I had met the consultant at VLCC for their laser services - upon paying the amount I went to fix my 1st appointment, from the date of payment I got the appointment after a long time. Closer to the date their staff kept calling me to reschedule saying there was some problem and someone was on leave blah blah..I went on a different date and at the end of the 1st laser session, I scheduled my next appointment, 2days before the date they called me with a new excuse saying the machine isn't working and that we need to reschedule.
I refused and finally after back n forth talks they said Ok and that my appoint was booked for a time I could not attend (4-5 ) I told them their staff may have made a mistake as i work a 9-6 day, the attendant said no this is what is scheduled and how it is.
They are so casual about respecting appointments and peoples time
Im very very upset to know an organization that's supposedly reputable behaves in this way
