I had several prescriptions filled at the Walgreens at Liberty Road and Milford Mill Rd in Baltimore, MD. Everytime I call they never answer the phone. I stay on hold until I give up and hang up the phone. Yesterday 1/11/23 I had 4 prescriptions to get filled. I went to the drive thru around 1:30 pm and was told to come back at 2:30 pm and that they were still working on filling my prescriptions. I went back around 6:30 pm and was told that one of my prescriptions was still not ready and they were working on some other prescription and could not fill my prescription at this time. I told them I would come back on 1/12/23. I called today to see if my 4th prescription was ready. I have been on hold for over 45 minutes. I am going to the pharmacy now. Someone needs to be talked to about this kind of service.
Desired outcome: Get the personnel to at least answer the phone.
