To whom it may concern:
I called repeatly to the customer care line regarding the property damage and damaged refrigerator that was installed and delivered in May 2023.t
I was told Werner would call me - no callback
I called again to check the status and was told my claim was called and was told they would escalate the claim
2 weeks go by no one returns my calls and again it's being escalated
I have asked for email addresses and all the reps did not want to provide one
Fast forward to today I spoke w/ Porsha who transferred me to Drew who finally provided me with an email.
Not only was the refrigerator damaged but so where my walls, flooring , trim , cabinet damage for dragging the refrigerator and hallways. Every time I call i am told someone will call me back . 5 months later no call back .
The way that this property damage has not been handled has me flabbergasted. I have already paid off a damaged refrigerator. This appliance installation and delivery has cost me 3 times over the value of the refrigerator.

Please reimburse me for my damages today as this process has taken far to long.
