle of nowhere! i deffiantly reccomend using some other postel service this has made me disgusted i just hope my kids christmas that i paid nearly 1800$ on arrives at MY house sometime this year! (sarcasim intended!)

UPS package not delivered on time

I received a mail from UPS at 9:21 a.m today(12/2/2017 Saturday) saying that my package is out for delivery. I had to cancel all my plans and sit at home to receive the package. It was important for me to receive the package today as I had to take it to another place tomorrow. I waited until 7:30 p.m and after I called the customer service, I got an update saying it will be delivered on Monday. I wasted my day waiting for the package. The representative whom I spoke with told me that I will be getting a call back from her supervisor in an hour. It has been 30 minutes passed an hour and I haven't received any call.

I am really mad at the UPS service. I had to call the UPS customer service to get to know that my package is not going to be delivered today. There were no updates about my package until I called them asked for the update.

UPS never show up for scheduled pick up

I scheduled a pick up last Friday(12.1), and requested for a shipping label for the shipment, the representative on the phone said I need to prepare a check for the shipping fee, and the driver would bring the shipping label. The pick up should happen between 9am to 5pm, no one came. After my second call, the driver came up with no label or tracking number, he said he knew nothing about this pick up and he would ask for more information then came back. However, he never came back. I called once an hour from 5pm to 9pm, got the same answers saying they promise I would have my package by the end of day, and there would be a local manager contacted me later. I waited all day at home until 11pm, no phone calls, no drivers came back. Then in the early morning today (Saturday), I called in and was told that the driver could come by 12.30 pm, I waited until 12.30 pm, I made several phone calls and was told by a supervisor saying I need to walk into the nearest store to drop off, but the store refused to accept saying they have nothing to do with the shipping center. I felt so angry and continued to call the service center, then someone told me I should expect a pick up no later than 5.30pm today. It's 4pm right now, I guess I need to give a 10th or 11th call in one hour.
Never use UPS for pick up service in LA! This is the worst experience I had for a shipment! They can not take the responsibility for their words and they never keep their promise! I deferred my conference yesterday and cancelled a meeting today expecting for the pick up, ended up with wasting of times!

UPS delivery delayed with no explanation, no refund issued

Paid $120 for shipping with the express expectation that the package would be delivered by a certain date, my travel plans were based around that date. On the presumed day of delivery the package status read as "out for delivery" and "Delivery by end of day". After 5pm the notification updated to say that the delivery was rescheduled for 2 days in the future. Customer service was unhelpful, told me, in no uncertain terms, that there was nothing they or I could do. I repeatedly explained the situation to multiple customer service reps and was given conflicting information, but ultimately no one could help me, when I demanded a refund for the price of my expedited shipping I was pretty much told that wasn't going to happen and I could take it up with the shipper. Considering I was the shipper, they pretty much were telling me to go [censor] myself.

UPS delivery - packages not received

I had a phone from Best Buy and a Christmas Tree scheduled for delivery.
The phone should have been delivered on 11/28/17. I checked the tracking on the UPS website and was given the following message:

This package is being held for a future delivery date. / Delivery will be rescheduled.

I called UPS on 11/29/17 concerning the above package which was the cell phone. I was told that the rep would send a message to the service center and the phone would go out on 11/30/17. No phone was received and the same message concerning the package being held for a future delivery date was given at the UPS tracking website.
I called about the phone again on 11/30/17 and was told that UPS was unable to locate the package. I was told that Best Buy would need to put in an investigation request. I am now wondering if the phone was stolen by a UPS employee as a couple of employees were recently arrested.

Now I have not received a Christmas Tree that was supposed to be delivered 11/30/17 and the same message concerning a future delivery date. I called UPS this morning and she was unable to confirm if the package was available for pick-up so now I am wondering if there is another missing package and if this has something to do with the driver.
Looks like I may need to cancel my order with Home Depot for the Christmas tree in order to have a Christmas tree put up. I have never had a bad experience with UPS before; however, I am having two in one week.

UPS angry rude ups driver

The drive started by ringing our doorbell 5 consecutive times, after 3 seconds he proceeded to bang loudly on our door anther 5 consecutive times. Upon arriving at my front door the driver had just reached his truck singing in a loud angry tone. He could not hear me call out " Hello" 3times before putting the package down inside the truck. I then called out once more "hello I'm here" he then proceeded to pick up the package and walked towards the door in an angered manner. The driver arrived at the door, didn't say a word or even make eye contact but handed me the device to sign and then said The last name of the individual on the package. While I signed I said nothing already annoyed with how this driver was behaving with no apparent reason. As i signed the driver put the package on the door step, I handed him the device and he walked away. I'm not sure if this drive enjoys his job, or someone made him angry at his last stop. But he should not bring his issues to my door step, or even take out his frustrations on my door. I was appalled at this UPS driver this morning. I hope he never comes to my door again.

UPS delivery

I missed the first attempt so I called the number that was on the door tag. I was given the location of the package. I tried to find the place but was unable to. I called back in 11/30 and the representative I spoke with said that he would have it delivered to me again on Friday. I stayed home all day yesterday but no package. I look on the site and it says going back to sender. I'm beyond pissed because that's not what I told the representative to do. I want my package point blank period so this company better make it right.

UPS delivery driver

Delivery was scheduled for 11/30/17 and then rescheduled for December 1. I live in an apartment and use UPS to avoid my package being delivered to the complex managers office like USPS does. They used to always deliver to my door but that stopped. The driver is just to lazy now, he drops my package at the office like this is ok. The management office holds my package hostage because I work and can't get to the office because they are never open when I'm off work! I will stop using UPS now due to this reason bc shipping usps is cheaper for the same crappy service! Instead of calling the company where my package came from to fix your problems is absurd! This is a UPS problem!

No it’s not the drivers fault the office is closed... but I won’t use ups ever again because that is the only reason I would use them to bring the package to my door and not leave it at the office... hence spending more money on shipping...

UPS delay shipment, malicious tracking info change, [censor] customer service

Tracking order 1z4e37x03902604794. It a guaranteed 3 day select delivery. Ups in the beginning incorrectly sorted the package which result in package delay. What's worse, one day after the delay, the system shows that it's out for delivery again, but until 10pm there is no package delivered! The most disgusting thing ups did was that it changed the tracking info! The info of "out for delivery" was changed to "destination scan" after it failed to deliver the package a second time! The customer service is totally a [censor]. Whatever method I tried to contact ups to solve the problem, from twitter account, live chat, email or phone call, any platform I tried, no serious response was made to me and no apology to customer! I will never use ups!

UPS employees and package handling

My husband and I came home to 7th St. Around 8:10 pm Friday dec. 1st. and witnessed two UPS workers delivering packages on 7 th place and tossing them over fences.
Truck #152852 held a driver and one young deliverer/under age? Delivering packages.
We approached them with a child in hand and asked them "if it was protocol to throw packages over fences without any visual as to what is below?"
Th gentlemen (worker) said, yup! (Tossing around the scanner/coder) and we mentioned that "we thought it wasn't a good idea. Also, many customers are having packages delivered with breakables for Christmas" and he proceeded to say, "well it's from Target, we know it's clothes"
And we said, not all target packages are clothes.
Both the workers (were two scheduled for the night?) disagreed and said it was ok they could toss packages and decided to walk away back to the truck. My husband and I are advocates for our community and uphold safety and respect for our neighbors. We want to see this specific behavior (disrespectful) be handled appropriately. Please advise and hope to hear some feedback as to what is protocol, these care for packages to customers.

UPS delivery

Having issues receiving my delivery. Delivery was suppose to be yesterday, tracking confirmed this along with a delivery drop off window; didn't happen. They brought my package back to the delivery center and updated my delivery window to today between 2:30 and 6:30. Package was not delivered today either. Contacted them and they can't do anything or tell me anything.
Where is my package and why is it not meeting it's deadline?! This is unacceptable that my package isn't meeting its deadline and nobody can assist me.

UPS driving recklessly

A UPS driver in a panel truck was speeding through the alley behind the Bank of America on Valencia Avenue at 8:10 pm today (Dec 1) then sped on to Galiano and blew the stop sign on Alemeria before speeding down that street. License plate: GEI 186. Totally unacceptable. The alley is dark and narrow and someone could have been hurt as he gunned the engine.

UPS cenisha should be fired

I wasted a collective total of 2 hours on hold speaking with 4 separate agents about a sensitive and urgent parcel that did not arrive within the scheduled window time or even display "Out for Delivery" through the online shipment tracking tool. Every agent told me it was on a truck for delivery and that the tracking webpage simply was not displaying properly. I finally spoke with a woman in their international department as the package was coming from abroad. She was very helpful and compassionate when I explained to her the circumstances and import of the package. She told me I could expect a phone call from the facility the package was last scanned in at within the hour. I received a call from a woman who did not identify herself and gave me no information in an apathetic tone. Cenisha yelled at me on the phone after I calmly asked for her name given her one-word answers to any questions I had and her refusal to provide her supervisors name when asked for it. "You just call customer service, " she told me. I asked about who I should speak to about receiving a refund as the parcel did not get delivered within the promised window, and she said "I'm gunna handle your refund." When I asked if she would provide a confirmation number or if I would receive any notification of the refund she again gave me a one-word reply, "no." I asked if I was expected to simply watch my bank statements and again she told me "I will transfer you." And then hung up. I tried to call the phone number that appeared on my caller ID from her and have received a busy signal at every attempt. I have noted the time and telephone number used for the call so that if she gave a false name I can report her. I have never had such utterly terrible customer service or been motivated to complain about an individual service agent in my life. Her behavior was absolutely unacceptable. If this is not resolved, I will never ship with UPS nor recommend them as a courier again. In fact, I will actively tell contacts NOT to use them.

UPS delivery

I have a package that was supposed to be delivered today by 4:45pm. I receive a message at 4:44pm that states "due to operations conditions, you package may be delayed/rescheduled." After calling and sitting on hold for more than 20 minutes I was told the package was not put on the truck. My status shows out for delivery at 9:38am. How is it at exactly 4:44pm they realize the package did not make it on the delivery truck and I am unable to pick it up until the first delivery attempt has been made. Completely unacceptable, and we as customers get the run around when trying to call in or speak to someone with any type of authority. UPS as a whole needs to do better. It is not okay to just say "oh we forgot, " and think all is okay. You don't know what someone is waiting for. As a company you should have a better process in place for this type of thing and send a second delivery van to fix the first mistakes. Awful customer service and very unprofessional.

UPS wow imagine this another customer piss

I have been up talking to UPS to get an urgent shipment that didn't get delivered all night to be insulted by customer service reps Debby, Christy, Victoria and another guy that wouldn't give me his name, along with the last one who was a Supervisor who was a total liar. He couldn't even speak English well enough for me to understand his name Gosay or something like that. And one of the customer service people said to me we appreciate you as a customer. If that's the way you show appreciation lying and insulting your customers, then I can do without doing business with your company.

They call the driver area for Newport, tn and talk to Travis gave my husband's number to him to give to the driver to have this package delivered first thing this morning. I told him I'd he couldn't do his job and bring it to my house if he would call we would drive into town and meet him. Here it is 3:27pm no call from driver, and been on the phone from 10am til 3:15pm and nothing but lie after lie and no results.

Called my customer cause his shipment won't go out today cause UPS didn't honor the guarentee delivery date and had no intention of resolving it either. Told him and will be telling my over 600, 000 customers that I will no longer be excepting any shipments from my customers from this day forward.

No wonder there stocks and customers are down 16 percent and falling. They have no idea what customer service is. This company has become a big joke in the last 3 years.
