Wendy’s at 177 Northshore Blvd Slidell, LA 70460 terrible experience. Rude employees, we paid cash and did not get a receipt and one Female employee had a can of wasp spray and was spraying the aerosol can up in the air, on the order screen and up all over the ceiling with my food in the bag. I went to Wendy's (wendys.com) and ordered some food. I was excited to try their breakfast items, so I ordered five of them. I went to the counter and paid for my food. I thought I had everything, but when I got home, I realized that I only had four of my orders. I was disappointed and frustrated.
I decided to call the restaurant to let them know about my missing order. I spoke to two young ladies on the phone, but they kept telling me that the manager was busy and couldn't speak to me. I was annoyed because I wanted to speak to someone who could help me. I told them that I was going to call corporate, but they didn't seem to care. They rudely hung up on me.
I was very disappointed with the customer service at this Wendy's location. The two young ladies on the phone were unprofessional and rude. They didn't seem to care about my missing order or my frustration. I hope that this location can improve their customer service ethics in the future.
Overall, I enjoyed the food at Wendy's, but the customer service at this location was lacking. I would recommend this restaurant for their tasty food, but be aware that the customer service may not be up to par.
Poor Management and Attention to Detail at Wendy's on Bonny Oaks Drive in Chattanooga, TN
Wendy's is a fast food restaurant that is known for their burgers, fries, and frostys. I recently visited the location on Bonny Oaks Drive in Chattanooga, TN and was disappointed with my experience. The managers at this location seem to have a low IQ and the employees all appear to have special needs. It was quite confusing as there were three workers all claiming to be the "manager" on the same shift.
The biggest issue with this location is that they do not pay attention to filling orders correctly. I received a bag with a surprise order in it and had to drive away, only to come back and wait in line again to get what I actually ordered. It was frustrating to say the least.
It seems like this location has no manager that does their job properly. I would recommend staying away from this location if you want to avoid any issues with your order. Overall, my experience at Wendy's was not great due to the poor management and lack of attention to detail.
Disappointing Experience at Wendy's: No Full-Size Salad and Zero Pecans!
So, I went to Wendy's yesterday at the Enterprise Shopping center on 9401 Annapolis Road. I was really craving a full size Apple pecan salad, so I placed an order for it. However, when I received my order, I was quite disappointed. Instead of a full size salad, I was given two half-sized salads. I wish the cashier had told me beforehand that they didn't have a full size salad available. To make matters worse, my salads had ZERO pecans in them! I was really looking forward to the crunch and flavor of the pecans, but they were nowhere to be found.
To make up for my disappointment, I decided to order a mini frosty. When I asked the cashier for it, she just handed it to me without even looking at me. I had to ask her how much it cost, and she didn't even bother to answer me. I would have appreciated a little bit of eye contact or a smile, even if it was just for a second. I would have gladly paid for my frosty if it meant getting a little bit of customer service.
Unfortunately, my experience at Wendy's was not a good one. I didn't even bother eating my salads or my frosty because I was so disappointed. I hope that next time I visit Wendy's, I'll have a better experience.
Disappointing Experience at Wendy's: Overpriced and Underwhelming

I recently visited Wendy's and was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese on a bun, but was shocked to see how small it was for the price of $3.79. In my opinion, it should have been priced at $2.79 at the most. It seems like the owners and management are getting greedy by shrinking the size and raising the price.
To make matters worse, my sandwich took a whopping 10 minutes to arrive, even though there were no other customers or cars around. When I finally received my sandwich, it was hard and cold. I haven't eaten at Wendy's in 2 years, and it seems like the quality has only gotten worse.
I hope that Wendy's takes note of these issues and makes some changes. It's disappointing to see a once-great fast food chain go downhill like this. I won't be returning to Wendy's anytime soon, and I hope that they can turn things around before it's too late.
Disappointing Experience at Wendy's: Bug Found in Parmesan Caesar Salad
Me, my daughter, and her kids all went to Wendy's to have a nice chat and dine in since my daughter lives out of town. I ordered the Parmesan Caesar salad as it looked and sounded good. When I received my salad, I started to eat it, but then I saw something strange. There was a weird bug in my salad! I couldn't believe it. I told my daughter about it, and she suddenly looked pale and sick. We decided to leave. We paid the money and gave our waitress a tip because she deserved it, but I will not be coming back here ever again. This is a terrible place for people who are not from around here.
I was really disappointed with my experience at Wendy's. I was excited to try their Parmesan Caesar salad, but finding a bug in it ruined my appetite. It was a disgusting and unpleasant surprise. She didn't even acknowledge me or the person in front of me. When I walked up to the register, she looked at me and then turned her back. I had to say hello to get her attention. Even then, she didn't respond.
When my order was finally ready, she put it on the counter and said, "Your order's ready," before walking away without another word. I understand that everyone has bad days, but people who work in customer service should always be friendly and welcoming. They are the face of the business, after all.
This woman's behavior gave Wendy's a bad name. I think she would be better suited for a job in the back, breaking down boxes or stocking shelves. It's a shame that one bad experience can ruin an entire visit, but I hope that Wendy's takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their customer service.

I recently visited Wendy's located at Aramingo Ave in Philadelphia, PA and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with the food. The burgers were not up to par and tasted like fake food. I decided to try the baked potato instead, but it was burnt and had a greenish tint to it. It was absolutely horrible! I have been to this Wendy's twice last year, but both times left me and my family feeling disappointed. We only went there because the McDonald's parking lot was full. I love McDonald's and Burger King, but this Wendy's just doesn't cut it. I am glad to hear that they are going bankrupt because they need to put real food on their menu instead of this fake stuff that doesn't taste good at all. Poor Service at Wendy's in Camp Verde, AZ: Missing Burger and Ignored Complaints
I went to Wendy's with my grandson and we both ordered some food. I only wanted a hamburger, but unfortunately, I didn't receive it. I told the staff about my missing burger, but they didn't seem to care and just walked away. Even the cashier tried to help me, but the woman ignored her. This happened at the Wendy's in Camp Verde, AZ. I wouldn't recommend going to this location because of the poor service. I noticed that there were other customers who had similar issues.
After a few days, the manager called me and offered a coupon for a free meal at that location. However, I never received it in the mail. On the bright side, I did get a refund on my credit card for the missing hamburger. Unfortunately, I don't have the receipt anymore.
Overall, my experience at Wendy's was disappointing. I hope that the staff at this location can improve their customer service skills and pay more attention to their customers' orders.
Disappointing Experience at Wendy's Hershberger Rd: Strawberry Salad Lacked Strawberries and Bacon
I recently went to Wendy's on Hershberger Rd in Roanoke Va and ordered the strawberry salad. It was around 5pm in the late afternoon. I was really looking forward to it, but when I got my order, I was disappointed. There were very few strawberries in the salad and barely any bacon. It was mostly just lettuce. I was already home and hungry, so I ate it anyway. But, I couldn't help but feel like I was eating a romaine lettuce salad instead of a strawberry salad.
I wish they would have told me they were out of the strawberry salad, so I could have ordered a different kind of salad. I really like all of Wendy's salads, but this was the first time I was disappointed with their food. It's not a good move for the Hershberger Rd Wendy's. They should do better and make sure their customers are happy with their orders.
Overall, I think Wendy's has great food and I love their salads. But, this experience left me feeling disappointed. I hope they can improve their quality control and make sure their customers get what they ordered.
Avoid Wendy's Homestead, PA: Terrible Service and Incompetent Staff
Wendy's Homestead, PA is the worst chain fast food location I have ever been to, hands down. When me and my family arrived there, we were all excited to grab a quick bite to eat. However, our excitement quickly turned into disappointment when we realized that they messed up all of our orders. I asked for a chicken sandwich with fries and an ice tea, but they only gave me a Baconator. Can you believe that? I mean, how hard is it to get a simple order right?
But wait, it gets worse. Not only did they mess up my family's order, but they messed up five other peoples' orders who were eating in the fast food restaurant as well. It was like a complete disaster. The staff was unorganized and unable to provide proper customer service. They were running around like chickens with their heads cut off, and it was clear that they had no idea what they were doing. The employees in the kitchen laughed as people received their wrong orders, which was just plain rude.
Overall, I highly recommend that people stay away from this Wendy's location. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration. If you're looking for a fast food restaurant that actually knows how to get your order right and provide good customer service, then look elsewhere. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
Dave's single with cheese
Went through Wendy's around 8:30 pm. Ordered a Med. Strawberry Lemonade and single with cheese. Lemonade was great but the cheeseburger was dry and hard on the edges, I mean crunchy hard. Obviously not freshly made. My bun for the cheeseburger was also hard to where I had to tear all the hard bun around the edges off just to be able to eat it. Was at work so couldn't go back.

Product Policy
I am truly outdone with the policy that you have regarding beverages when you ask for no ice. Your drink can only be filled to the red line. I don't get ice because it hurts my teeth but I also spend every time I go to Wendy's at least $28.00. You have the nerve to say you can't fill drinks all the way up because of no ice. All the money we spend on your restaurants not to mention we kept you in business during a whole pandemic with short staff, long waits in the drive-thru, attitudes & sometimes cold food or the wrong order. This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last time for me because again I know you can not be that petty about drinks being filled beyond the red line with all the money we spend in these restaurants. That is a lot of nerve and very inconsiderate to those that keep you in business.
Desired outcome: Remove beverage policy when asking for not ice.
