Called to have address changed as found out that UPS doesn't ship to PO Boees and $6 charged to make the change. Delivery gets delayed. Then online status says depot closed and delivery delayed so no further updates then I call and some woman with a heavy accent confirms address and house NOT apartment twice. Next day delivery scheduled - doesn't happen. Wife calls and now they say not until following Monday - a week after package comes into town- wtf? I call royally pissed and told the same. Bunch of idiots who probably have no high school education and can't find a job elsewhere. Escalated calls are a joke as they repay the same crap and don't care.
ups destroyed my tv
Firstly, they sent only one person to pick up the tv in the sender's house even after be noted the giant size and heavy weight of the tv.
Secondly, tv was packed by the sender in its original box. When we received the tv, all the foams for protection have been broken, there are scratches everywhere on the tv's screen even the tv has another protective screen. There are several hits on the backs of the tv.
Thirdly, the carton has been opened by ups during the shipment before being delivered to us. Because the tapes put by the sender have been removed, the stand / base of the tv is not in the box. Ups pretends that nothing happened and delivered to us a damaged tv anyway. (We have registered a video for all the damaged part.)
Forthly, every time when we called ups for the reclamation for this damaged tv, every customer service employee has a different story to tell us. At first, they said that they will send us someone to inspect the damaged tv in our house. Then we were told that they do not need to inspect the tv. After that, they sent a driver to our house to pick up the tv for inspection. The strange point is that ups sent a mail to shipper to decliner the responsibilities on this issue on dec 30, and they picked up the tv for inspection on dec 31st. What is real sense to pick up a damaged tv for inspection if they have already refused to pay that. We registered the scene when ups driver came to pick up the tv as they have nothing (No tracking number, no document) to give us for this pick - up.
We feel frustrated and angry against ups, how dare they push us like that way after destroying our tv? We want the justice to be done.

I was working with Ups for the last six month from June 2014 to December 2014, before joining Ups I was a customs clearance in TNT, I was very happy when joined your company, but when joined there was a lot of problem in the operation team, coz of the management, and I have done my best to cover these problem, in my all carrier in jobs I never saw a bad management same as UPS, first thing I never saw an operation manager working 99% in the hub area and never set down in his office to check his mails or finding out solutions for the problems, second thing the country manager don't know anything about operation and what is going on, third he don't want to listen to our issues, and more and more
I have resign from the company on first of December all that coz of the bad management I saw it, and coz of bad scheduling for the staff,
1- how come I'm as a married man and have three child to be schedule for more than one month in night shift?
2- how come a big company same as UPS don't have enough staff to cover, specially we in clearance team (only tow), and when one of us sick or other reason can't come to duty the other will be in tent ion to work double shift.
3- from June the day I start working until my last day my clearance license was still on TNT name, how many time I inform my manager about this and he was saying this is not my job. and customs management inform me that i'm working against the rules and I should be stopped
4- all the staff there are upset coz of this management, and no need from me to say this you can your self to check it.
5- I have asked a lawyer about this and he told me that it was good from me to stop working coz when the company has offer me to work as clearance it's there job to change my licence and not to start any clearing job until I will be legal.
6- Ups in Bahrain don't have any labor to work, they are bringing a free visa labor from outside to work, and this point is against the rules here in Bahrain.
7- coz. of this bad management I left UPS, I like to work but if the management are not listening to our ideas and to our suggestion how need people to work in good and happy.

scamming bill to someone sent to me instead
UPS is such a scamming company. It failed to deliver my merchandise on time, it blamed on customer for its own fault. I hired workers to be there at my home. It failed to show up at appointed time, so I ended up paying the worker for nothing. Then again it failed to deliver again on its second attempt. UPS hires bad workers; they didn’t even try to deliver the furniture because they came with the longest truck at night that they don’t know how to get in and out of my neighborhood. Its driver fears of damaging something but why didn’t they plan to come early before 6:00pm as they promised? That beats me. Finally they got someone else bold enough to deliver. The delivered merchandise went broke after they’re gone, and I opened up deep inside, I ended up had it repaired. Then in the end it sent me its $132 scamming bill in my cousin’s name that owns Ebay account that has nothing to do with the whole deal. I sent its scamming bill back and informed it that it billed the wrong person and it never listen. UPS kept sending me its annoying bill in my cousin’s name for months. Neither I nor my cousin had agreed to any redelivery charge. It was its stupid UPS workers that failed to deliver, and accused me of not being there at my home. I wish to sue this company. I also learned that these UPS workers are such coward and cheap people, contrary to their excessive service charges. They park at other people’s property (near their shipping facility in South Center) by hundred without paying for parking. I am going to talk to a judge to see what I can give to this scamming company.

I shipped 6 boxes @ 177 lbs on Nov 19th from PHX to DFW. The shipment arrived in DFW on the 20th and the delivery was scheduled for the 21st. I was informed by my client they delivery had not been made at noon on 12/4.
I immediately tracked the shipment to discover it had been refused on 11/21.

But just after talking with my client and knowing they had been expecting the boxes and finding out they had received a UPS ground shipment already that day I was very confused about the refusal.
So I called...After being on hold, transferred numerous times put back on hold forever and after a short 45 minutes finally got to a nice lady at DFW, She apologized that this had happened, Said she would located the boxes and make sure they were on the very first truck for re-delivery on 12/5 and assured me she WOULD call me back since it had already been 10 DAYS since the boxes had been at DFW and no one had contacted the shipper, receiver, or even the third party listed on the paperwork to confirm refusal.
I also contacted my sales rep Aaron Scott who just 2 weeks prior called me to upgrade my account and try to win me back from all the previous wounds I had already received by being a UPS customer for more that 4 years now. So as I waited with bated breath for this lady to call me back and confirm the shipment would be reattempted in the morning I thought about how important this shipment was to my small company and how this would affect my client in a negative way and they would ultimately blame me for the mistake UPS Freight had made. Aaron called me back after I left a message and sent an email and said he was on his way out the door but would look into it first thing in the morning.
NO ONE CALLED ME BACK
I called at 7 am AZ time the next morning, at 8:15 I was finally connected to the DFW station again and spoke with a woman who reminded me of a female dog bus did check to see if the boxes were actually there. She confirmed so I asked if they had a record of who refused the packages she said no and that it would take several days to get that information. I asked if they normally contact the shipper or receiver if a shipment was refused and how long that normally takes, she said yes, usually that day. So how is it the shipment remained at DFW until 12/4, 9 DAYS and no attempt was made to contact anyone on the waybill she sounded like it was no big deal and it never happens. I then spoke to Mike Bernal who said he was a Supervisor at DFW. I asked him the same questions; his attitude was lacking and deffinately not customer service driven. He stated the longer I kept him on the phone the longer it would take for him to contact the dispatcher and get my shipment out for re-delivery... as I hung up I knew there was no way these incompetent group of [censored]s were going to prioritize my delivery.
I tried to call Aaron via phone no answer and then sent him an email. He responded by email and sent me this. "We originally attempted delivery on the November 21st, however, security at the airport turned our driver away saying that an air freight waybill was needed in order to let him on the property. While this document is required for air freight shipments, airport security was unaware it was simply a delivery. The issue has been corrected and it will be delivered prior to 2pm today. "
THEY ATTEMPTED IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.
The receiver is NEAR the airport but not in the airport, there is no airport security anyone would have to go through to get to the delivery address. To make it worse the receiver is also just a few blocks away from the UPS Freight service center. Less than a mile. :| (WTF)
I checked in with Aaron at 1:45 to see if had been delivered, nope.
4PM I called the DFW service center. After redialing 7-12 times and working the prompts until I got to someone human I spoke to three different people after being transferred three times over 25 minutes I got to Shaun Hall. Sorry Shaun you don't know me either, but there is a thing called customer service you should try to keep in mind when dealing with a CLIENT who shipment has been sitting on your dock for 10 days that was attempted to the wrong address and still hasn’t been delivered.. Personally I think the entire station should be retrained in customer service and problem solving.
So at 6:00 pm Aaaron called me back to tell me the driver has broken the scanner and Julie has been so busy today they are unable to confirm delivery.
Thanks UPS Freight for ruining my weekend. I will be looking forward to Monday shortly after I confirm my shipment actually delivered or not to CANCEL MY ACCOUNT.
At least I won’t be in need of anal this weekend. THANKS again UPS FREIGHT, next time at least kiss me first.

Spoke to Mike Burnal again this morning, he said he would call me when the freight had been delivered. No explanation on why it still hadn't been delivered it is very obvious he doesn't care at all.

I had a beautiful new Tassimo to give to my friend in Langley, BC.. She was unable to come out to Kelowna to get it and UPS was recommended as a safe way to ship it to her. Well, this was sure wrong.
When I did not hear anything for a couple of days, I traced the package and was told that my friend had refused to accept it.
I contacted her and she said she had not even heard from them. I told her that a surprise was going to be delivered to her.
Well, what a surprise she got. They delivered a broken box filled with old nuts and bolts to her instead of the Tassimo.
After sending several emails and trying to find out what happened, the UPS delivery truck was at my doorstep with a
package. It was the Tassimo, minus the outer packaging that I sent it in. He said it had been damaged an d when I brought it in and we looked at it, it was just in pieces. He said there was a claim put in on it.
I have so many emails from different reps from UPS saying they would look into it and let me know the status of the claim.
The package was sent on Oct. 21.
Then they kept telling me it was the owner of the UPS store in Kelowna that was responsible for taking care of the claim.
When first contacted this store, the girl that answered told me that they were not affiliated with
UPS and it was just a retail outlet.
After contacting UPS again by email, they again told me that I would have to get in touch with this store in Kelowna.
This time I talked to the owner, who informed me that he had nothing to do with this claim and it was the head office, etc. that would have to do something.
Well, you can see, this was just a circle going back and forth.
This has been a horrible experience. My beautiful Tassimo which was to have been a gift for my friend is now destroyed and they refuse to do anything about it.
The cost of the Tassimo was $85.00 and the shipping cost was $33.02.
I am so upset about this whole matter. I thought that UPS was a reputable company, but such is not the case. I just wish I had sent it by Canada Post instead.
package loss, poor customer service
I went to UPS Store in Hwy 7, Vaughan, Ontario on October 21, 2014 to get a 2way purchased shipped to US and return to Canada. The packaged was a very importanct court documents. UPS driver loss the package. UPS hired a driver that cannot read addresses and not understand what the UPS label destination and deliver the package somewhere else and not following the correct address of destination. The UPS hired an IDIOT. Very POOR Customer Service on both UPS Store and Customer Service when I called the 1-800 number. I am giving a run around on this case. These is a very important court documents that UPS loss. The so called driver delivered the package on the 14 of November at 2:44pm... Never got the package never seen any package at home. The driver was saying he went back twice to the place where he drops the package but I don't think he went. He just wasting gas. November 24, 2014 I still don't have the package. I will never do any more business with UPS. I will tell all my friends and family not to use UPS. UNRELIABLE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had to return two vent free fireplaces and was forced to use the ups freight hub located in Federalsburg Maryland as this is who was used to ship the items to me. After two weeks (I was told the shipment would arrive a the destination in ONE DAY) I decided to call the receiving company. To my surprise I was told the items arrived totally destroyed and were refused, called ups in Fed. and got a very nasty and unprofessional lady (Kathy) who seemed like I was bothering her for calling. She basically said here is a number for the claim! Gee thanks nasty lady. Well its been over two months on a claim of 4800.00 +/- that they know they cannot get away with. Not to mention I had to REBUY the fireplaces for my client to have them in time for a business grand opening. So I'm out almost ten grand for now because of these incompetent people. I have ordered all my vendors to NOT ship via ups freight or I will find other vendors. They very quickly agreed!

Use to love the guy that made deliveries for this company. For months now the new driver is lazy and a liar. Continues to say he's made attempts to deliver when all he did was drive by, if that much. We live up a 300 ft driveway we share with 2 other houses. He has often left shipped items by the road to be found at a later date. Refuses to drive up the driveway to attempt to leave packages. I have complained many, many times but to no avail. Apparently if he 'sees' a dog, the big brown truck offered him no protection. So he drives on. Doesn't leave a notice at the end of the lane most of the time. Had a substitute driver earlier that had no trouble. We have a big horse/tv combo bigger than his truck, so that can't be the problem.

I have asked REPEATEDLY a to have the delivery driver put my package on my fro t porch at my DOOR. Not on the porch where it is visible but I if you put by the front door it’s out of site from the street. Almost had two things stolen as my package was actually left in my driveway where it’s two steps from the side walk. These young boys were walking back and forth and my neighbor happen to be leaving and saw it and Immediately pulled up and scared them away. This is outrageous and I spoke with a customer service and they said they would correct it. Well, it worked for a minute and now they leave it on the steps (only 2 steps away from door) and it would be out of site. I am sick and tired of this. UPS use to be the best delivery and now Amazon has them beat. They do what you ask. It’s not tough. Are they getting lazier or what? Not the UPS I was with back in 1990. They were strict and you did what they said. Today every body does what they damn well please and what’s easier for them,, I want this fixed. Sick of it!
non shipment of forgotten jacket
1. I'm Carole Faraizl from Garland, TX & I was on a 12 day tour of Turkey & Greece [W/10/15-SN/10/26] & was at the Encore Hotel/Izmir on Tue/Oct/21, when I forgot my jacket in my room. 2. When I got back to TX, I emailed the Encore on Mon/10/27 to see if they had found my jacket - & they did. 3. There followed approx. 2 doz emails between me & the hotel trying to resolve the issue of how to pay the $270 UPS shipping fee for the return of my lost jacket. 4. The Hotel asked me for all my address & for my VISA card info, which I emailed to the Hotel. 5. Then UPS told the hotel they would NOT accept my VISA CARD info that I gave the hotel to give to UPS for me. 6. Then I was to WIRE the $270 that UPS told the hotel was the shipping charge to the hotel bank account & they would pay the fee from their bank account. 7. Then UPS told the hotel that I was to go to my nearest UPS store in Garland & pay all the money from there & the USA store would take care of everything from the USA! 8. Finally, today, I emailed the Hotel & told them to forget trying to ship my jacket to me & to just give it to someone in need of it that would appreciate it, & 9. I bought myself a new one online just like the former one, only they were sold out of the black replacement one I wanted, so now I had to buy a tan one! 10. The Hotel & I were BOTH disappointed in the unreliable "HELP"[?] we got from UPS in Izmir ! ! ! 11. The hotel & I tried everything we could think of to get my errant jacket shipped back to me, but to no avail! 12. & I worked for UPS back during the Carter Administration & I do NOT recall anything like this uncaring attitude happening while I worked there! 13. I'm out the $83 for the lost brand new black jacket that I bought especially for the tour & now I've also lost another $83 for the replacement jacket in a color I don't particularly want.

I have lived here 6 year. For the entire time, ups has been horrible. My packages are left in the driveway, a few times in water, or in the sun, ruined keep refrigerated medicine, they stand by the street yelling 'ups"
If they come into the screen room they hardly ever ring the bell, and i am disabled. I cannot lift and they just throw my packages on the ground, i need them to just slide it over the door step. Sometimes they throw the package, or leave it on the ground in the screenroom. The deliver last week was a package left at the sliding door, without knocking. I was home, and in fact was 5 feet from the sliding door. Which he could see through an saw i was home. I want my doorbell rung. . I want to have my package slid over my house over the doorstep, calling the ups local center is a nightmare, they are rude, nasty to me, and refuse to treat my delivery with respect. I am so sick of them. They do not care what you say, they do what they want. I was promised by the general manager that he would make sure they knock on my door and attempt to give the package to me. Said this is their policy not just for disabled elders that never was enforced. Today the deliver buy was standing on the driveway yelling ups ups. I heard yelling and opened my door and had to yell back to come in and stop acting like this is a farm. He then came into the screen room after i told him to come in and threw the bag with my medications on the steps in front of me. I cannot get it off the ground and he was so disrespectful and abused my package that i was really upset. I have had them on my outside cameras and showed the mistreatment of my packages to many of their managers. Nothing ever changes. They continue to be the monsters they they act like.

I have MS, and had arranged to have my medicine delivered on Friday Nov. 30, 2007. My Insurance company asked if I if it was okay for me to take full responsibility to have the medicine delivered without signature, I agreed because I am not home much during the week because I attend school part time and work full time. I got home about 9:20 est. pm expecting to see my medicine in front of my door but all I saw was a sticky note saying that they will make another attempt to deliver the package the following business day which is Monday December 4, 2007. I was furious. My medicine is temperature sensitive and can only be left out of the fridge for 72 hours!
I called my insurance company to see what happened, they checked their records and stated in their system that my medicine was supposed to be delivered without a signature and supervisor was so nice to call UPS to see what the problem was. She called me back later and told me that the package was in a warehouse and it was locked and it was drivers discretion that the package not be left.
I called UPS Saturday and early this morning now they are saying that it is company policy not to leave a package without signature which that can not be true, I was diagnosed with MS 2 years ago and never had a problem with them leaving my medicine at the door with no signature. I have been in pain the last couple days and I know that my medicine is bad and I will probably have to send it back and reorder and wait a couple more days. Please if you have any thing important to have delivered please do not use UPS and if anyone knows a lawyer who could take the case please contact me.
You will NOT get UPS to change the way they do service just for you.
They are not going to hand a package to you unless the signature required line is marked and almost nobody wants to pay for the added service.
If you do not like the way they do it then use a different service.
Tha hell you need a lawyer for lady? The way I see it UPS was trying to help you out by not leaving the package at your door. According to you telling them in the past that you did not want to have a package delievered. I understand you have an illness, but please make sense. LATA
ups ran over over dog in our driveway
A UPS truck ran over and killed our family's beloved 10 year old yellow Labrador in our driveway on Friday, September 19, 2014. The driver pulled into our circular drive where our two labs are contained in our invisible fence. He delivered our package at the front door, got back in his truck, did not look for our dogs, but instead accelerated too fast, ran over our lab, then dragged her for 20 feet (we have many pictures of the 20 foot mark of her fur and the black screech of his tire). He left the scene and called a supervisor to come to our house. I drove in the driveway soon after it happened to find our beloved dog laying dead in our driveway. I, along with my 4 year old and 2 year old daughters, jumped out of the car and cried and stroked her head until the driver supervisor appeared about 30 minutes later. The driver did not try to contact us in the days after the accident. We have told many neighbors about what happened, and most have had terrible experiences with this driver and how fast he drives and how he throws packages from the sidewalk up on to their front porches. After speaking with the driver supervisor and asking to have this driver re-assigned to a different delivery area, she said her "hands are tied" and there is nothing she can do because this man is a Union driver. We not only are devastated about the loss of our family's pet, but now angry that UPS can not make necessary changes when it needs to happen. We have had a call into the Nashville Center Manager since Friday (5 days ago) and have yet to hear from anyone. We have every intent to pursue this issue, and to keep this horrible tragedy from happening to others (which sadly, I have read of numerous other cases where UPS has killed dogs in their own driveways). This has to stop.

I bought a roller ball pen, 1 x refill for the roller ball pen, 1 x travel watch storage case and 1 x liquid cleanser for wrist watches from www.JOMASHOP.com online. The merchant used UPS to deliver the purchased items. The cost to purchase was USD 233 with shipping was priced at USD 44. When I received a call from UPS, the delivery guy asked me to pay RM 396/= (equivalent to USD 125) as the duty, I was pissed off and requested him to get his supervisor to call me instead. No calls came so after two days I called UPS and was handed from one person to another and the last guy I spoke to promised that he will pass this case back to customs to review the duty charged as the items that were purchased do not attract duty in normal circumstances. The dutiable items are fountain pen and Indian ink, whereas this is a rollerball point pen. Anyway, to cut the chase, no calls came back as well and after a few days I called gain. Anyway, the duty remains the same as this UPS guys have got no balls to talk to Customs official and this is the attitude of "it's not our money anyway". Who cares about the customer? Why was not I consulted before the duty was paid by UPS? They have my contact details. Further queries are like talking to a brick wall. I will never ever use UPS again and I like to see the way they are going nowadays - DOWNHILL. I wish them all the best with their trip DOWNHILL and with an attitude as they have, they should be hunting for scraps soon.

The worst dealing with ups ever, package sent from USA to Canada, once here wasn't home for 1st del and seeing as the taxes were COD didn't leave it at my house, fair enough and understandable. So I called that night before 5 and asked if I can pay for the COD charges over the phone as I wasn't going to be home the next day. Not a problem was my response and paid the fees Notes where put in there system by the agent as it was Thursday afternoon and needed it for the weekend. The next day no delivery was left and said wasn't able to leave due to COD fees. Called and talked to the agents and told nothing they could do till Monday and he would out notes in the system again saying to leave it as COD was paid for. Asked to talk to manger several times with no luck. Worst company ever wouldn't use them for any reason anymore. Won't even buy from a company that uses them as it only creates a headache.

As soon as this driver showed up on my route, i knew i was in trouble, so i started keeping file on him.Packages out for delivery, but driver did not deliver, for one excuse or another, until next day, 26, that is 26 times that tracking showed item out on truck for delivery, but driver would not deliver, til next day, on purpose!Did not say nothing until package showed up with Big red arrows pionting up, he delivered with arrows down, but the one that made me contact driver supervisor was $1300.00, brand new amp, that showed up distroyed.So i called driver supervisor in Lufkin, Tx, told him why this driver wanted this route(driver is my nephew, his mother, and i do not talk to since 1998, when she raided safedeposite box, when my mother passed away, and my little sister and i got screwed out of that money), that's why i keept record of driver screw ups.Supervisor said he would talk to driver, and i asked him to keep it confidental, well he did not keep it confidental, he told my nephew everything, i said.My sister called raising hell.After i asked Driver Supervisor to keep it confidental.Now UPS will not deliver to me anymore, after 35+ years of deliveries, this driver said he is scared, well i have never said anything to driver, so why is he scared, ?because driver supervisor told driver everything i said, so do not report a driver, they can do no wrong, UPS decides to no longer deliver here.Well it seems this driver got just exactly what he transfered to this route for, to disrupt my deliveries, and he did just exactly what he set out to do, and UPS, is letting him dictate deliveries.This fellow is a big JAR HEAD marine, me, i am missing a leg, and have had 3 strokes, and I am 63 years old.This is my business we are talking about, my living, i depend on these shippments, and for UPS, to let a driver do this, well it is plumb communist behavior.I have donated over $4000.00 worth of knives to the Make-A-Wish foundation, They were raffled off for a lot more money than that.Next, I will be donating a knife to raffle for local volunteer fire department, I have always gave back.I told UPS in Lufkin, if you were not going to do what you got payed 1. I went to my local UPS store and got the specific information I needed to send a Mac Pro desktop computer that I
sold on Ebay. I was told that if the store packaged the item they would put 4 layers of bubble wrap around the computer, then place it in a UPS box and fill it with Styrofoam peanuts.
2. I purchased the extra bubble wrap I needed to add to what I had on hand from a UPS delivery I had recently received of a Mac
Pro desktop computer as well as the UPS box from the UPS store. I personally put EXTRA bubble wrap over and above what I was told by the UPS Store, filled the box with peanuts and sealed it exactly like I was instructed.
3. I delivered the box with a prepaid label that I made by signing in to my UPS account, making sure that I had marked a declared
value of $2100.
4. When I took the box to the UPS Store I was told that they could not accept it because a UPS Driver had to sign for it because
it was a high value package. I came back and had the driver sign for the package.
5. The box arrived at its destination with the computer badly damaged.
6. The recipient took photos and gave me emails stating that the package arrived seriously damaged and that the computer no
longer worked.
7. I submitted a claim (twice) and it was denied with the rationale that my packing was insufficient.
8. I had the package returned to me and took the computer to the Apple store where it is now being repaired at a cost of
approximately $1400. The final cost may be higher or lower. The cost to replace the same exact computer is approximately $3500.

While I was not at home, UPS delivered a package to one of my neighbour without my authorization and despite the fact that a signature was requested.
UPS Canada told me that it is at the driver's discretion to ask a neighbour to sign and accept the package for me.
Although the driver left a note on my front door, I found UPS irresponsible to deliver a package to another address without my consent.
My granddaughter's toy bunny that she sleeps with was left at the Solara Resort in Canmore, Alberta. We realized it when we were 1/2 way home to Edmonton. We phoned Solara and they said they would ship it to us. We paid over the phone for expedited delivery. Pick up on Monday - delivery on Tuesday. It is Thursday and still NO bunny. I just got off the phone and the agent apologized and said it was in transit and should be delivered by today. I asked her how she would like to put a little girl to bed for 4 nights crying without her bunny. That is why we paid extra for next day delivery. I said she needed to make sure she spoke to a supervisor to make sure it's here today because my granddaughter is going to be gone for 4 nights after today and if I don't have it - she will go another 4 days without it. She didn't commit to doing anything more than apologizing. I really think this shipping company only cares about its business customers! They don't give a hoot about residential customers! I will NEVER use this company again.
Guess what happened to my delivery by UPS Canada. The deliver person placed my item at a wrong address. it is ridiculous! Why do we need a courier service? We might just hire somebody to do the job then.

lost package, horrible customer service
I was expecting a package I ordered From Google on Tuesday, because that's what it said on the UPS web site, and that`s what UPS reps said on the phone. UPS gives a time frame of 8am-7pm for packages delivered to a residential address. I lost a whole day waiting for the package. Called UPS 5 times. and all they did is quoted me their regulations of delivery from 8am-7pm. The cannot say anything regarding the package. On their web site it showed that the package is scanned for delivery at my city. The service they give is horrible, feeding lies to get people off the phone. I finally called at 7:01pm and they still kept insisting that the package will be delivered, I just have to be patient for another 30 min. I was patient the whole day. When I called the following morning - they lost the package and asked me to call Google. refused to launch a complaint and did not offer any solution or help. I used UPS a couple of times before and had problems. This time I did not have a choice who will be delivering my package, and ups screwed up again and lost the package. a bunch of ###s working there.
