Address is 7th Street Rd, Louisville, KY 502/363-2605...Receipt is very light cannot read information clearly. Sale #1830749 (?) Date 6/15/2022 Team Member 42359. Ordered 2 1921 Specials - tomato was the size of a quarter, buns were stale, 1 had 7 pickles, 1 had 2 pickles, no lettuce on either. Onion Rings were over-fried and outer batter was hard. 8 hamburgers were very sloppy in preparation...meat patty was hanging off the buns. VERY DISAPPOINTING ORDER.
Desired outcome: Refund of $13.66
Didn,t get my complete order. It has happen before at this location always the evening shift.

I would like to first say I am a customer that comes here very often mostly in the morning, oh by the way the morning crew is great. On May 7 I came to White Castles TM 714 took my order didn't repeat it back, no proper greeting or anything took over 10 mins before she came to the window walking back and forth playing with another co worker. My order wasn't made correctly inform her and she look as if I said something wrong. Another work comes and talk as if everything was in the bag when I clearly check. I then ask for a manager a young man came up and he fail to ask me my concern and act as if he didn't care also because their were cars behind me. Even after speaking to 3 people I still was missing my food due to their lack of listening. I pull in a parking space and went in because the order was still wrong. Overall, this entire shift that was working that day all need to be wrote up because every single person on that shift was rude to me including the manager who was very much not interested in resolving the matter.
The very very long wait time
Hello I am a mail carrier and there is a White Castle on my route that I sometimes try to get food from the wait time is very unprofessional and upsetting I don’t know who can check on the place the location is grand river and Southfield on top of thar when you do get to the window you have to wait a extra 5 to 10 minutes just to order your food this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant bad business

Went to white castle store 090019 in NJ yesterday at 5:14 in the afternoon and purchased 3 combo meals on sale # [protected].
I asked for 3 unsweetened ice teas to go along with the 3 combos, which I received. However I was charged for 3 sodas with the combos @ 2.19 each and then 3 ice teas at 2.19 each as well for a total of 6 drinks at a total of 13.14.
The bill for 3 combos and a 10 piece chicken ring came out to be 36.48 which should have been no more than 29 or 30 dollars

Hamburger Six Pack
I have been buying White Burgers through various grocery stores chains for at least ten years. I don't if it has been labeled on the box the whole, It says there is an ingredient that they add a to the product that is potentially cancer causing. It is not labeled to be visible, you would not even notice if you were not looking for it. It blends in quite nicely with the rest of the labeling. The only reason I noticed it was because I just decided to read the box while the frozen hamburgers were cooking. That is beyond upsetting to for a few reasons.
1. Like I said before, it is not labeled clearly to be visible unless you are looking for it.
2. White Castle knowingly adds a ingredient to there product that causes cancer. That is wrong on so many levels. I feel sick and anxious knowing I ate them with that preservative in it. It has causes me distress everytime I think about how many I have ate over the last ten years or so.
3. It also upsets me, because I am pretty since the put the warning on the label they won't face any repercussions.
4. Last, I guess, White Castle is customer service and lots of people eat there Burgers. A company that does that type of deceptive tactic deserves to exposed to world.
Again I say, nothing will probably come of this. Because White Castle is just another business with lots of money and probably a whole group of lawyers devoted to keeping that knowledge out of the public eyes.
Not thinking about the consumer is the problem here. They obviously don't care about there customers.

Please read. It is not added or an ingredient, but a natural chemical produced that is not dangerous. The only reason that label is on there is because in EXTREMELY high quantities (where you’ve basically replaced all air molecules with it) it is dangerous. It’s nothing to be concerned about.

Everytime I go there, which is often, I ask them to scan my app. My reply always is that they don't do it. That they are not set up for it. BUT WHEN?

On Aug 5 at 9:10am I went through the drive thru at the White Castle # 030029. My order totaled $7.73 and I gave the cashier a $20 bill. She gave me back 3 $1.00 bills and .27 cents. The money was folded up with the receipt. I did not notice the $9.00 discrepancy until I got to work (which was several miles from the White Castle) and was putting the change into my wallet.
I am really hoping it was an honest mistake by the cashier but I am somewhat suspicious that it was deliberate. If an honest mistake, I am hoping you would be able to see a discrepancy in the receipts at that store.

Woman with a bad attitude, totally unprofessional
I was in the white castle drive thru on rt.1 south near parsonage rd. In edison, nj. Granted, there were a lot of people in line and i'm sure it's stressful but... When I couldn't hear what the woman was saying over the (horrible sounding intercom, as well as a pothole that has not been fixed on the road to the intercom, for months), she yelled and exclaimed to me "you didn't say what size you want"! What size do you want!? I'm pretty sure if I were her supervisor/boss, or if someone yelled at her the way she yelled at me, she would be pissed off. I wanted to go inside the store to yell back at her and get her name but I was in a rush and didn't have time. Good and professional customer service is key to keeping customers. I know they are getting paid $15 an hour now so I would be happier and more motivated to keep my job therefore, maintaining good, professional customer service. Again, she was only taking orders for drive thru, the woman actually at the window taking payment and giving me the food is always professional, usually works morning shift and is different than the woman that was taking orders that i'm complaining about.
Desired outcome: I would like the woman (Jamaican or Hattian or West Indian accent, she is dark skinned, thin and was working at approximately 1pm today, 3/16/22 to be disciplined.

We visited the East Harlem, Manhattan location on March 13, 2022. We were at the drive thru and the woman was very rude the entire time. She greeted us basically saying 'what do you want' like we were bothering her. Granted, this was at around 10:30 am but we were traveling and my husband and son LOVE White Castle and we do not have them in Rhode Island so we always try to stop when we are close. We ordered a case of 20. 10 plain and 10 regular but no cheese. She couldn't not grasp that we wanted 10 regular but no cheese. She kept yelling saying no cheese is not regular. Do we still want the onions, pickles etc? We kept saying yes, everything but cheese. Then the plain she kept saying do we want the patty? Well, yes, we want just the patty with no toppings.
She basically screamed at us the entire transaction. We got to the window. She didn't give us a price just put her hand out. Handed us our food and never said a word. I can't believe how rude your employee was. I'm assuming it was because we were a white family in an African American location, but we were not rude to her at all. Maybe that location should have some customer service training. We know not to return there in the future when traveling in New York.
Desired outcome: A gift card or something would be nice for the future to ensure we return to make up for the lack of customer service.

Tell the server that the box is covered in onions-his response is that he is allergic to onions! How can you be allergic to onions and work at White Castles? And this goober was also wearing gloves. Tell him that we had asked for mustard-and napkins. He first hands about 5 pks to driver (for 30 sliders!) and then put some napkins in a gross, greasy filthy paper bag with a few extra mustard pks. This was a white male with some sort of earring and a wretched attitude.” FYI-I also asked if he was sure that there were picked on the burgers-he said yes-and guess what. The smart Alec lied.
Desired outcome: We don’t have White Castles in Fort Wayne so either coupons that don’t expire or a refund because with this guy I don’t trust what’s in the box!
Unprofessional remark from employee at drive thru
On February 19th around 9 am, my husband and I stopped to order breakfast at the White Castles on Orphanage Rd, Ft Mitchell KY. We pulled up to the drive thru and the employee said go ahead when you are ready to order. My husband placed our order 3 times. The employee kept repeating our order incorrectly. At the end of the order for the last time, she repeated the order incorrect again. My husband gave her the correction. As we were getting ready to pull forward for payment and pickup, she remade an unprofessional statement. The employee said, "you don't have to be smart". It's not like we had a big order, we ordered 2 sausage sandwiches, 1 sausage, egg and cheese sandwich, 1 small coffee with 2 creams and 1 orange juice. Needless to say, we didn't get our order. I can spend my money at another establishment that appreciates the business.
Fish and cheese, slider with cheese
I went to the White Castle in Whitehall PA yesterday and I got 6 fish sandwiches which tasted old with no tarter and was cold and hard. The sliders were salty and cold. And also tasted like they were old.

Just got home and found that my order was very wrong! I waited approximately 18 minutes in total, was asked to wait at the second window after paying for my order and got home and found what I think were six spicy sloppy joe sandwiches rather than the two jalapeno burgers and four regular burgers.
This was disappointing. My dad seldom has a treat like this and was looking forward to having the jalapeno burgers. He decided to try the spicy sloppy joes. He ate them without complaint. However, I tried one and thought it was not good! Yuck!
Desired outcome: I will write in again with my receipt tomorrow as I left my receipt in the car. I hope to get a coupon for six hamburgers in compensation for this error.
