I traded in a car that had a balance on it, and I expected the balance to be applied to the new car
I traded in a car that had a balance on it, and I expected the balance to be applied to the new car. However, the dealership did not provide me with any paperwork for the transaction. The old car is still showing as a debt on my credit report. I traded in a 2017 Land Rover Evoque that still had a balance on it. The dealership checked my credit and noticed that there was an open bank account with ***. They asked me if it was paid off, and I informed them that it was not yet fully paid. Despite this, they still gave me the new vehicle. Now, there are two auto loans showing on my credit report - one with them and one with ***. They sold the old vehicle, but I am still making payments on it. I am disappointed that they did not provide me with any paperwork at all.

In February , I bought a brand new 2019 Dodge Charger r/t from Warner Robins Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I also decided to get the extended warranty for my vehicle, which included a pointless dent repair service. I paid $1014.00 for this service.
I've been trying to contact the NAS for claims at [protected] multiple times, but they keep telling me that they don't have a contractor in my area. This has been going on since 2019. Frustrated, I called the dealer and sent them several emails expressing my concern. The manager assured me through email that he would take care of this issue, but he hasn't done anything about it.
I've been emailing the manager continuously, but he hasn't replied to any of my messages. I'm really tired of the dealer not taking responsibility for this problem. I've even asked for a refund for the service, but I haven't received any response. Can you please help me with this issue? I'm a 100% disabled veteran, and I feel like I've been taken advantage of by this dealer.

I put a big chunk of cash on a car when I bought it and checked the rest of the money I owed. I was wondering what happened to the money I put down. I went and bought a 2021 Dodge Challenger from Mr. Johnson on April 10th. The price on the window was $51,340 and I put down $15,000 on the car. After getting approved for a loan with Capital One bank and looking at my loan and the remaining amount I owed, I'm trying to figure out what happened to the down payment. I've been talking to Ms. Tee H at the dealership and I tried to reach Mr. Johnson on April 15th about this issue. They said they would call me back in 10 minutes, but I never got a call. I really like the car! I just want to make sure nobody took advantage of the situation for their own benefit or that there was no stealing involved during this process.

On *** I took my **** to the dealership cuz it was makin' a noise and sometimes it wouldn't go fast when I pressed the gas
On *** I took my *** to the dealership cuz it was makin' a noise and sometimes it wouldn't go fast when I pressed the gas. My car didn't have any lights on showin' that somethin' was wrong, but it was still under warranty, so I decided to drop it off anyways. They kept it for almost a week and then told me they couldn't find nothin' wrong with it, but they did finally hear the noise I was talkin' 'bout. They did 2 updates on it and said that fixed it, so I went and picked it up. I drove it home and parked it 'cause there was a nail in the front tire, so I didn't wanna drive it that day. The next mornin' when I went outside, there was some kinda fluid all over my driveway comin' from my ***. I had to get it towed back to the dealership. It's been there for 18 days now and they still won't give me a loaner car. They're the ones who messed the *** up!
Purchase price: 21,000 Paid: 1,000 down on vehicle
Purchase price: 21,000 Paid: 1,000 down on vehicle. As a single woman in search of a dependable vehicle, Five Star promised that this was a very well kept used vehicle, a great car, and promised that I would be very satisfied with the vehicle. The nature of the dispute is that it is NOT a great car and I have been totally dissatisfied and feel that I'm being taken advantage of because I am a woman. I had this vehicle a little over a month and have returned to the dealership at least two times already with complaints. First the car stalled and the next maintenance trip was because of horrible noise from the drivers side of the car. Their resolution was a battery and the hub bearing, respectively. The later in which the dealership is refusing to pay which is $450. I've made attempts to reach out to the GM but with little success. At this point, I do not feel this business is upholding their promise and I feel this car was a 'lemon' when it left the lot and therefore would prefer an exchange or full refund of my down payment. There was no *** report shown until after the agreement was signed. Your prompt attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated.
Salesmen complete their own surveys with a 10 & have you sign
Salesmen complete their own surveys with a 10 & have you sign. I was shopping around after someone ran into me, totally my car. Salesman comes out and we discuss a Jeep ***. I tell him I really want white. He says oh we have trouble getting them in blah blah. Very pushy. However, after a wreck, you need a car unexpectedly. Gives me a paper with over $10,000 added fees from sticker price. Says you can only turn down $4,000 warranty everything else stays. Tells me he will accept my trade and payoff but I must also put down $1,000. I agree then he says he must go someone else will finish the deal. New guy is super nice but knows nothing about the deal & only has me sign a review and wait for financing. I say I don't want nitrogen tires, odometer reading is wrong, I'm told it's ok. I see some of my trade was added on to new car finance-we did not agree on that. I ask who was it financed thru and when is first payment. Told to call back in a couple of days. Two days later at work a bank calls me saying they have my lien, I say you aren't on my paperwork, I do not agree until I can check with dealer. Salesman is texting me daily to bring in more income statements, stating "we can't pay off your trade until you bring these in." I tell them I'm not happy and wish to return the car. According to the bank, the dealership called them & said they spoke with me & cleared it to submit payment, which is a huge lie. *** says we have spoken, I say no. He then says this is the first I've heard about this. He refuses to take the car back stating my trade has been sold, but remember they said the deal wasn't complete and this is the first he's heard, but you know about my trade? Not once does he ask my name until I say lawyer. *** says trade isn't paid off. Called other s & they say they want happy customers & good business. Bank said they will cancel contract if dealership refunded payment. This manager flat told me he had a signed contract & would not be willing to work with me.
Vehicle was damaged during service and dealer won't fix it
Vehicle was damaged during service and dealer won't fix it. The assistant service manager makes empty promises. I brought my 2017 Ram 1500 Laramie in for electrical problems before the warranty expired. The truck had intermittent turn signal and fuel sensor issues just before the warranty ended. The failures happened every few weeks and lasted about 24 hours. I'm in the military and was traveling a lot, so the failures always occurred when the dealer was closed or right before I had to travel. When I brought the vehicle to the dealer, they couldn't find any active failures, only the codes. They said the warranty might be honored because it's intermittent and hard to duplicate. But every time I called the dealer during a failure, they would schedule an appointment that wasn't timely enough. Finally, one morning the failure happened again and I went to the dealer right away. They verified the failure but were hesitant to take my vehicle in that day due to their workload. Eventually, they agreed and kept my vehicle for the day. They found that the driver's mirror was shorted and causing multiple issues. Unfortunately, my vehicle had just over 36,818 miles, slightly over the warranty period. The dealer tried to get it covered, but it wasn't. They offered a discount on parts as a "good faith warranty." I contacted the manufacturer, but they also refused to cover the repair. I will file a ComplaintsBoard.com complaint against them. After picking up my vehicle, I noticed three problems caused by the dealer. They ripped off the insulation blanket from my battery, left a push clip out in my wheel well headlight access panel, and scratched my front bumper cover while removing the grill. I showed the assistant service manager and he gave me a replacement push clip, but the bumper and battery cover were still damaged months later. Now, my $50k RAM has a scratched bumper, torn battery blanket, intermittent turn signal failures, and a constant fuel sensor failure. I won't buy a RAM again. I want the dealer to replace my battery cover and fix the damaged bumper. I'll file a ComplaintsBoard.com complaint about the turn signal and fuel sensor problems, but I doubt I'll get any help.
