I have prepaid vodafone mobile number [protected]. I am in kabul right now, with International roaming But before 1 hour, a splash screen shows on my phone that "I HAVE CHARGED 275 rs FOR SOME CALL.". Whats wrong with you. I didnt receive or dialled any call in last 4 days, still u deduct my balance. Same was happening from last two days, and 55 rs deducted each day. Please check it asap and refund my amount so that I should not face any problem.

Vodafine activated a service named "vodafone alerts" without my permission. I did not send any request for the activation of this service.
I talked to the customer care executive, he told to deactivate the service but not to refund the deducted amount back.

This is the number of Shruti or Shilpi +[protected].

Their job is to call on behalf of Vodafone in Bangalore and bother customers of other operators to take vodafone connection.

They are also good in giving missed calls. I am fed up of these calls. I have already blacklisted this number, but somehow these people find other numbers to call again and again.

i am sick and tired of this Vodafone service in Mumbai.
Cant make a sinmgle call without getting diconnecxted at least once during the conversation. if u are on road.. then signals drop near swea faces, flyovers and tracks.. Dont know what to do..?

I have similar problems in Chennai. Regular problems include phone not ringing at called persons end, dumb calls ( no conversation possible) and cross connections ( how is this possible in a digital age ! ). Other than local call drops, A call to Bangalore or Mysore - invariably - gets disconnected atleast once.

maine aaj subah 7 baje via internet rs.300 ka topup refill recharge kiya lekin mujhe sirf 174 ka talk time hi mila jabki itna talk time toh rs.200 ke recharge me hi milta hain.
aur aapke customer care ke executive ne bataya ki yeh recharge sirf 30 days ke liye hi hai jabki mera 1 year ka recharge kiya tha jiska expiry date may 2008 hai.

vodafone ne yeh galat kam kiya hai.

I this connection i will like to say that the customer should h ave confirmed from the company as to what calling value and validity is given on the recharge of r. 300/-

There are variety of recharges available and the customer should have prior information before going in for recharge.

The customer could ask any dealer in his/her area.

helo i am currently using your vodafone prepaid card. i have also added the Re. 59 bonus card(which gives 30p/50p/Re1.00 for V2V, V2Others, & V2Local respectively) now for two days when i dial a local mobile phone i am charged for local landline & when i asked at 111 they gave some irrelavant answers

My no. is [protected].I am just fed up with their service.This has happened a no. of times.without my request,company will introduce some c/tune,charge for it and would not react through SMS as it is programed not to accept reply messages.After repeated attempts they do not pick up their phone.This day light robbery happening to us and we feel so helpless! Can any one suggest how to set them right?

I had already closed the VMC service before [protected] why you people added extra 199 bucks as charges for [protected] to [protected]. I already send 3-4 SMS to 111 with the keywords “CAN VMC199” as told by your executives and raised the requests umpteen times for the same.

They have promised me that there will be no extra charge for the March month. Now I seek co operation from your side ASAP to sort out the matter.

was using a number-[protected]. This was originally a TAP connection (a connection given to company employees that comes along with certain benefits) given by the previous company I was working for. However this number has no STD pack. Hence I opted for an STD pack and paid the required additional amount to Vodafone to get the STD benefit. When I left the company, the TAP connection with all the benefits were removed, but I was assured by the Vodafone rep in the company and by Vodafone shop at Anzal plaza in new delhi, that the STD pack would remain. However, I was shocked to receive a huge bill at the end of the month and called Vodafone care immediately. They told me that the STD pack has been removed. I asked them why and how come I was not informed about it, but as usual, the customer service person has no answer or any solution and kept on repeating that the STD pack has been deactivated and hence the huge bill. I asked to speak to the supervisor, and after holding for 30 minutes I end up speaking to a supervisor who sounded like a recorded machine. I am really pissed and feel so cheated.

I HAD BOUGHT A PRE-PAID VOUCHER FOR RS 299/- ON JANUARY'08 FOR REDUCING THE CALL RATE CHARGES. IT WAS REJECTED AS THE VALIDITY HAD EXPIRED.
THEN I FILLED UP THE FORMS FOR CREDITING THE AMOUNT AS TALK VALUE TO MY EXISTING ACCOUNT([protected]).
TILL DATE (24/04/2008) THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM VODAFONE -KOLKATA OFFICE.
PLZ HELP ME.

Hello,

I got your email address from website and I am really disappointed with the service which I got from the “Happy to help” Vodafone customer service. I called last night and I spoke to one of the rep named – Mr. Riyaz Jaria around 02.00Am and I told the rep that I had issued a check and there was some problem in the Kiosk and the check was already issued 6 days back but the service was not activated and was repeating the same thing again and again in the 1st call only I gave him my details again he was asking the same questions from me for what I don’t understand this... I wish if his call has got monitored at that time I pretty sure he will get fatal error on that call..

evenly I work in a BPO which is International call center but never seen such kinda service however I was told by this Rep that my service will get activated with in 2Hrs of time I waited and the service was not activated till today morning believe me I did not sleep the entire night thinking that my cell will get activated at any point of time but it did not. I have to leave my home around 7am to reach office at 9am till 10am my line was not activated. I called around 10am and spoke to Ms. Manisha Patil. God forbid she does not knows how to speak in English, I mean what kinda customer support you have who cannot understand who cannot speak properly and keeps on repeating the same thing. She told me that the line will get activated with in 1 hr of time till now its 12.37 around my System time the service has not been activated. However I told her that I will make debit card payment and then at least activate the serive since I am also on big profile I also will require cell to make calls for the same.

Because some problem in your shops where you – (Vodafone) it self says to make a check payment and rest they will take care keeping that trust in mind I issued the check and the line is not activated for some reasons why customer has to face problems like it… I have VODAFONE customer from last 7-8 Yrs if this is what you guys have to provide me the service then I will say Good bye forever and switch to some other company where I get better offers.

I will suggest if you need to keep up the brand name please start helping customer rather then creating problems for them.

you need to know the fact I am upset on you & wanted to share this with you so at least you can understand what I am going through.

I have applied for a new post paid number three back from panvel vodafone gallery 022-[protected]. Still not get activated. They are most irresponsible person. They even allot the number which is already used by some person. They even not check the number.

Dear sir i have recharged my account with rupees 49/- for the sms pack of 2paise per sms on the 9th of august i:e 09-08-2008 but till now its not actived, wats the problem with you i m unable to understand if i m calling customer care executives they are making me fool by saying that sir it will be activated today morning or evening, it will be activet with in 2 hours, with in 5 hours, with in 12 hours but no response i have called minimum 25 times to the customer care executives every person is giving a new time but even though its not activated ...but its to much sir now they even don;t connect my call to customer care one thing i wanna say u sir u your voda fone executives are for the purpose of satisfying the customers but here with me its quite nonsense and foolishness they are making me fool since three days by saying that ur sms pack will be activated now and then but still its not activated plz activate my sms pack or else credit my balance with RS/49 thats it.thank you

Dear Sir,
I have using your prepaid services vide mobile no.[protected]. I have refilled my phone in the first week of September 2008 and as I remember my balance was Rs.67/=. On checking the same on 8-9-2008 to my surprise I found it as Rs.-214/=. For which I have spoken to your executive Mr. Qasim Khan on your customer care no. on 14-09-2008. He told me that I have used internet and other seervices on 07-09-2008 for downloading game and explained charges for the same as approx. Rs.250/=. I had asked him that if my balance was not enough to download a game why the co. allowed me for the same. He told me that it is co.'s policy to give credit to the customer and the charges were credited to my account after deducting my remaining balance from my account. He has registered my complaint vide no.[protected] dt.14-09-2008
1. I would like to ask you why you have given me the credit if I have not asked for the same.
2. If our balance goes down below Rs.10/=your operator reminds us about the same everytime we try to make a call and if balance is over we were not allowed to call at all. So why this kindness in case of downloading the game, using of internet etc.
3. The phone is used by my wife and she is not even S.S.C. and that to from vernacular medium and she does not know how to use internet and other services.
4. Why my internet and other services were kept open without my knowledge to which I can ill afford.
Pl. reply at the earliest and kindly refill my original balance.

I am using your prepaid services vodafone mobile no.[protected]. I have refilled my phone in the first week of November2008 and as I remember my balance was Rs.160/=. checking on [protected] the balance is 126 after half an hour I check the balance surprise I found is as Rs.27/=. For which I have spoken to your executive Mr. Praveen on your customer care no. on 08-11-2008 around at 8pm. He told me that I have used internet and other seervices on 08-11-2008 for downloading game and explained charges for the same as approx. Rs.99/=. I told him 100% sure I did not download any game. Why you are deducting Rs 99/- from my balance? He is not interested to take complaint and suggesting to go vodafone customer care center. This is ridiculous service you are providing to the customers. Once again call to the customer care this time Sachin karpe has register the complaint and send the reg no [protected] sms dt.08-11-2008 around 8.30 pm. pls refund my amount to the my account as early as possible.

Dear Concern,

I was having a vodaphone prepaid connection No . [protected] since 30th July 2008 onwards and was very much satisfied with the services.
I was approached by a representative of Global direct Anil Biswal on 05-11-2008 for changing my prepaid vodaphone connection to postpaid connection. I paid Rs.300.00 in cash. H e issued a cash receipt under the plan 199.
He had given me plan that is as mentioned below
Monthly rental -------------- 199
Top up ----------------------------- 31
---------------
230/-

Local call upto 199 min free

after that local call 0.50 paisa

Std is 1 rs

But what i had given me the plan is different from the plan what Anil had given to me . Inspite of several Complaints to Anil, vodafone customer care,
nobody is there to solve the problem. and now also given the complain no response comes from your side.
According to me the executive from the Global Direct roaming here and there, shops to shops are totally frauds and cheaters.

So i myself suggest my college, relatives, and my parties that not to take any product from the global direct and such other agencies.
