I am in kabul right now, with International roaming But before 1 hour, a splash screen shows on my phone that "I HAVE CHARGED 275 rs FOR SOME CALL.". Whats wrong with you. I didnt receive or dialled any call in last 4 days, still u deduct my balance. Same was happening from last two days, and 55 rs deducted each day. Please check it asap and refund my amount so that I should not face any problem.

i was using vodafone for last two years and i found that u have to search for network by urself in punjab . even in villages area i does not works at all. so its better if u can use airtel in punjab . airtel is the best in punjab than vodafone, if u want to be in punjab than use airtel only for better network and coverage .

I have done the recharge of Rs.148 throught Etop up for the WCC option on 26th, Still I am not able to use the service. Even after repeated calls to the customer care they are not able to give a proper solution.
So guys I would say that don't use this WCC 148 option from Vodafone. They are taking the money but not allowing us to use service.

I am a vodafone cust from past 2yrs and on july 30th rs.69 was deducted from my a/c for the service which i have not activated and when called the cust care it was pathatic service what they provioded and they hung up when requested for supervisor and and the SR# is [protected] and the issue is not sorted out. Vodafone billing is disgusting charge extreme prices claiming that you went over yuor minutes when infact balance enquires tell you otherwise. Then a bill comes saying it cost over £280 completely unjustifiable warnig any other vodafone customers better look at other comapnies.

I had purchased a post paid Vodafone connection from the south extention store on Sunday, july the 25th.
I was assured that the connection would be activated within four hours of buying the connection, however it has still not been activated.

The january bill includes around 300 call charges. The other party had switched off his mobile and all my calls which were returned with the message "mobile unavailable/switched off" was charged. The customer care says those were valid charges and the other party had not switched off his mobile.
I’ve activated Missed Call Information (MCI) service on 27th Feb with Vodafone so that I could receive any miss calls if my phone Is switched off. This was because my phone is switched off often because of some reasons. But I’m not receiving any miss call alerts and it is really hurting my living. I have complained a lot of times and no action is been taken.
I submitted all the doc & fee to convert my prepaid to postpaid .its almost one week. They are not activating my sim & they have also deactivated my prepaid No. If this problem is not solved i will file a complain to consumer court.
My balance has been deducted for unnecessary schemes introduced by them. Without my permission they are activating these schemes and bonus cards and charging for it. My money has not been refunded even after sending complaints after complaints. In all there is a complete lack of management.
I have been registered with the National Do Not Call Registry for the last 4 years and do not want telemarketers to call me. In spite of me informing vodafone of the same, i continue to get numerous calls from telemarketers.
